yupp! ordered fur again, this time fur for Nikki and Berrie(my suit)! Hopefully the order actualy goes through and gets to me fine. Every time I try to order fur from fabric.com they cancel my order because SOMETHING is out of stock!
Once the fur gets here things will get rolling a lot faster. And I realize I have to get more tape for the patterns. AND A SHAVER!!!! >m>

But once it gets here prepare for lots of WIPS!

Ive also decided not to get my yellow or black fur this time... probably best that I focuss on less things at once! >u> ahahahaaaa

So of course itd be really awesome for my fursuit making to become a business and maybe ill eventually grown into one of the popular fursuit makers! (>3> pft ya right)

but even if thats a long shot im still willing to invest in my business! after a few suits im going to start saving up for an air brush machine and eventually get into making my own molds for claws and pads and stuff like that

Im pretty serious about trying to make my stuff/business professional quality, even if im new to it and still learning.
I think it would be a good move for me if i put tags on my products, like regular clothing tags with my brand name on them. that way when people ask who made your suit, its easy to tell or show them and youl always remember. and people will know that I made the parts

The brand name will be iLUVsuitss, what do you think? I couldnt come up with a tag line though XD'' so feel free to give suggestions hahaha
and my new DP is my prototype logo, what im thinking it should look like. do you like it? i dont care about it being girly looking, its not going to show anyways its just a tag. and its just scribbles so far because i dont have or know how to use photoshop :I i might get someone else to do the final for me.

and ill be getting the tags printed on hopefully the silky kind of tag fabric (if is not too expensive compared to regular tag fabric :C)

When you make hands that are going to be all one color do you make the whole hand and fingers all in one piece? or do you cut out and attach each finger separately?
My Answer: personally I think doing it all in one piece is way easier and faster of course, but then some of the fingers fur direction is completely sideways :C So im making mine with each finger separately

Do you prefer more form fitting paws with longer fingers so they look/feel like regular hands? Or shorter fingers? Do you find the shorter fingers uncomfortable?
My Answer: I think the shorter fingers are MUCH cuter and look a lot more animal like so I like them better of course but at the same time they feel a bit weird because im used to having... regular length fingers XD

Do you like claws on your paws? plastic, clay or felted? Who do you prefer to buy claws from? or do you prefer to make your own? What do you make them out of?
My Answer: I dont have much experience with different makers claws, but ive got DVC claws and i LOVE them! their so smooth. I dont think I want to make my own because making 10 IDENTICAL claws seems pretty darn hard ;_;

What kind of paw pads do you like? If you like pad pads on your paws at all. and how do you prefer or think is the best way to attach them (even if you dont do it that way XD)? Do you attach your pads before or after sewing the 2 hand halves together?
My Answer: Ive got DVC pads and YEEP pads and i really like them both for different reasons, because their such different styles, DVC is more realistic but YEEP is super sleek and cute so it just depends on the look your going for. I cant stand pads made of fabrics.. I just hate them :C Their probably comfier, more flexible and easier to maneuver in but... eh. im picky with them. I feel like the best way to attach them may be to cut a whole in the paw and sew them in good sides together, like regular sewing so that it hides the seam.

i woke up this morning thinking this, with knots in my stomach and i just feel so sick thinking about it ;_; im so nervouse and excited and all of that swirly together inside of me is sickening!!!!
SO MUCH PRESSURE!

mostly because i have THREE more days to:
perfect a dance that i just finished learning yesterday >_>
finish a VEST that is turning out terrible so far >_>
make sure i have EVERYTHING i need for 3 days of a big con! goodddd ill kill myself if i forget anything ;_;
try on all my costumes to make sure their all fine and fix anything that goes wrong /practice poses and dance in them
do con grocery shopping and take money out of the bank

saturday ive signed up to be the QUEEN on the magic side in the cosplay chess game (im going to wear my stocking cosplay so i hope thats magic enough XD im working on the sword too!), ive got a photoshoot with a group of girls, furmeet for a bit, dealers room shopping, check out panels and games and maybe dollnorth. i would also like to go into the masquerade but it depends on if i have time.
sunday ive got to dance on stage with a group of girls and hit up the dealers room for a raffle!
im going to try onigiri again (i hate seaweed but ill try it), and im suppeeerrrr excited to get icecream mochi! i love mochi but last year i went too late and they were sold out of everything except green tea mochi! D: and it melted... *sob*

im also going to try to shop early so i can find all the things i want!!
im on the lookout for komugi figures, at least one hachikuji figure or merchandise, komugi dvd set, lolita shoes, oreimo mangas, more clamp chess pieces, a wig or two, it would be so awesome to find a meruru nendo too ;3; or some kirino figures. OR SENA! more kagamis are always welcome and i wouldnt mind an azusa >3< a stocking would be fantastic too ;Q;

The part that worries me is the washing machine part, i like in a small apartment and our machine (plural. only one. omg) barely works... so im probably going to stick a scrap in it to try it out before i go and stick a whole suit or a hand in it o__o
