my art may not be used / reposted in any manner unless you've payed for it, ( or have received free pieces from me through raffles, trades, or gifts ). if you've purchased anything from me you may repost it with proper credit.

tracing, editing, claiming my work as your own, and copying my art or my characters is strictly prohibited, and will result in a swift block and direct ban from purchasing or owning any of my work.

i will not offer any refunds on anything unless i cannot complete your commission order, and you will be promptly notified if such an event should occur.

all adopts will more than likely be OTA's / auctions, and will be closed 24 hours after the last bid is placed.

i will send my personal Paypal link for all purchases, and will only accept payments in USD.
payments must be made in full; however i do offer holds for trusted customers.

if you choose to bid on an adopt please do so only if you have the money for it. you will have a full 24 hours to complete the transaction, but if no payment is received within that time the design will be put back up for sale only if there is no update from the customer.

adopts can be traded, gifted, and resold so long as you do NOT sell it for more than what you paid, unless it has additional art. this rule must be followed to avoid being placed on a blacklist, as well as scamming other people to make a profit.

you may also make minor changes to your new character(s), such as giving them accessories / jewelry, clothing, or new hairstyles. however, you may not make drastic changes unless you have direct permission from me.
