I'll be doing limited slots to start with, only two or three max at a time.

There's a lot going on in my life right now and I don't want to bite off more than I can chew or take on too much. I'm going to work on getting up prices here on my FA and getting example pictures for all the different things I can do. I'm starting a trello list as well for tracking progress with things, and probably an image-based pricing guide as well.

For now, note me if you have any questions, and Ill be adding comission info and updating it with photos as I create them - I have examples for a few types and need examples for a few more at the moment.

This is a generalized list of what I feel comfortable with and capable of drawing. I apologise but there are some things that I will stand firmly on that I simply will not draw. That said if you are uncertain, please
shoot me a message with your idea and let's see what we can work out. Despite how this may make things look I am an open minded person and will do my best even if what you ask for isn't within my scope of expertise.



I. General

-Be polite and courteous in your requests for comissions and I will provide the same courtesy to you.
- Give good references... either a clear image or a detailed text description of your character. If you want certain expressions, poses, themes etc.. Please let me know while we are working out the comission.
- I have the right to refuse any comission, however I will always try to provide a reasoning if I refuse.

II. Payment

-I ask for a deposit of half of the price of the artwork up front, and the rest to be paid upon completion of the work.
-I prefer paypal, but if you are unable to use it message me and we'll see what we can work out as an alternative.
-If for any reason a comission has to be cancelled, I will refund to the fullest extent of my ability. If it's been almost completed or if it's traditional and materials have been used, I will withold an appropriate portion for time/materials and refund the rest.

III. Process
-I will update you as much as possible, with progress pics and updates on my status.
-I will ensure that you approve of the direction before taking major steps, and will wait for sketch approval before I proceed further to ensure I'm doing your design justice.
-I will respond as promptly as I can to inquiries for information and ask that you can do the same so I can complete your work in a timely manner.
-That said, I do work slowly. My life in in a state of flux right now, my turn around time may vary. Because of this I only accept a few comissions at a time to ensure I don't get bogged down in too much work.

IV. Customer Satisfaction
-I will do everything I can to stay true to your vision and provide you with work you will be happy with. Any time during the process I will make alterations and keep you notified of my progress.
Please don't be afraid to reach out to me if something isn't to your liking, the sooner we catch and correct it the easier it will be to do so.
-If a piece is completed and major changes are asked for there, I may need to ask for an additional fee for the time and labor to do so. I will strive to be fair and reasonable in these circumstances.

V. Copyright

-I as the artist hold a full copyright on the piece, therefore I may
-post it to promote my art
-share it on social media sites
-retain the original .sai and .psd files as proof of ownership



-The comissioner is allowed to
-post the art to their own sites with credit
-use the art in any non commercial fashion they wish, including self promotion with proper credit to me as the artist
-print and display the works in physical mediums

The following will be considered copyright infringement
-Cropping my signature out of the artwork or otherwise covering it
-Selling the artwork for personal profit
-Claiming you made the artwork yourself
-Repurposing or directly tracing the art for commercial purposes

VI. Cancellation/refund policy
-I have the right to cancel a commission at any time.
-You have the right to cancel the comission at any time.
-If a cancellation must occur, any work not already done will be refunded, some amount may be witheld to compensate for time and materials.
-Work that has been completed may be altered or repurposed, however I will change it so that I am no longer using your character.

-If you have any concerns or problems, please message me and let's see what we can work out.
-If you file erronous charges against me, I will blacklist/buyer beware you on social media.

Been trying mostly in vain to actually get this page up to date. Progress is progressing and I know I'm missing some things but it's getting there.

I won't be making any more grand claims about "Oh I'm finally going to be super active here again" because well... that's gone so swimmingly every other time I have. :P

Seriously can I graduate yet? Haha lots of new stuff in the works right now, been going nuts with painting, photography and ceramics assignments. Page here is still far from updated but I'll get things up to speed eventually. Just kinda checking in letting you guys know I'm still alive.

I got a new tablet! Foxxy gave me a little wacom bamboo when I went out to visit last month. Still getting the hang of it so I may be posting a request thread sometime soon to get some practice, as soon as I get photoshop and painter installed. Right now all I've got is the weird default painter app that came with windows 8, which kinda works but it's extremely basic. So stay tuned, those of you who are still here, for a chance for some free art.

