Posted 5 years agoWhen you commission me (Ibarahime on FurAffinity), you agree to my Terms of Service as follows.
By commissioning art from me, you are confirming that you are an adult according to your country’s legal definition. If you are not an adult, please do not commission me.
General Rules
Be polite when messaging me.
Don’t send me multiple messages unless it is specifically to correct something.
Don’t send me a wall of text in lieu of a reference.
Commissions Information & TOS
I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason I see fit.
When my commissions are open, you can send me a note at Ibarahime on FurAffinity with:
A description of what you want me to draw (i.e. pose, background, etc.)
Clear visual reference(s) of character(s) and applicable clothing
Style of art (Bust/Headshot/Full Body, Flat Color/Shaded, Digital/Traditional, etc.)
Your email address.
Once I have agreed to work on your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice to the email address you provided with the full cost of the art piece. I will not begin work on your commission until I have received payment. Please be ready to pay when sending me your commission information. If you cannot use Paypal, please let me know in your note to me so we can discuss other ways you can pay.
Content Rules and Restrictions
There are limits to what I will draw, which are as follows:
WILL NOT DRAW/ILLUSTRATE:
Anything depicting a minor (anyone under the age or assumed age of 18 years old, or equivalent) in any kind of sexual or provocative situations. This includes any kind of kink art. Asking me to do so will result in being immediately blacklisted and blocked.
Extreme gore, sexualized gore, or necrophilia. Candy gore and some blood/gore is acceptable.
Scat/Watersports/Vomit.
ABDL/Diapers/”Littles”.
Anything involving the symbolism of hate groups (i.e. nazi or confederate symbolism) or other groups that aim to oppress marginalized people.
Most other things, I will at least attempt, but only at my discretion. I still reserve the right to refuse any concept.
Process and Rights to the Finished Art
Due to my own health issues, I cannot give a concrete timeframe in which I will finish your piece - it should be within a month, but it could take longer. Please be patient with me, and if you need a piece done by a particular date, let me know ahead of time so I can see if I can work with you on it.
Once I’ve finished the piece, I will send you a high-quality version of it, and then post it on my FurAffinity page.
As the artist, I reserve the right to:
Promote myself with the piece in any place or on any site.
Publish it as part of a book or art collection.
Display and post it wherever I like.
I retain full rights to the art itself.
As the commissioner, you have the right to:
Use the piece for personal use however you want.
Promote yourself with the piece and post it anywhere you like, as long as you credit me as the artist.
You may not:
Alter the artwork without my consent.
Use it commercially (to make money i.e. printing shirts to sell).
Claim it as your own artwork.
Remove my signatures.
If you want to commission something for commercial use, you can ask to purchase the rights, though you still agree to credit me for creating the artwork.
Adoptables and Character Design TOS
As the artist and designer of the adoptables I sell, I reserve the right to:
Refuse to sell or trade a design
Use elements of a previous design I created in a new one
Revoke permissions regarding the use of characters and/or species I have created
The adopter of my designs has the right to:
Change the gender of their adoptable
Change their adoptable's name (unless otherwise stated)
Cancellation/Refunds
I reserve the right to cancel at any time.
If I cancel, I will refund your payment.
If you wish to cancel, let me know - however, I will only refund you 25% of your payment, in that case.
If you file a chargeback against me, you forfeit any and all rights to the piece and its contents, and I will blacklist you and resell your piece. I will file a complaint and I will still have a right to the money you paid me.
