Some of my readers may have noticed that i,m rewriting my story Dragon lIfe. I will still have the original chapters up for now but they may be deleted later.

So why i,m dong this? Well first off, this story was written by me and another person but the other person didnt wanted his name assoiated with this so hes not mentioned as writer. It was a thing between us.

Both his and mine chapters were fine and he mostly concentrated on the vomit and poop chapters while i wrote the other ones. I did change his typo a little and tried to make so the story and writing was almost the same as mine. I,m editing out most of the vomit and poop stuff but theres stil lsome but not very much. The person who wrote those chapters are totally fine with that.

I later reread some chapters and found them to repetive. An example on the repetive: The dragons lay lots of eggs and i let the reader get in deeply and see it (with words). That is fine in the first chapters but later i let the reader read how 31 dragons lay their eggs and this was a whole chapter and the dragons lay eggs often. Theres many chapters describing this, making the reader probably bored.

Also, i,m using google translate from swedish to english and often this works but the grammar might be wrong. Sometimes i was lazy and didnt correct some grammar mistakes.

I had some chapters with very little happening and this may work with movies but not a written story.

Some chapters were edited badly when i tried to fit in so much as possible.

Also i had named an important character but not another important one.

Speaking of names, i had some famous swedish persons in the story but this will change giving the story more fantasy.

Right now i,m working and editing the written chapters and when they are ready and i,m happy with them, i upload them here. Right now i,m working on chapter 16.

Because i edit out some stuff the new rewrite will probably be shorter but more intensive. I want the action to pop from the pages.

A happy new year to my readers and subscribers. We.lll see what this new year will give. I have some stories to write. Among them a fanfic about what happens in the netflix movie Chupa after the end. Will Alex meet Chupa again? Also i,m working on a fanfic about a man from New York that is bitten by a werewolf in romania and the story has a connection to the movie "An american werewolf in London" but i,m not gonna spoil how they have a connecting to each other.

Well you may notice that i recently havent uploaded many chapters of my Alien story and only a few pictures. Its not because i have troble writing or anything. No the reason is because we recently have had a death in our family. A family member has died but lets start from the beginning.

My older brother Hans, turned 62 year this year and lived hisl ife as usual. He´s older than me and has always had a special place in my heart. During summer his tomach started to hurt and sometimes there were blood in the toilet after he pooped and he called a doctor. The doctor checked him and said it was just hemmoroids and he got a salve for that. He visited another doctor who x-rayed his stomash and such but everything looked good or atleast thats what the doctor said.

Hans got worse pain in his stomach during september but there were no blood in the toilet after he pooped and we didnt know if he should visit a doctor again or not. Hans decided to see if it got better and from early october it seemed pretty fine.

In the middle of october his poop changed alot but no blood. Some days he had bad diarrhea and other day could almost not force out the poo. Then the pain in his stomach came back and i visited him one of these days and he become really pale and hugged his stomach. I said he really should see a doctor and he promised to do so.

In early November me and my family had a get together with Halloween and Hans was there as well. He seemed fine and he and me talked about when we visited Mexico in 2012 and saw many Alebrijes in a street show. I had almost fogotten about that because 2012 was a bad year for me. My girlfriend that i had at the time broke up with me and i went depressed. During the summer, Hans came to me and said that i needed to come away far away from home after the bad breakup and he had a plan.

Hans showed me a folder about Mexico and said that we two should travel there. I was hesitant at first but was persuaded by Hans and the rest is history. The two of us spent two weeks in Mexico and it was a fantastic trip. When I came back to Sweden again, I had mostly forgotten about of the boring things that had happened before the trip. Hans and i ate nice food when we met with the rest of the family and it seemed that Hans no longer had much pain in his stomach.

Hans called me on 12 november and urged me to come to his home quickly and i went there. Hans looked very pale in his face when he opened the door to his apartment and i saw directly that something wasn´t rignt. Hans showed me his toilet and there were lots of blood in there but this blood was rather dark and also the poop seemed to be black. That is a warning sign that something is not good. He said that he didnt have pain in the stomach but had a very strange numb feeling there and i gently feel his stomach and it didnt felt is it should. There were strange bumbs at a place and when i asked about it Hans said he felt the bumps for a while but thought it wasnt a problem.

I told Hans that he should visit the hospital right away and he agreed so i called the emergenzy center and told them about the dark red blood in the toilet and Hans earlier pain in the stomach and they said he should come right away. They wanted to send an ambulance to Hans home and i agree it was the best thing to do. So the ambulance gathered me and Hans and drove to the hospital. Hans was given extra blood in the ambulance and he said it maybe wasnt anything to worry about. I hoped he was right.

