A friend I used to work with is creating a new card game called Halfwords. It's where you combine words and endings/beginnings to make new words and come up with creative definitions for them.

I have this idea of learning how to knit or crochet so I can make scarves. And the ones I'd like to make are based on the random-stripe pattern from the 4th Doctor on Doctor Who, but with colors from local sports teams. Imagine, Broncos fans, wrapping yourself in endless blue, orange, and white stripes. Or purple and black and silver, you Rockies!

A well-paying job.

If you saw my last journal, you know I'm out of a job. Again. Now I'm wondering which jobs I should actually apply for. Trying to find whatever's out there doesn't seem right because I need to make rent every month.

Plus although I have experience in retail and customer service, it's evident that I'm not consistently _good_ at jobs like those. I don't even know what I'm good at anymore, job-wise, because I've never been able to keep a job for very long (although to be fair, a couple of those were seasonal anyway).
I dunno...

I can't do this anymore.

So some talk about possibly switching to yet another medication got me all depressed, tired of playing brain-juice roulette to find which pill might work. 9 weeks since I switched from Paxil to St John's wort and the last 3 have SUCKED. Multiple times throughout any given work day, I'll tense up all over my body and lose my breath and want to scream yet can't make any sound come out. Plus I'm getting paranoid about losing my job again.

I broke down and thought I'd rather die than try yet another pill, so I checked myself into the ER to avoid killing myself. After many unnecessary hours of waiting, I had a psych evaluation, then waited some more, and they diagnosed me as depressed. I personally think anxiety is more accurate. But I'm going to start looking for a counselor or therapist tomorrow. Right now I need to try and get some sleep.
