Today I just hit 100 Watchers! Thank you all of you, whether you're active or not, you had to be an active watcher at some point to actually click the watch button lol. Anyway thanks to  shadowkatbt for being my 100th watcher!

Anyway, I got Pokemon White yesterday and I've been loving it so far. A nice fresh feel to everything, while still being very classic Pokemon. Anyway, after yesterday I'm just about 8 hours into it, 3 badges, 33 in the Pokedex. Here's my current team:

Okay, so last night I had Christmas at my dad's. I got a bunch of clothes and $30 from my grand parents, not much but that's okay.

But that's not all, today I decided to take a little visit to Best Buy and I got myself *drumroll*


A TABLET!

I got a Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch, I'm about to install the software now. I think I'll stream when I start to play with it, so yeah expect that in a little bit.

So yeah, I made out okay this Christmas, I was a little disappointed simply because out of everybody, I felt like I had the smallest pile, but whatever. I also did NOT get the tablet I wanted, so that was a little bit of a bummer.

Anyway, I got:

So yeah, I'm currently staying at my grandparents in Indiana, and tomorrow morning we're off to my Cousins' for presents and such. Ironically, my cousins are Jewish, but they still celebrate Christmas, which is cool considering Christmas is a secular holiday anyway (Let's be honest).

So today is my birthday and such, I am now 18 years old! So yeah, what did you all get me? =P

Anyway, no one really knows this cuz I don't think I've ever mentioned it here on FA, but I play in my school's marching band (bass guitar lol). Anyway, we had Districts tonight and we got a Division 1 rating in our Class! We were all really surprised, it was the first time any class C school got a 1 in like 4 years. It's also the best our band has done in a competition (at least in the past 4 years). Needless to say, we are all super pumped.

So, my birthday is this Saturday, the big 18! I already got $150 from some cards, so that's cool. I'm thinking of getting a tablet with it, but I'm gonna wait to make my decision because there are a few other things I want (Like a new bass amp, video games coming in the next few months......a car)

So yeah, you guys have a few days notice to get me a present lol :p

Earlier today (or yesterday lol) me and my friend (who I'm going with to said C&C concert) were at Best Buy, just killing some time, when who happens to walk on by but none other than CLAUDIO FREAKIN' SANCHEZ! If you don't know who he is, he's the lead singer and Rhythm guitarist for Coheed & Cambria, you know that band I'm kinda going to see tonight! Anyway, talk about Star Struck! I thought I was seeing things at first! Anyway, me and my friend walked up to him, said Hi, shook hands, told him we were big fans and going to the Show, etc, all kind of awkwardly since I could tell he didn't want to talk to us, he just wanted to buy a movie lol. But yeah, I can officially say I've met a famous person :]


Okay, back to other new, my Senior Year of High school starts in a week and I have a mixture of happy and bummed going on. I'm bummed cuz it's school, duh, but I'm kinda glad to get back to school since this summer has been horrendously boring, I've done literally nothing all summer: no amusement parks, no trips, only one trip to the beach, no job; all I've done all summer is sit around and play video games, go to the occasional movie, or hang out and do nothing with friends. Also, the first football game of the season is this Friday, and I'm in marching band (Bass guitar lol) so that will be our first performance this year.

Last night I weant to a pretty damn awesome concert. here was the line up in the order they played:

it was freaking EPIC. Valiant Thor was pretty fun to listen to, they were high energy oldschool style metal, good opener. Baroness: I had seen them before, and they had improved since then, but they still have the same formula: Song starts with trippy opening, goes into a couple lines of verse which basically consist of long "AAAAAAAAHHHH!!"'s (okay they were actual words, but you can't tell what they're saying cuz they were just yelling) and then they go into a long jam session where the lead guitarist solos like crazy, which all sounded good, except every song sounded the exact same. Their drummer is a beast though. Between the Buried and Me were awesome, sounded better live then I was expecting considering how technical their songs are. They only played like 4-5 songs, and most of them were pretty obscure, they didn't play some of their best songs. And Finally Mastodon, they were awesome of course, especially considering they only had one of their guitarists there, the other was sick. For a few songs they brought out a guitarist from Baroness, but most of the time it was just Brent Hinds (Plugged into all SIX of the band's amps at once too) the only problem with them was that (the same as with BTBAM) they didn't play some of their best songs, like Colony of Birchmen. WTF

Anyway, the whole concert we were right at the front, near one end of the stage, awesome spot. Got caught up in some moshes, me and my friend got separated for a while lol. Took my first hit of weed, which didn't do anything to us since all we got was the little burnt up tip of it by the time it got around to us, so it doesn't really count. All in all, pretty awesome concert.

Okay, in other news, me and another one of my friends got into our school talent show, we're making up a song/improv about the talent show itself, which is next Friday, so wish us luck.

Also, my number of Watchers has doubled since my last journal about a month ago, so thanks to all of you guys!

Oh man, I AM alive, whadda ya know.

Anyway, my school is having a talent show in May, but auditions are tomorrow. I am auditioning for three acts:
1) I am playing drums in a band, we're playing a New Found Glory song. Oh yeah, it should also be noted that I DON'T play drums regularly, I don't even own a drum set, and I found out I'd be playing the drums TWO days ago...yeah talk about stress.
2) I am playing a song on acoustic guitar and singing, buuut I'm really nervous about singing (since I'm not very good at it) and especially the fact I'll be playing by myself, with everyone just watching me, hooray stage fright.
3) Me and a friend are trying to write a song about the Talent Show itself, that will be comedic/improv song. Only problem is that we came up with the idea for this two days ago and all we have now are the Chords and the basic idea, so all we can really do at auditions is pitch the Idea to the talent show commitee and hope they roll with it.

tl;dr: I'm really nervous, but still looking forward to it.

