...and I've realized that there isn't much to my page description. I've altered it to one line, for now. However, I maaay require a bit of help in creating a proper profile for myself.

..on the Plus side, I do start my first day of classes on the magical day of the 29th.

...Or time to buy thermal underwear, depending on how you look at it.

I suppose I should type a little of what's been happening thsee past few months. They've been rather busy, but filled with opportunity. As I work in a hotel, I have been working rather steadily toward getting my Red Seal in culinary. This has left less time to focus on FA, or my character. It has allowed me more professional opportunities to grow and advance, though!

I got to work in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta this summer, where I enjoyed some fresh air (and only some due to wildfires in the area). Now, I get to explore the wintery North for a few weeks, and see not only the splendour of the Aurora Borealis, but to plan an evening menu for a boutique hotel.

I never thought this sort of opportunity would ever come. But... well, here things are.

I get to take an item off my Canadian bucket list.

Now, I am curious, for those that care to reply. Where are some places you guys wanna go, and what are some things you want to do?

I keep forgetting how much my work, as well as being close to getting my papers, can draw me away from the online world of Furry. I am still alive! At this moment, I am working at a mountain property that the company I work for owns. It's reminding me of how nice it is to get away from the city, and how much I have been able to do in my life... professionally, that is.

I shall wear one for the next 24 hours...

...Yay~

Rather, a small achievement today. Fifty watchers~! Woo.

After getting the commission with  xanthus , I have been looking pondering what to do for other commission work and orders. Just! I wonder who I should pair up with, or commission. Hm.

Don't mind my rambling. I'll be looking at artists soon for both solo and duo/group commissions.

Something I hate: Social media. Now, this is a bit of a stretch, considering what I'm using to post this (as this was on Facebook), but I dislike how social media is generally used. I find it to be a gossip machine, and a way for people to spread misinformation, if things aren't researched or thought of properly. It does have its uses, for keeping in contact with those you've met and seen over the years, but... yeah. ANYHOW.

Something I love: Surprises. I enjoy a little of the element of the unknown, and being able to see what comes out of it! Mixing flavours together, taking a look at social interactions between people... It's fun.

Somewhere I've been: Surrey, BC, Canada. To sum it up? ...Bleh.

Somewhere I'd like to go: Scotland, or Singapore. There's two choices, right there. Scotland for the rolling hills, and Singapore for the mix of dishes, and spices, that I enjoy from my culinary training.

Someone I know: ...For people that I actually know-know? I don't know anyone with the first letter S in the name on here. I'll apologize, and skip this...... Sorry!

Favorite movie: Now, this is a fun one, considering that I don't normally watch movies. But, (the) Sound of Music is my favourite movie.

Also, thanks for the couple of recommendations from the last journal. I found two artists I am interested in commissioning~ You will be seeing more of Seren... soonish.

I just realized that I need to find some more artists to watch, and some artwork and stories to favourite and enjoy.

A double announcement, as there are two birthdays happening at the moment. The first one is for this account. this account was started, so that they would be able to showcase this character, and so that I would be able to get little ideas and stories out of my mind with the use of art. Not necessarily my own, mind you, but still!

The second is for this character. Seren is a lot older than this account is. I have had him as a character for roleplaying, and as someone for you for 11 years now. I may tell a little more about his origins, later, but now is not the time. It is time to celebrate another year of having such a wonderful character! That, and it will be wonderful to just say Happy Holidays to everyone.

My goodness! This was a busy month. I have been working non-stop, and it will only just start to slow down in the next two weeks.

Finally, I will have a break! But, then it will be getting cooler with winter. That won't stop me from planning for some commissions, and for some travela across Canada.

But, where to?
