(You don't need an artistree account to use it as a commissioner, and they plant a tree for every commission, and I like trees soooo...)

Someone tried to steal my design. My design of me.
Even worse, it was someone who I thought was my friend. And he just... lied directly to me when I called it out. I don't understand. We certainly weren't close anymore, but... to just steal my face like that? Why?

I've been dealing with a mental health clusterfuck again so I have a thicc backlog of art he's in that I'm about to upload, to at least solidly prove he's mine. Sorry in advance 😬 Gone for months and then returning with an art dump, rude I know.

I'm very tired. I just want to draw and create. Once I've caught up on the commissions I've got, I'll be taking a break from them. Just personal art for a while. Some real recovery time, hopefully.

Hey y'all, I'm back, mostly! I am so so sorry for disappearing for so long. It has been an interesting and stressful and very weird time for me. I would rather not get into it, it's both complicated and embarrassing :')

I will be finishing up any commissions that are due!!! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about y'all, and I am mortified at how long you've had to wait because of me ^^;
As a side note, after finishing the ones that are owed, I will not be taking on any more commissions for a while. I would like to re-open them in the future but I'm not sure what the details of that will be yet! I apologize to anybody that was looking for a piece from me 🙇‍♂️ Currently I'm not in a position to take on more, and I would like to focus on my personal project for a while as well.

Ready to dive directly into the deep end of the pool without floaties? I am!
I've been slowed down so much over the last few days stressing over getting this up and running, the damn thing has put me behind schedule so I finally sat down and spent the night getting everything (mostly) ready to launch!! (I'm not delusional enough to think it's gonna explode overnight, so I'll have time to relax and focus on work now! XP)

First things first, May commissions are open! I'm switching from that over-extended Google Doc to a Google Site (what a swap right?). Nothin too fancy! Prices are updated, so fingers are crossed there!
Find all the new stuff right here! (There's also a google form there now, in case anybody prefers using those over having no template for a message (social anxiety gang rise UP))

The other three things go together; Patreon, Discord, and our New Paris project! Our Patreon just got the all clear and launched! The goal is to be able to (someday) achieve enough of an income from there that I can charge pennies for commissions, making art more accessible! I'd also like to start building a community around our little world that we're making. I've even been working on a species called Cubi 👀 (they'll be an open species, but I also plan to have some 'creator-made' adopts to sell too!) We would be very grateful if you'd at least give our page a look!
We've also got a Discord!! There are a few Patron-specific channels, but the server as a whole is open to anybody that wants to hang out! You can find it here!
We ALSO have a Twitter open specifically for New Paris! There's no posts just yet, but the first will be coming soon :3
This project is a huge, massive thing to and myself. We've been putting work into it for months! It's still got plenty of work to go, but it means a lot to us, and we appreciate any looks you're willing to give it 😌

Hey y'all, I've had quite a few bigass changes lately so I gotta make some adaptations to my life and work!! Bear with me while I cover the good, the bad, and the exciting!

So, the biggest and best (to me), I'm getting motherfucking ENGAGED y'all :O Right now we're just waiting for 's ring to get delivered. I could go on literally forever about how excited I am for that so I'm just gonna stop at I'm very fucking excited and I really really love my soon-to-be-fiancee-and-shortly-after-wife

Next, some news that will probably be a little bit of a bummer for some folks, I'm no longer going to be taking fat fur commissions. It was a lotta fun practicing the new body shapes on the pieces I did do, and I genuinely do appreciate that there's a whole HUGE community out there celebrating those big bodies! I would rather not overshare, but because of a personal relationship with weight, I'm just not comfortable continuing to work on them. Y'all keep up all the love you have for each other, I really admire that! (Also, chubby/stocky/thicc-hips etc are still fine, this is specifically for body sizes that I guess are considered 'overly obese?' I guess like, drawing a character that happens to be chubby is ✅ but a drawing that focuses on how overweight someone is is ❌ if that makes sense? (Here's hoping I've worded this alright and don't hurt anybody's feelings)

Okay moving on to another thing that I'm also Very Very Excited about! I'm currently in the (agonizing) process of enrolling for college! I dropped out at 19, and started but never finished the enrollment process a few times over the years, so it's kind of a big deal for me :3 Not a lot else to say about it I guess, so pretend this is a real smooth segway into the next thing --

The future of my commissions and content! I'm right around the year mark of taking my first commission now (the anniversary is next month 🤯), and it has been a wild fucking ride holy shit. I didn't know what I was in for, and I've loved all the crazy and interesting people (and their characters) I've met over that time! But because I'll be a full time student by the end of next month, I need to prioritize my time. Mocha and I have also been working on a massive personal project that I hope to start up next month, and I would like to be able to put more time into that. I'm sure this next bit will get some mixed responses, but because I'm going to be a full time student (and I suck at that), I'm going to be taking fewer commission slots, with clearer options, as well as raising my prices (a big thanks to everyone that's commissioned me so far and helped me to feel like my skill and time is worth it!), this will especially apply to shaded/illustration pieces because those fuckers take so fucking long to make (I love every second, there's just a LOT of seconds involved). I'm also doing this so I'll have more time to put towards our personal project, which will hopefully be launching along with a Patreon at the start-ish of next month. Details still being worked out about that one!


TL;DR:
I'm getting engaged and also enrolling in college full-time
I'm no longer taking fat fur commissions for personal reasons
My commission options will be changing, and I'll be raising my prices to compensate for the limited time I'll have as a student
My partner and I will be launching a personal project and its Patreon at the start of next month (keep an eye out 😉)

Hey just wanted to apologize to anybody waiting on me/trying to get ahold of me in the last two days! I pinky swear I wasn't ignoring anybody/any jobs, I've been sick and pretty much stayed in bed (I figured puking on my tablet would make work harder)

Hey any/all that read this!

This is just a heads up that I will be unavailable for a few days! I'm driving out to prep the house my partner and I are going to be moving into soon! Exciting!
Over the next 2 weeks or so we will be packing up the rest of our things, so commissions will be closed until sometime after the 14th of October.
