Ok. So its been a year.
General | Posted 8 years agoIts been a year. And so much has happened in my life. But. Always got to be positive !
Im going to Nordic Fuzz Con this year, in Stockholm, Sweden. Its my first con, and it is next week. Im excited but also wondering if I am prepared enough. Other than that, I get to see all my Norwegian Friends who are going ( I cant wait, its been a year since I saw them).
Any tips or any advice about first con would be much appreciated!
Im also slightly stressed about college work creeping up on me (Tsssssss), like a MC Creeper...... But, Only a week until I can relax !

General | Posted 9 years agoFor some reason, the last time I came on here was 3 to 4 months ago.
I have been busy, I have been facing against some illness, as well as planning my future out. I guess Im posting this about the same time as I did last year. But alot has happened lately, including me planning to move somewhere, in a different country, and continue my life there.
Until then, I have been working on things in the background, and Ill chose when to post them, but I have been practising my Chibi stuff more. Hopefully people start to enjoy and like them !!

I dont want to be anywhere just now. I dont feel like I should be anywhere just now. Im disappearing until I feel better.

Im heading to Norway, but first stop is Copenhagen Denmark.

Its been 4 months....

I got a Surface Pro 3, In which I am planning to stream in 4 hours from this post. I will be on Mic. I will also be recording it for a speed art, in which I will let you all hear at the start of the stream and sometime through the stream.

Lack of Motivation
General | Posted 10 years agoJust now. Ive been so busy with college, and other things happening in my life. Ive had no time to draw or do other things I like to do, without sacrificing something else. On top of that, my Insomnia has came back and has messed me up badly.
To add into it, some things in my personal life have happened, in which I wish it didnt. But all and all, I dont feel like drawing for a while. I just feel like I am wasting my time with doing it now, and I feel like I cant improve or be inspired from anything.
Well... I hope I can do something sooner or later.

General | Posted 11 years agoWell. Over the last week, Ive been using Join.me as a stream, to stream quickly to a couple of friends at a time. It isnt the best software to use, but it was just for quick sessions, which ended up being about 10 hours in total over 3 days.
I did end up posting these, but I felt like they were lacking something.
Today though, I got home, and set up my OBS software and my Channel on Picarto.tv, as Erinkitty suggested I try it sometime. Well, I spend about 3 hours streaming tonight with music playing and chatting to people. And I ended up posting two pictures.
Number 1 and Number 2.
I may start to stream more in the future.
Although, I dont know what kind of music everyone listens to, so you can always suggest them in the chat when I do stream.

General | Posted 11 years agoThe votes came in, and it was starting to be obvious that we werent getting our independence. Footage was released later that day of possible vote rigging, and questionable status of ballot papers coming out of boxes, and other events.
Now in Glasgow, yesterday, there was a standoff within George Square in which according to some journalists, a riot had started, and that there had been someone stabbed to death within the city. I just hope everyone is alright, and that something will resolve all this.
I do believe as a country, Scotland needs its independence, but I am starting to think we will never get that opportunity again.
I hope any fellow furs that are in Glasgow, or other cities in Scotland stay safe, and remember to keep calm through out this tough time for our country.

That Week...
General | Posted 11 years agoWell, its been about 7 days since I was online. I spent it offline to take a break from things that have been causing an effect to people. But, I have been working on a project since Tuesday, in which is time consuming, but it has been fun.
I bought about 1km worth of yarn..... I know, thats alot of yarn xwx And then I have spent about 13 hours so far on the project, which Ill post a picture of it when its complete, but Im already thinking of the next one. I also feel alot happier because of how much focus it takes, and thought I would post up a quick journal to let everyone know Im still around.
ALSO. IT FLOOFS OUT! xD

