★ Future Streams ★
The two sketch streams I did earlier this week went very well, so I will likely try to make them a regular thing. I'm not sure when or how often. I'd certainly like to do them later in the day, when more people are online, but I'm not super keen on streaming until 8 pm so we'll see. Still, keep an eye out!

★ Toon Art? ★
People who follow my Twitter or Tumblr may have seen some of my experimental cartoony style art. Not posted to FA juuuust yet but I've been working on a replacement for my chibi style and I'm having a real good time with it. Results are looking great, it's actually fun to draw, just kind of energizing really. Fun part for YOU all is that it means I'll once again have a much cheaper tier of art to offer now and then. Something to look forward to!

Monday and Tuesday (the 30th and 31th), I'm going to be doing live drawing streams where you can get sketch commissions. They'll look like this and will cost $30 per character. Tsumi can color them for you afterwards for $15 per character.

I'm thinking of starting at around 3 pm Eastern Standard and I'll probably only go about three hours. I'd like to just go on a first-come-first-served system but if there's huge demand, I'll have to do some sort of raffle system, we'll see.

I still have plans to launch a mature art Patreon, and I might do it this coming month. Keep putting it off but I think it'll be good for me!
I did a private sketch stream for a friend and it worked really well, and with a few simple tweaks to sketch style, I'm much more into the final results and thus happier to post them. So, maybe, I might offer sketch streams in the future? Especially with prices increasing, an option for fast, cheaper art may be nice. Let me know if that's something that would interest you.

Starting late this month because I am still currently working on March commissions, new slots will open on Monday, April 9th. This will be a smaller batch than last time because it's late in the month, probably only 5 slots. Important to note, there will be a $5 per character price increase. This means commissions will cost $70 per character, making a one character + background picture cost a flat $100.
I may run a YCH or adoptable late in the month depending on how fast I take care of this batch!

Hey guys, I wanted to give every commissioner a heads up that I've been working way slow this month... Not sure what it is effecting my speed but I'm just struggling to keep pace. The extra large batch didn't help of course, but work is just taking up more of my day than I plan on.

This means that if you're still waiting on line art, I haven't forgotten and I'm doing my best! But it's hard to get through these.

Maybe this is partially due to me slowly increasing canvas size, lowering brush size, and trying to squeeze in more and more detail lately. Art's been looking great when it's finished, it's just taken a toll on my speed.

This also means that the next commission opening will not be on the first Monday of next month and will be delayed somewhat.

However, the adventure is not done - I'll be redoing the site for every other comic I have, including Concession, which I'd like to give an entire redesign to. That'll be... fun @3@

★ A Day Off?? ★
Except for coming here to post commission openings on Monday, I will be otherwise taking the entire day off from work, because I'm pretty burnt out from doing web stuff all month. So, I may be hard to get a hold of on Monday until the evening. I almost never take days off... how does one "relax"? I'm about half way through the creation of a new album! Been working on it on and off for a few months. It's a lot more musical and is heavier on synths and less actual 'noise' so far. Hoping to blend together post-rock, drone, and dark jazz influences into something dark, sad, and hopefully interesting. No release date yet, easily before next Winter though.

★ Website Status ★
As a lot of you have seen, many of my websites have been having trouble for about a week. A lot of them are fixed, but some - crucially, the database of quetzadrake 's Furthia High and the entirety of my Immelmann domain - are still down. This is all on GoDaddy's end. Apparently there was a server migration going on that was meant to be unnoticed and silent, but the shitlords messed something up so now permissions are screwy and databases are missing. I'm still waiting on backups to arrive and permissions to be restored (I can't even log into their FTP currently), but that's moving slow. Tomorrow I'll be calling them for the fourth time this week to try and get things moving along.

Hey everyone, got a personal announcement to lay down.

TLDR version: I'm coming out as trans and will be identifying as female from now on. Please call me "Rebecca" and use she/her pronouns, thank you <3


Alright so here's the longer version: People who have known me for years will not be surprised that gender identity has been a confusing topic for me for a very long time. Those feelings and thoughts sort of came to a head within the last month or two and I had to do some deep contemplation about what I really wanted from my identity.

Over the years I've kept snapping back and forth between feminine and masculine, and I've come to realize that most pushes towards something ultra manly was often me running away from being feminine, which is what I actually want. It was always a "you can't pull this off" feeling, but I know with time and work I can, and that it'll be worth it.

I'm not asking a great deal of any of you really. I'm going to be wanting female pronouns (she/her) and I'm going to be pushing my name as Rebecca where I can. I'll keep "Immelmann" account names and will just treat it as a brand or character last name. "Immy" is pretty gender neutral so I won't complain about that, but I really will prefer Rebecca and variants of it.

Fairly sure I'll be staying a raptor, just in a redesigned fashion which I'll be uploading soon, but you never know how I'll feel about animals in a month or two.

I guess that's it, any support and respect will be appreciated and I'll answer any questions that aren't super rude or stupid.
