Finally set up and ready to go! I have my new discord server available for new members!
I wanted something a little slimmed down, and I want to try to be more active there.
Something I've always struggled with is my public facing stuff, I have a hard time putting myself out there socially so often, I do much better in smaller settings with one or two people. So it's something I'm working on this year.

I think that this year has been one of the most terrible years of my life. Things in the US have been horrible and honestly I have no way out of the situation. So I'm honestly just buckling down and trying to take care of the people around me. I'm doing everything I can to just keep moving forward.

That being said, I'm still doing everything I can to keep making content for people, I want to keep doing art because it's what I love doing. The support I've received from Furaffinity will always be one of the most awesome experiences of my life. I know that I'm very bad about streaming and being social, because it's hard to post often as I make content. Patreon alone produces somewhere like 20 to 30 pieces (including sketches) in a month. But I don't want anyone to think I don't appreciate the people I have here! <3

I've been focusing really hard on that, and trying to clear out existing commissions, meaning the only commissions I'm currently taking are private streams- and only really for a handful of clients that I know are interested or are in my Patreon discord (separate from the public one).
I'm currently still the main income between me and my partner. They had a little small contract for a bit, but that's about to come to an end. I know this has forced me to take on more work, and it's been pretty stressful to try keeping up. Honestly I know I haven't been able to keep up nearly as much as I want to. That's one of the big reasons I'm not taking on more content.

Because of this, I wont be taking on my mystery monsters this year.
It makes me really sad because I love doing them, but I just worry about finishing them and I hate making people wait for work.

I am trying to set up to do some comic stuff, I've never gotten the chance to try making comics and I think it could be a lot of fun. All of the comic stuff I work on will be done exclusively over on Patreon to thank the people who have kept me going through the last year.

I know I've said it before, but I am really behind on posting, a whole YEAR because I have been struggling that badly with keeping up with social media- and I will likely continue to do so for a while. I am only caught up on posting to Patreon. FA is literally HUNDREDS of posts behind my Patreon.

Hi friends!
After what feels like forever, I have set up a new discord server!
This is a completely free to join, public server that I set up to try to clean up the old one. Since the last one was all over the place because I was still very new to setting them up.
My lovely friend sweets has such a nice server that I asked her if I could use her design as a jumpping off point and I'm pretty happy with the results.

I want to be more active in the chatrooms, and with people who'd like to just hang out and chat.

Hey guys!
It's been a while since I used Journals, although I never really did in the first place. I often find that journals feel like shouting into the void, which isn't the case, but it means they tend to exhaust me to write.
Really doing most of my 'online presence stuff' feels like more trouble than it's worth, it's one of the main reasons I'm not super active.

I'm going to try to change that, I know that I can be pretty shy about reaching out and being present on my social medias, some of that is just the distaste for social media in general, and some of that is just genuinely having no idea what I should say in any of these spaces... but I want to try!

Life updates for me are all a little grim, unfortunately, I live in the US (GAG). So I'm dealing with all of the garbage that's come with politics from the fucking dark ages. Let me be COMPLETELY CLEAR, although up until this point I have never really talked politics, I do not support the leaders of my country in any fashion. I feel like I'm on a train to hell with no way off it, and I can't do anything other than shout to those living in other countries that I didn't start this fucking fire and I'm trying my best to do what I can do about it, and I'm so sorry. If you support these people, I kindly-firmly, as you to leave, because my content is not for you.

Now that that's out of the way-I've been fighting a pretty nasty combo of depression, burn out, and money stress. My partner is out of the job, because the business they were working for went totally bankrupt and they have been looking for almost a year for something new. So far, things have been okay with my support on my Patreon, and the work I can pick up here and there through that. But, that means I am the primary income, and I really don't make a lot. Luckily, we rent from two other individuals, and we are in a safe position with no immediate threat of losing our home. However, with me being the primary income, it means that I work, a LOT and I have been taking on A LOT of work to try to cover the costs of living in the Hellscape of a country we are in, all while trying to continue being creative, and not burn out.
As you can imagine, it's been a lot of stress.

But I will make it through this, and I'm working hard to stay positive in the things I can be positive about.

I am trying to catch up with my posting, because I've been falling behind for a long, long time, and suddenly being primary income, and depression, has made me want to post my artwork even less than before. I can't help but constantly think 'what's even the point?'. Which isn't helpful. As it sits right now, I am LITERALLY over a year behind on posting, my content you see here is over a year old, and will likely stay fairly behind. I am considering doing some reworking of my public Discord, because I don't use it at all, and don't like the lay out- so that will be coming sometime this year as well.