Okay, if you guys saw, I had a journal about considering a change from my Wolf/Husky to something new. I got a couple of suggestions for a hybrid, but I wanted to keep it from being to drastic, since I'd have no way of figuring out how to draw one lol. Anyway, I decided on keeping it in the Canine family and ended up finding a few realife Canine hybrids. I settled on a Sarlooswolfhond, which is a hybrid of a Eurasian Common wolf and a German shepherd. They don't look super unique or intriguing, but I think it's a pretty uncommon species in the fandom so I think I'm going to stick with it. I'm gonna work on a new drawing.

So basically, I didn't really change it much, still a wolf-dog lol.

Also, I'm still at a maybe on this change, if I get some good suggestions that really strike me, I might change again, but this is where I'm at for the moment.

Okay, for a while now I've been thinking of how to add/change some details to my fursona to keep it from looking to plain. I've been thinking hair (as in on top of the head hair), and coloration changes, but I just haven't been sure. And lately I've been feeling about just creating a new one all together because, frankly, I'm currently a husky/Wolf mutt, which is boring because they're basically the two most common furs there are. So, since it's new year, and I have another week off school (which means some actual time to doodle around and draw) I decided it's a good time to create something new, unique, and me.

So now, I'd like some suggestions and ideas for a new fursona, I'd still kind of like to keep it in the Canine family, but I'm open to suggestions, maybe something will strike my intrest.

Today I logged on to facebook to find that a girl that I really like is 'In a Relationship' So I get all bummmed about it, and what not. Then Later, I find out that she's in a relationship with a friend of mine (not like a hang out kinda friend, but a school friend).

FFFFFUUUUUUUU---

I don't know why, but knowing who she's in a relationship with makes this 10 times worse. So now I hate myself for not having the confidence to ask her out earlier. Spirit = crushed. I guess I'm doomed to be the sad sap who will never be in a relationship like a normal human being. That's what I get for having no self-confidence whatsoever.

Okay, first off, Today is my birthday! I am turning 17 years old today so woo!

Anyway, my birthday falls in the middle of one crazy week, let's do a recap, shall we?

Sunday: Day one of my Junior Retreat, all I really did was sit around all day at school basically, I go to Catholic school, so it was boring reflection garbage. We did watch a fairly good movie though.

Monday: Day two of my Junior Retreat, went to a camp where we did a lot of fun trust, team building, and problem solving exercises. Half of the day was spent on a Ropes course in the trees. Now, I'm scared of heights so I was freaking out almost the whole time, and to make matters worse I had to go to the bathroom the entire time we were up there, which was a while. I started to lighten up and feel less tense a bit over halfway through. Despite the fact it was terrifing, it was a lot of fun, and I'd like to do it again.

Tuesday: Back to school. This week is Spirit week because it's Homecoming week, and Tuesday was Animal Day (or as I like to call it: Pseudo-Furry day =P ) where people dressed up like animals. Sadly, as much as I wanted too, I didn't participate in Animal day because I was so wiped out from the Retreat on Monday that I forgot to put something together. (really made me wish I had a Fursuit lol)

Wednesday: No school, but I had to take the PSAT, which wasn't too hard, and it meant only a half day.

Thursday: Crazy Day for spirit week, I dressed up in a giant Ketchup bottle costume....yes, don't ask where I got it, but yes. Around 6:45 I went to see my friends' band play at a local Cafe basement. I've seen them before and they put on a kick-ass show, as always.

Friday: (today) MY BIRFDAY! School Spirit Day for spirit week. We get to where Spirit Shirts that we buy in the morning before school. Then an Pep Rally for the Homecoming game/homecoming court announcements. We have a crazy Teacher/Coach who has more school spirit than any person you have ever seen. He always does some crazy stuff at these Pep Rallies, so that will be fun. Homecoming Game later, played at the local Minor League baseball teams stadium. Not sure if I'm going to go, depends on the weather.

Saturday: HOMECOMING. I'll be going Stag (ie. Solo) to the dance, but I'll be with a group, so pictures, dinner, and after parties, woo!

Anyway, that's my week and it's not over yet.

Oh yeah, I am also working on an updated look for my Fursona, thinking about adding 'Hair' and such, also thinking about over all fur coloring and the pattern on the the rest of the body.

Well I had my first day of school for this semester today, and it went okay, nothing to bad. Junior year this year, which means tones of work, rediculous tests, and college hunting (ugh, I'm not ready for college). I had to go through like 3 different lockers because every time they assigned me one, someone else was already there.

I am taking an Art Class this year which I'm really excited for because the main focus of the course is Drawing, so I hope to really improve my art over the course of these next 9 months. I'll try and do some sketches and stuff to show off my progress (if I make any) as I go on.

But I guess the real news that comes along with this is that I'm not sure how often I'll be putting up stuff now, school leaves only the weekend for me to draw, and I'll probably being stuff then, so don't be sure when to expect a new piece from me :(

Okay, I realize I haven't posted anything in like a Month, but I've been busy lately with moving into a new house and some other stuff, so I haven't drawn anything.