Classes + Probability of Work
General | Posted 11 years agoDue to the last week, Im glad to say that I did have a nice week off, but just to update everyone ~
I finally recieved my Timetable for my classes at College. I still need to get up at 6am every day Im due in to college, which will take time for me to get used to.
Monday: 9am - 1115 (Currently Unallocated time for Lectures.)
Tuesday: 9am - 1630
Wednesday: 9am - 1315
Thursday: 9am - 1315
Friday: - DAY OFF
Due to this, I may be strict about the times I get to do my art, and post them up into my Scraps Folder until something is finalized. Which Im currently working on my own things, as I dont do commissions yet.
Today, being Friday, I recieved a phone call at 12 noon from my ex-boss, asking me to drop by so he could discuss things with me. In which, after discussing things with him, in which he asked me if I could return to work weekends for him. I did expect him to ask me, and I was expecting it to be alot sooner. But I told him that I will need to think about it, and discuss it with a few people for advice.
He has asked if I could work on a Saturday and Sunday, in which if I did, it would then take more focus away from things, but he asked if I could do Half shifts, which means going in at 1315, and working until 1730. Im not entirely sure what to do, as I am still in a dispute over the grounds of my dismissal with him.
But thought I would just give you all an update!

General | Posted 11 years agoToo many things have happened in the last week, some Im not happy about, alot that scare me. Im starting college in a new place in just over 9 hours, I dont know anyone and I dont know how to react. Ive been second thinking about it, but I need to push on for it. Then alot of other things in my life have went up and down, and they are new changes which are making me scared.
Ive just got to hold out and take things with a deep breath, but its getting so much to the point that its making things difficult.
I also may not be contactable for the next few days due to this all, so if you need to contact me, do it by sending me a note or leaving a comment or something.

General | Posted 11 years agoSo on the 18th of August, I was enrolled into the College Course I applied for c:
BSc With Honors in IT Management, unfortunately I didnt get to meet anyone from my class, which still makes me nervous, because Im no good with social aspect of meeting new people //shy//... But then I got told that the days Im due into college is:
Monday AM
Tuesday AM
Wednesday AM PM
Thursday AM.
So I was expecting to be in college on the 25th of August, but then I recieved an email from the College to say that Im due in on the 26th of August, at 9am. So Long weekend ! c:

UPDATE. Work.
General | Posted 11 years agoSo. As of August the 6th, I no longer work in the job in which I was in.
My boss had hired a new manager who had decided that the only Trained Technician in the business was too much of a liability, and decided to sack them. (Aka Me being the only Trained Technician)
Because of this, I now have 3 weeks worth of spare time, while sorting out legal action against my previous employer... As he has refused to pay me anything... But anyway, on a plus side of it all, Im able to keep practising and get more things done!!
And more time to sleep before college in 3 weeks x3

General | Posted 11 years agoSo. Work has went better than I thought today, other than it being quiet, and nothing to do.... I handed in my Notice of Resignation, which is for 2 weeks on Friday. So the 15th of August will be my last day working in a Hellishly stressful place.
Then in 3 weeks, Ill be a full time Student c: All I can say is that Im in a happy place now, knowing that I have only 16 days more to go. //throws up confetti// And I made sure I am no longer working a week before I start college so I can have more time to myself and have fun and enjoy myself, and hopefully get more of well needed practice in.

General | Posted 11 years agoSo. I heard about EA giving away The Sims 2 for Free on Origin, in which I looked, and couldn't see how to get it. A further search on the internet, more specific Google.... I found out how :D
Open up Origin, and Click on Redeem Code, and then type in, without the quotes, "I-LOVE-THE-SIMS". You only have until the 31st of July though o:

Work.... and Fursuits?!
General | Posted 11 years agoSo, uhm, Today was a Children's Fair Festival in a Town just over from where I live and work, but where my Boss owns another shop. It was fun just to walk about for like 5 hours, but seeing all the different people was cool....
But one thing that sticks out in my mind was a group of 5 people all dressed up in fursuits, who were part of the Parade, or the Procession as it was called. When I saw them, I was happy and found it cute, but when they were passing, my work colleague blurted out and said, "What is that? And hows that to do with a festival here?"
I said, "What? How does it not?"
He replied with, "When does people dressed like that to do with Children? And I think its freaky?"
I replied to him saying while giggling, "Because its 5 Lions in a parade? Its awesome and its pretty cute too....."
1 was dressed to look like a king, 2 were dressed to be parents, and 2 were dressed as children. It was a Family of Lions x3... Thats Cute...