I have moved completely to Bluesky, the only Twitter I have is all but abandoned, and it's only there still so that I have my name on the site. I really enjoy bluesky, even though I'm still struggling to be active there. All of my Commissions, and work open up over on my Patreon discord before anywhere else, and often, it's the only place that I take work anymore. So if you're looking to get something, that's the best place to find me.

I really appreciate all the support I've gotten from this community, and all the lovely people I've met. I still feel like I'm fighting to find a style or a place for my art, but it feels much easier here on FA. I'm going to do my best to be more active in my public spaces, and I hope that you'll consider sticking around while I figure stuff out, and try to get a handle on the metric shit ton of art I have backed up that needs to be posted.

It's that time of the year again where I post my Monster adopts!
These are mystery bottles where you can choose the gender of the Adopt, and I'll design the character for you!
They come as batched of art, so you get more than just the design!

Because of some Medical bills this year, I'm going to be putting up more than usual! I will be posting them here as soon as they are done, and they'll go up for claims!

I am feeling much better and getting back into art.
It's been a rough few weeks, but I'm doing much better today.
I ended up with covid finally, and the recovery was a bit rough for me.
I'm doing better now though, and back to work more full time now that I have energy!

Monster bottles go up on the 10th of September, and I am so excited to get those started for the spooky season.

Here is the new and updated information and prices to expect for my Mystery monster adopts!
Since I haven't posted them here in a while, but I plan to this year!

They are, at their core, mystery egg adopts.
My Mystery adopts are done as auctions, as per popular demand, and they close after a set amount of time.
They are referred to as "bottle adopts" because the 'egg' shape is a potion bottle instead.
Each bottle will be listed if it is a Monster+anthro, Or if it is just a monster, so you can know a little of what you're bidding on.

When you buy the monster, you can pick a gender, unless the gender is locked because of the type of monster. An example would be the Ghost bride from last year. I will often suggest genders, but you're free to do whatever you like.

After buying the monster, you will get to guess the monster. If you guess right, you get extra art!

These come with a 'package of art' not just a design. As bidding gets higher, more art is added.

Reselling is not allowed, you must either give them back to me if you grow tired of them.
You may trade them, but you must inform me of where it's gone, so I can watch them, or you will be black listed from buying more.

Details on what each bottle package come with this year will be posted here as well.

Please do not guess, publicly, instead if you insist please guess over DMs.


Price break down for Auction:

$150 (Starting bid) Design sheet, with up to 5 images.
$200 +A chibi
$250 + An icon
$300 + A piece of artist freedom, could potentially have a background.
$500 + A movie poster for your monster, These vary depending on the monster, but will also likely have a complex background.

If the monster is guessed correctly, you will receive a second Artist freedom piece.

Payment plans are, of course, offered. But a starting payment of $100 is required upon winning.

(If you are part of the RP group Monster Academy, you also receive a character sheet for putting your new monster into the group.)

This year I plan to do Three bottles, and one Custom.
The custom bottle is a little different, prices are as follows:

$150 A design sheet with up to five images.
$200 + A chibi
$300 + A piece of artist freedom.
$500 + A second piece of artist freedom.
$700 + A movie poster for your monster.

I just really hate posting, and so I avoid it. XD I am so sorry. I am really trying to get caught up a little, until then though, all of my current work is on Patreon. It's where I'm shifting most of my focus. It's been a huge help, and a huge support. So bear with me while I catch up! I'm sure that I'm over 100 pieces behind.

Hey! Long time no post, I never know what to post in journals to be totally honest.
But I wanted to post an update about future commission work.

My commissions have been closed a while, this is, so I can catch up on what I owe, and so I can focus more on my Patreon options, since I'd like that to be my main form of income, it helps me a lot.
Regardless, though, I will be changing and moving away from Paypal. There are a lot of reasons why I am choosing to do this, and I'm sure for most of you, you probably understand why. I know a lot of other artists are looking to also move platforms, that beings said, I am actively looking for an alternative to Paypal, including Stripe, square, and Ko-fi.
I'm not sure what the plan is yet, or where I am going to be taking money from instead, but if you have some suggestions, please list them below.

I would love to hear your experiences, and what you suggest.
For now, Ko-fi looks like the most likely option, with other ways to pay through them.

I'm trying really hard to cut back on a few characters.
I just don't have enough time to give them all the love they deserve.

I would love it if you could take a peek and see if any interest you.
