Toby cannot be here right now, he is having some difficulty so he has delegated me to speak on his behalf.

Toby would like to apologise wholeheartedly to all those furs he had a go at, he didn't mean to do it.

He has been going through a serious rough patch, where recent loss to him has been catching up with him, as well as his social situation, he's feeling life has it out for him, and is having some bad luck in life at the moment.

Again he is sorry for everything he has done to offend other furs.
