I'm opening for 4 slots of floral pinups (example) or $100 each

TOS
Posted 7 years agoBy commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to my terms of service.
I'm not going to shove it down your throat, but it's really just basic things.
PLEASE take note on payments and adopts. If you have any questions I'm here to answer!
I have the right to change the ToS at any time for any reason.
— I. will specify what revisions have been made, should a change be in order.
NOBODY is allowed to edit my artwork whatsoever without my permission.
— I. My permission may be gained via note to iFlops @ FA or at Aerielle.h.arts[at]hotmail.com
— II. Edits include but are not limited to tracing, recoloring, cropping.
—III. “my artwork” refers to any art created by me.
Should I place a watermark or signature on my art, the end user will not, under any circumstances, remove, edit, or tamper with the watermark or signature.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
— I. If the commission has been paid for, a refund will be in order. (more in Payments)
You may re-upload or re-post the artwork commissioned as long as the TOS has not been violated and you:
— I. Link back to the original piece.
— II. Credit me as the artist.
You will receive a concept sketch for approval shortly after ordering.
— I. Revisions are allowed but you HAVE to tell me if you see something wrong with the way I portray your character.
— II.The buyer is allowed a separate post-completion revision. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee.
My work may not be used for commercial uses without written permission.
— I. If it's your intention to use it this way, I NEED to know.
It is perfectly ok to ask for updates, but please don't ask for them every day.
— I. I will send updates to you as I progress on the commission.
Make yourself available within the first 3 days of ordering your commission
I. It's very detrimental to my work process if I have to wait for days to get a reply on a concept sketch or an update. So please, check your notes every once in a while.

Adoptables
— I. Owners must notify me if they resell and/or give a design to someone else. Please do not resell for higher than bought.
(price varies with extra art, ect. To be honest I'm not worried about the price. I just ask that you don't mark it up insanely high)
— II. Edits can be made, including color changes, design changes, ect. As long as it remains comparable to the original design.
—III. Unless the design has been significantly changed, credit must be given to me for the design.
(ie. if you post art of said character, credit needs to be given to the artist, you know how it is.)

Payments and Refunds
Paypal only.
— I. Payments are to be sent to Aerielle.h.Arts[at]hotmail.com
— II. Payments are to be sent as a service, with NO ADDRESS REQUIRED
(So I get pait the full amount, please include enough to handle the paypal fees.)
—III. In your payment, please include your online handle (FA NAME)
Payments are to be sent BEFORE the commission has been completed, unless it has been requested otherwise.
No refunds without written reason.
— I. If the art has been completed, there will be no refund.
I reserve the right to, at any time (within reason) reject your commission and refund it based on the progress made.
Sometimes after I start a piece I just lose my mojo, get disenchanted, or in rare cases have a technical issue. It happens to the best of us.
It's not anything personal, please be understanding if I come to you with this dilemma.
— II. For commissions in the sketch phase, I will give a full refund. ( Partial refund if you request the sketch.)
— III. For commissions that have been lined or colored I will give a partial refund based on the amount of work I've done.
