I've made the decision to officially quit as a full-time fursuit maker. Meaning I will no longer take on new custom furusit projects. This means I won't make an income from fursuits anymore SO I will be turning to art as my only income source while I finish the remainder of my queue.

I'll start posting regularly again to try and get my art seen more. I've made reminders on my previous account but not many ppl came to follow me when I moved accounts yrs ago. So any shares of my work are greatly appreciated<3 I'll have art commission info up soon!!

Hey all! So this year has been relatively okay but there's a few things that really put me behind financially. Today was a really big hit XD My car wouldn't start, ended up having it towed & had to buy a new starter. In total between the tow, new part, and labor charge for the mechanics it was nearly $400. RIP

The other unexpected things this year included my bird getting sick suddenly & needed a vet visit. He's fine now thankfully but it was $80 just to have a vet look at his poop under a microscope lol I also bought materials for fursuit projects that ended up not being used either due to client deciding on a different fur color, changing the character entirely, or cancellation. I personally choose not to make them pay extra for the furs I bought already because I know I'll make that money back in the future when I use that fur on pre-mades. BUT I don't have time to build pre-mades atm. So that's why I am posting this, basically to say:

I'm just feeling real down about it today. Having to appeal to algorithms, hope you don't get shadow-banned, try to structure your post in a certain way so it won't get buried.

I have nearly 2k followers on twitter but my posts rarely get past 10 likes and usually there are no retweets..
The only way to sorta get better interaction is to post DAILY. If you miss even a day or two the algorithm hurts your reach like crazy. It makes me feel like it's not worth posting unless I can post daily.

I miss being active on sites MEANT for art, like here and DA. Tho DA is dead to me since they're so pro-AI not to mention owned by WIX aka Isreal. Ew!

I want to try and be more active here, but it's been awhile & feels like it's harder to grow here than years ago. I'll still try tho! So if I do some large amounts of uploading art here and there that's why! lol

I art pretty fast so I'll soon be able to work on some new art projects!!^^

Atm I think the only way to have my work seen is if ppl happen upon it in other's favs, happen to search tags that make my work pop up, or if they see it on the front page which ofc gets buried pretty fast! haha

Aside from those two ways, I have no idea how to really grow here 😅

Aside from drawing NSFW, fan art, etc.. are there ways to get my CURRENTLY POSTED work seen more??


My previous account had over 1k followers there. After I moved accounts(just wanted a name change) no one really followed me over so I've been less motivated to be as active here. But I'm going to try from now on! Esp with twitter being stupid lol

I'm on SO many sites help. I'm 99% sure I have adhd and it's so overwhelming even thinking of posting art to multiple locations let alone make time to manager/engage with others. I want to network and make friends and stuff. But damn I wish it was possible to do that in just ONE place.

I'll be working full-time freelance soon tho! So hopefully I can figure out a good balance. I may need to pick and choose a select few locations to be active in ;w;