When arriving at the hospital Hans was wheeled inside quite fast and they sent him to X-Ray while i waited in the waiting room. There not much to do there but watch TV and drink some coffeé. After some hour a doctor came out in the waiting room and he wanted to talk to me. It turned out that Hans had a cancer tumor in his stomach but it wasnt big and could be removed. Hans wanted them to remove it and i agreed. He would stay in the hospital for a while but would get better. The date for the operation would be on 17 november and that was fine.

Hans was now in a sick room and i visted him for a while before i took the bus home to Hans apartment to gather some things he wanted and also collect my car. I visited him the next day and bringed the stuff he wanted and it was some magazines and stuff and i also let him read the latest chapter of my Alien story on my laptop and he enjoyed it. Hans often read my story on DevianArt and he enjoyed what i wrote. I visited Hans the next days but i couldnt visit him the day he was operated because it would take some time so the next day i visited him was on 18 november and he seemed tired but fine.

Hans joked about that hopefully would be home for christmas and i hoped so to. On 19th november when i visited Hans he seemed to be confused and strange and he was freezing even though the heavy duvet cover was all over his body and I started talking to the doctors but they said it was completely normal. In a couple of days he would be fine again so i drived home when the the hour for visiting the sick was over. The next day i uploaded the newest chapter of the Alien story before i drove to he hospital to meet Hans. I noticed right away that something was wrong. Hans was very absent and had a very high fever. I alarmed the doctors and they checked on him. Turns out that he had got Sepsis from the operation and the doctors qickly gathered things to stabilaze him and i was asked to stay in the guest room.

Some hour later a doctor wanted to talk to me and i saw right away that it wasnt good news he had to say. They had tried to fix the sepsis but it had gone too far and wasnt fixable. I get relly mad towards the doctors because they hadnt seen the warning signs the previous day. The doctor that gathered me said he was sorry. It want his fault but some new doctors. The doctor offered me time to sit beside Hans bed and i gently talked to him after the doctors left the room. I dont know if he heard me because he didnt seemed to be conscious of me but i hope he heard what i said to him.

The doctors said that Hans struggled for life and i belived them. But it wasnt a struggle he would win and late at the evening on november 20 he took the last breath and died. I called my parents and told them that Hans was dead. They knew he was at the hospital but they didnt thought it was this bad. My family came to the hospital and said their goodbyes to Hans and we traveled home to our homes.

A few days later the doctor said that they had seen the tumor in the stomach already when he took the first X-Ray but they didnt belive it would grow so quickly. I become really mad because they never told either Hans or us about it.

I decided to upload the photos that Hans and i took in Mexico to honour him and some other stuff he also was at.

We have begin to empty Hans apartment and its really hard for me and my family to do this. We have so many memories of him and we need the time to sorrow Hans. Hans will be buried on monday next week.

Therefore i will not write as much as before so it might take some time before new chapters of my stories come up. I hope everyone will understand and respect this.

Its not fun writing the Alien fanfiction story when such few like it or comment on it. I have even chanced some of my earlier plans for something really nice but fewer and fewer likes or comment on it. Bummer.

Chupa Netflix Movie review (Some Spoilers included)

Sat down with my three grandchilds on Easter eve to watch this. The youngest is 7 while the oldest is 13. Because we live in Sweden we used the swedish voice over so the youngest didnt had to read the translation everytime. It worked fine even if some of the swedish voices wasnt very good.

First in this review i will go through what the movie is about and then say what i and the kids thought about it.

STORY LINE

The movie is about a kid, Alex, who visit his hertiage in Mexico. He´s being bullied in school in Kansas because hes not like the others. His father had recently died too so he´s in sorrow. His grandfather Chava and cousins Memo and Luna all lives in Mexico and he visits them. Chava is by the way, an old wrestling champion but is now sligtly sick with Alzimers.

At the same time in Mexico, a scientist named Richard is after a fabled creature called Chupacabra. They suck blood from goats. They might however also have a cure for sickness in their blood and thats the Reason the scientist wants to capture the creature. He almost catch a cub but its parents stop him but after a accident the cub is separated from its parents.

This has just recently happened when Alex comes to Mexico. Alex has however never heard of this creature but after a sick goat is found on Chavas farm, he learns about the legend.

After some time Alex finds out that the cub lives at Chavas farm and he shortly loves it. The cub is soon nicknamed Chupa. The scientist is still after the creature and finds out that Chava might have it.

The kids have to stop the scientist from capturing Chupa and Chupa also need to learn to fly.

As in all kids movies the bad guys gets what they deserve and the cub is with its family again in the end. It ended very good and the kids like the ending very much.