I'm trying to break into selling prints too so as soon as I can start getting them made I'll set up an etsy store and probably a journal on here directing people on how to get prints of any of my work, and possibly trying to do some badge commissions too. :)

I am really bad at this whole FA thing anymore. Ever since I moved out of Vulcan Village it seems life has really caught up to me. I've been really busy and with the demand of the art major I haven't really been able to do much furry art, outside of a few anthros I've tossed into my class assignments. ;)

I know I've said it a million times before but I'm gonna be graduating in the fall and rather than wait until I'm done with school I'm going to start trying to maintain my art sites now. I won't promise the kind of activity I used to have on this website but I really want to try to do better. :P

It has really been a crazy past couple of years for me, after a lot of bullshit and some really dark times things are finally winding down again... now I just need to deal with a packed school schedule from finishing up all the studio classes I still need. X3

Gonna be puttin arts up though I'm not sure how much of the non furry stuff to include. My style has grown and changed a *lot* from what's posted up on here now so I'll be excited to get some feedback from you guys out there still putting up with my disappearances! :P

Holy Gods has it been a while. Ive been missing this place (and you guys) like crazy. Finally got internet again and after two of the most hectic, confusing, all over the place years of my life, things are settling down.

I have so much new shit to post, but Im gonna have to work on how to post them. A few can be scanned, most of them are too big and my camera died... if nothing else posting will have to wait for the camera im getting for christmas, teehee. :D

First off, Im sorry Im posting this so many days after the fact.. things have been pretty hectic this past week.

Secondly, to avoid bawwdrama comments, Im posting this to explain to my friends whats going on, cuz its a long story that Im sick of telling. I dont think this is going to interfere with anthrocon plans.

I can (and should try to) get on trillian on my phone, but Im not sure if I can connect to the internet here.



So to try and make the story short...
My roomates have been treating me differently ever since spring semester started. We had been best friends, but they stopped wanting to hang out, even though we had the same break times.
They came back from florida last week. I walked into the apartment to find them screaming at me over a couple plants the ferret had dug up that I was already plannnig on replacing, and all the dirty dishes from the apartment in trash bags on my bed.

Saturday.
I was going out to do the dishes and made a discovery... there was rotting food in the bag! :D Not wanting to touch it, I dumped the dishes into the sink so I could sort them. Tara said I gave her a dirty look and snapped, charged me into the corner screaming, then did it again by the door to my room when I tried to run.
I called a few friends, two of whom said they would be on their way to get me out.
I was informed that Tara and Aeden, two of my 4 roomates, were not planning on letting me leave the apartment, and they informed Seth of that fact when he came to get me.
I did the only thing I felt I could without the situationg escalating to real physical violence, and ran out with a small folding pocketknife in my hand. The blade was not even sharp and I have never had to use it, but Tara moved aside when I asked, then tried to chase after me once I was in front of her. She screamed for me to "get back here you cunt" among other things... I ran til I couldnt hear her anymore.

Seths grandfather called the police.
I have been evicted from my apartment and treated like criminal for what I saw as removing myself from a situation of escalating violence.
Vulcan village did not turn in my report to the dean of student conduct, only theirs.

This may turn into a lenghty legal battle.. Its hard to say what will happen from here. Im bunking at a friends place, most of my shit still boxed ready to move again.

Hopefully Ill be in my own apartment before anthrocon.

Yeah, I got caught up following all the journals that people have been posting, and have seen a range of opinions from opposing viewpoints. Im certainly not saying that I have all the information out there as I post this, but I am going to say a few words about it myself...


1. EVERYTHING WE DO is going to offend SOMEBODY. Even something as simple as a band you like or dont like can cause insane, defensive reactions from people with a different opinion.

2. If we were to live our lives in such a way that we would never offend anyone, we would be on edge, worried, anxious, and suffer a lot of stress and mental trials struggling as we are to keep the world happy. We would be sacrificing our happiness and peace of mind to acheive such a goal.

3. If we are to be truly free creatures, we must grow and realise that the right to offend people is one of these. If you dont want to look at an image of your religious figure, dont do it. If you dont wanna see Jesus porn (which I admit even I find disturbing) dont look at it. Our freedom is worth more than a few people who are gonna be pissed off for a while and the MOVE ON WITH THEIR LIVES LIKE MATURE ADULTS.



We have the ability to look at things objectively. We have the ability to ignore things that we dislike and allow other people to have their opinions as well.

And I dont know why everyone is chewing out the FA admins.. for once, I honestly cannot find fault with the admins on the way they handled things today, seeing Dragoneer's comments on some journals, I feel that theyre being very reasonable about all the bawwing.
