Copyright notice

Hello, as some of you may have noticed I no longer personally reach out to people who infinge my copyright in any way. If I contact you it's an exception to the rule and please keep that in mind.





Taking bits and pieces (or entire paragraphs) of text from my bios, warnings, descriptions, and so on, here and from any other site, consitutes copyright infringement, just as taking my art or characters would.
There are 3 options if you want to use anything written by me that's on my profiles you can choose any that you like:





A) Reach out and ASK ME FOR PERMISSION to copy and use any part of my bios, terms of service, guidelines, and descriptions, from here, at toyhouse, at Deviantart, carrd, twitter, bluesky, you name it, if the profile is mine you ask me for permission to use anything from it.





B) Credit me for the copied text (this text was taken from (insert my handles@site)) no need to even contact me, just add this little line of credit and we're ok.





C) Don't use my things.
I have given some people permission to find and report infringements autonomously without even having to tell me, if something you copied gets taken down I'm sorry but I am done talking.

Customer loyalty program

Hello everyone, I'm happy to announce that I have finally finished my customer loyalty program.





Each time you buy a commission you will get a sticker.



These stickers will go to your customer card, and you will get a new sticker for each commission you purchase.





When you buy 3 commissions you get the first reward, a colored half body/knee-up sketch.





When you complete the whole card you get a full color full body with a simple or file background.

Once you finish your card it resets, and you can continue to collect stickers and prizes all over again!





(I'm VERY forgetful due to untreated ADHD, if you want to enter this program and I do not offer or mention it to you please bring it up to me).





IMPORTANT INFO:



• Anyone can enter this program, just purchase any type of commission for any value and you will earn one sticker per order (per drawing). Drawing packs (such as sticker packs) will earn you one sticker only.



• The prizes are subjected to my TOS (basically I will not draw anything for these that I wouldn't draw for a commission and everything else is the same).

Regarding NSFW giftart

Hello how are you all doing?



I'm back in school and my schedule is extremelly difficult at the moment, I would talk more but engangement is nonexistent so I just came here to make a quick announcement.



If you want to draw NSFW art of my characters please don't "surprise" me. 

I'm very picky with fetishes.



If it's not in my gallery or in my favorites odds are that I don't like it, and I will only not draw it I also do not want to receive it as a gift.

(Commissions aren't always 100% representative of my personal tastes either but things that I am willing to draw, tolerate or I'm just indifferent about).

Original title

I was thinking about making a joke on the title of this journal but I didn't wanna worry people so no jokes.



With that aside I'm dealing with such a packed to-do list.



I currently have a big batch of commissions (all dakimakuras), 2 fully paid with 2 reserved slots. So, 4 in total for the same customer.



I'm also working on my physical merch store, and I'm the only one making artowrk for the products, which gets exhausting. At the moment I'm working on a small character lineup for acrylic standeeds, but each one needs me to sit and draw it, which takes me hours.



I'm also retiring my free subscriber bases from Ko-Fi (nobody subscribed, not a single person, so after a year of making them for no reason I'm done). I'm releasing the last one corresponding to December 2024 then I'm making them all publicly available for purchase individually.



I also need to work on the store's website, but I'm having a brain fart (I'm a web developer but fuck that) trying to figure out the best layout and flow for customers to interact with products; I will be handling orders manually (which can get overwhelming fast, I'm sure of that, oh geez...) but I hope this takes off because I really am on my last leg trying to stop starving.

Mandatory hacking journal

Well, wasn't that quite the experience?



I gave it a few days before logging back in and honestly I'm not feeling too "safe" but I guess that if the site gets hijacked again our credentials will be safe like the last time, right...?



Well there's hoping it doesn't happen.



Such a coincidence that this happened right after Neer's passing, but that might be just me and my paranoid head.



I'm back, I guess.



I'm not sure I'll be logging into my adopts account for a couple more days so if you're reading this while waiting on an answer there please note me here.

Missing the good old times

Talking to the void again; that's one of the things I miss the most about the old FA (and Deviantart too), the engangement, people would comment on art and journals and provide a piece of their mind, talk about what a certain piece made them feel or just engage in general when it came to journals and interactions with others.

I used to post a lot of journals before (this is not my first account), as you may have noticed my updates are rare now, not because I have nothing to say, but because nobody cares enough to comment and I'm constantly talking to a wall.
This also affects my art, as "drawing for myself" and "drawing out of love" already got old and doesn't pay the bills lol.

But... if there's something else I miss too is the enviroment; the old internet was no perfect by any means, but do you remember the time where people weren't at each other's throats over things that didn't matter? (such as fictional characters and problematic fiction, and agreeing to disagreeing was a general consensus instead of ruining people's fucking lives over something that doesn't exist and doing mental gymnastics to create a problem that isn't there?), or when art thievery wasn't as blatant and prevalent?

I used to be someone who loved to upload HQ art for anyone to download and enjoy, but since the uprise of IA, and how some people have been behaving, the blatant impersonation I have been a victim of multiple times (Most recent: https://www.deviantart.com/rikudou-ranshii/art/Impersonator-Thief-Recolorist-Joselyn-Aderu32-1046416087) and the difficulty of making others comply to my TOS due to the lack of effective international legislations have turned me into someone that sees sharing my art as a risk and even as a chore. There's literally no reason for me to post, I only do it out of habit, because nobody shows me they care. Or maybe... 2 or 3 people, which I appreciate.

I have given up on commissions; I can't make a penny out of this, I have been drawing for way longer than I originally thought, for around 17 years. That's a lot of time and I had plenty of advice and tried milliards of strategies and never succeeded, my numbers speak for themselves, I don't need to talk about my wallet. This has turned me into a bitter individual, I must admit; moreso after seeing people stealing and profitting off of MY work while I, the creator, never managed to count on for financial support. I can't even count on commissions to buy a damn burger, but they sell 20 USD T-Shirts with my OC slapped on it? Have some decency. (This happened years ago).

Not only does all of this factor in me not drawing, also has turned my gallery into a showcase of watermarks; people complaining about them only irks me, I don't like using them, but what other choice do I have after being disrespected, stolen from and even impersonated over and over again throughout the years with 0 benefit or growth whatsoever? I don't care who disagrees, the internet is full of wonderful art for you to enjoy and save, go enjoy it, and let me protect my own, my art being unwatermarked never reported me any benefits either.

I have had to start using Glaze on everything I upload. Glaze isn't perfect, not only does it distort the pieces if I want an average level of protection it also takes hours to render. Gone is the age in which I finished a drawing and enabled the HD download button for the world, what have we come to.

I fear for the future of humanity as a whole and not only for the future of human artists; I have assumed that my art has some type of curse and will never bring me money, or an audience, I'm done seeking advice, I even got it from AAA industry pros; I'm done; I guess I just wanted to vent, since nobody will read this anyways.

PS- Negative or passive agressive comments will get you booted, I have noticed that being nasty became a trend instead of ignoring something you don't vibe with, that doesn't fly here, have manners.
