IFOHS now open for commissions!!! MAY 20 - MAY 30
General | Posted 9 years agoHello everyone!!! It's been a long time since this has happened, but with summer nearing and us really working hard to get our current queue done soon, we're open for commissions again!!!
Our submissions will be open from MAY 20, 2016 to MAY 30, 2016
TO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE EMAIL US AT infursuitofhappiness[at]gmail.com with a basic description of your character in the subject line, along with head, partial, plantigrade suit, or digigrade suit depending on what you want.
We DO NOT have a set number that we will be taking on yet, but we will discuss it depending on how many submissions we get.
We will require from you at the very least a front and back SAFE FOR WORK reference sheet of your character.
If we have quoted you previously for the character you submit, please give us your account name and which website we gave it to you on so we may go back and check our records.
If you are selected for a fullsuit or bodysuit, you must be prepared to send us a duct tape dummy THAT GOES TO YOUR WRISTS AND THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FOOT. This ensures that your suit will have the best fit possible on you.
For fullsuits, bodysuits, and partials, we will require a 30% nonrefundable downpayment of the full price for material costs.
For heads, foam bases, and small parts, all costs will be up front.
If you want to be a high priority, please put in an offer for one of our two premade designs.

We’re officially closed for submissions, and we’ve made our decision on which commissions to take with us into early 2016!!!
With that, here’s our officially updated full queue, new additions will be at the top of the categories and marked with asterisks.

MFF is now over and done, Hamada, Albion, and I all had a great time, and now it’s time to get down to business!!!
Because of the interest in our suits at the con, we’ve decided to stay open for submissions until FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11TH. Also as a note, our premade hyena design, Cherry Bomb, has been claimed.
Below are all the relevant requirements that we posted before, just to get it out there again.

We'll be spending our time working on some premade suit heads for auction if no one is interested, but we'd very much prefer to be taking commissions for you guys!

We hope we can do right by you~
TERMS OF SERVICE
-Payment is required in advance. A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our queue. This will be used to purchase materials for your commission. We are more than happy to work out a custom payment plan with you, but a suit must be paid off in full before it is shipped out
-A clear (SFW) reference sheet of your character is needed to give a quote.
wolpertingerwhite offers them on commission if you are in need of one
-We reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason. If we are the ones to cancel, a full refund will be given
-If you cancel a commission, a partial refund will be given based on the amount of work that has been completed. The deposit will be kept for cost of materials
-We send WIP updates to our commissioners at each step (foam, fur, etc). These pictures are also posted on our facebook page
-We do not currently take rush orders for commissions. If there is a certain convention/date you'd like your fursuit to be completed by, let us know and we will try our best to work with you
-Fullsuits and halfsuits REQUIRE a duct tape dummy. A good tutorial for making one can be found here -> X
Please make sure to include horizontal notches along your cuts so we can piece the dummy back together!
-If you are allergic to dogs or cats, please let us know! Kota uses a service dog, and although he is a hypoallergenic breed (samoyed) we like to play it safe. He's not allowed in the workshop, but we can take special care to keep your costume away from him
-All suits come with a 6 month guarantee. If something breaks or you pop a seam within the first 6 months of owning your suit, you can ship it back to us, and we will repair it, free of charge! We'll cover the cost of shipping it back to you once the repairs are finished. Fursuits must be washed before being returned to us for repairs
-If your suit is used for anything sexual, that is your choice. However, the 6 month repair guarantee will be voided. We will only work on SFW suits
-Unfortunately, we cannot make suits of copyrighted characters
