Adoptable Terms of Service
Posted 10 years agoBelow is this list of terms you agree to when purchasing an adopt from me. Be sure to read this carefully to avoid any confusion!
Payment and Holds:
>Payment is via PayPal only. DO NOT SEND ME PAYMENTS VIA "FRIENDS AND FAMILY." I will usually send you my PayPal.me link, but if that is not working I will send you my regular email address.
>Payment is due within twelve hours of claiming. If you claim and then do not send payment within 24 hours, the adopt goes back up for sale and may be claimed by someone else. If it is not claimed by someone else, then you may of course still get it.
>Holds are only in affect for twenty four hours. After that, I will release the adopt again and it may be claimed by someone else.
>Asking for me to hold an adopt and failing to pay within the time frame multiple times will result in a blacklist. This usually means 2+ times.
Once You Get the Adopt ...
>...It is yours to do with as you please! This means that you can use them for roleplay, get art of them, make them into suit, whatever! (However, I do ask that you follow specific species rules as well).
>You can repost, so long as you give proper credit! This includes crediting me for the design and whoever for the base used! You only need to do this once, and don't need to ask!
>You can resell, but not for more than you originally bought it for, unless you get extra art. IE; don't by an adopt from me for $7.00 and instantly sell it for $15.00. That's just shady. You can also trade/give it away. You don't even need to ask me!
Keep in mind, this terms may be changed at any moment in time!