WHAT WE THOUGHT ABOUT IT

First of all, the titular cub Chupa is the cutest thing i,ve seen for a while. It kinda looks like a dog/koala with wings and of course with nice colour and beautiful eyes. It croons chitters and even howl and makes cute noises.

It also sort of looks a little like Trico from the Playstation game "The Last Guardian" but much smaller of course. The kids loved Chupa and if it was aviable as a plych toy you,ll be sure they would buy it.

The youngest kid felt the adult chupacabras to be a little scary but after the reunion it was fine. They are supposed to look a little scary so it was fine.

The actors were good. Some were greater than others. The actor who played Chava was really great but the one who played Alex was also good. Memo so-so and Luna was fine.

The movie is alot about families but also being proud of who you are. I found it refresing that it hadnt a Political correctness and focused on the story instead.

For us who grow up during the 80´s and 90´s the movie is very nostalgic as well. We see Turtles, Game Boy, Freestyles, Old TV with vhs and much more. It was the things we grew up with. The movie also felt like those 80´90´s adventure movies but in a very good way.

I,ve noticed some cool nods to Steven Spielberg and his movies. The movie nods was for example to E. T (Quite obvious), Jurassic Park and even Hook at some point. The soundtrack also reminded about some of Spielbergs movie scores.

The music score by Carlos Rafael Rivera was really great and hit the right spots. There are some instrumental tunes in the movie you almost hum along to because they are so good. Some tracks are very emotional which may bring a tear in your eyes even without seeing the movie.

The movie was really emotional at times. For example a scene with Alex and Chupa together listening to a music Box. So simple scene but so emotional. Another emotional highlight scene is when Chupa fly for the first time. That scene is rather dramatic too and you expect Chupa to fly, which he does, but its still very emotional. You kinda feel like a kid seeing magic again in that scene. Those who have tears in their eyes watching the scene knows what i mean.

So what there something i didnt like with the movie? There were a couple of short things that i will mention.

The pacing felt slightly off in some parts but it was really no problem but kids might gets bored a few scenes.

The scene with the kids playing with fireworks and let go last second felt a little wrong for me as a adult. Never good to learn the kids that.

Also that one of the kids drove a car but wasnt great at it felt a little wrong at times.

Overall it was really awesome emotional and nostalgic movie for everyone to enjoy. Its just sad it didnt get a cinema release because the kids would absolutely go to the cinema and watch it.

Howdy. I thought that why not talk a little about myself and who i am and some history. Yeah Cool!! At least thats what i hope people will say.
So, I was born in 1972 in the small swedish town Köping. Its a rather small town in Västmanland. Here is the wikipedia link for the town : https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%B6ping

As a young, growing up in Köping was ok. We had an Ikea store there and some other nice shopping stuff. A rather good ice Hockey team as well.

However around 1983 Ikea said they were going to close down the store. This was dramatic stuff for us because they had never before closed down a store. They closed the store in 1984. There were crazy lines of people going to the store a last time. The nearest road there were really jammed with cars. Some time later they opened a store in Västerås, a much bigger cithy than Köping. Also. It was said that the Ice Hockey rink would be replaced with a new one but it never happened sadly.

Also on Tv famous swedih thriller writer Jan Guillio made a program called Rekord-Magazinet (In English record magazine). In this program they should show swedish most boring town. Can you guess what town they used in the first program? Yes, of course it was Köping. We were ridiculed from that day. Some of the Ice Hockey teams we played with no longer come to Köping. And when they did we always lost to them.

Then a very interresting person entered. His name was Han Göran Petterson often called Hasse P. He had strange thing going on. When Ikea closed down he bought all the plastic balls in the kids room and had plans making a playroom for kids in the city. However this didnt get as planned. He also made some cool shoes that you could kinda pogo jump with. They were nice but sold very badly. Hans was well known for drinking alot of alcohol too and some said he always was drunk. I dont think thats really true.

Han however had an idea how to bring back Köping to a good point again. He said "why dont we make the longest Sandwish Cake in the world" and this happened. It was the famous cafe Bivur who made thiscake and in the end it become the longest one 510 meters and its in the guiness book of records. This was in june 1985 i think and the town was crowded with curious people. After he had gotten the price they sold the cake at the town and a cup of cofee/tea and everyone was happy as they could be. Including me and my family.

Next year (1986) in June, a disaster happened. My familys house burnt but not to the ground but still. It was the electricity wires malfunction that started the fire. Luckily we saved most of our stuff before it smelled to much smoke. The first time after the fire we lived at a cheap hotel. It wasnt very easy but we lived it through. There were plans to build up the parts of the house that was in bad shape but after some talk my family decided to move from Köping to another place. I wasnt very happy with this because i had my friends living close to us but we moved to Norrköping instead. More about that in next text.
