Feral New Year - Secret Santa Art Event

Three years ago,
varrawolverine and 
ingridskogstad (hi! that's me!), decided to host a little secret Santa art event in our friend group, featuring only feral characters. Our friends invited their friends, and their friends invited more... We got 56 participants for the first year! For the second year, 87! It was amazing to see so many animal artists get together to share joy.
This year, we've decided to expand the reach of our event to the english-speaking part of the fandom and create a telegram group for easy communication. The old vk group is still functioning as always, and participants from both messengers will be combined, so don't worry about missing out! To ease the workload on the orgs (me) with the anticipated huge number of participants, we've also decided to open the applications earlier than usual!
⭐️ Main rules ⭐️
Characters:
Any feral animal or fantasy creatures, including two-legged like dinosaurs. No anthro/humanoid body plan, no human face, that's it!
Art requirement:
Any skill level! But we expect a fullbody scene with a full-fledged background. SFW only.
Timeframe:
November 21st - December 31st

Scammer beware (impersonation)

Fortunately, nothing bad happened this time, but I still felt that I needed to make this journal.
It has come to my attention that there's someone pretending to be me in discord. I bet there'll also soon be someone pretending to be me in telegram, since scammers have noticed me.
While I do use both of these messengers, I never ever write to you there first! I either give you a link to my telegram or my discord nickname in the comments under a submission, or in notes here on fa. (actually, fa notes are my favourite because it's really easy to check the legitimacy of any account that writes you)
Here are my real, only legitimate accounts, in case you ever need to write me there:

How to stay safe:
- Always double-check the username! Imposters often use similar-looking names with slight misspellings. Check the chat history if we've already worked together.
- I will never pressure you or rush you. If someone claiming to be me is acting pushy, it's a huge red flag.
- When in doubt, ask here! You can always note me or comment anywhere to confirm if it's really me. I'm happy to verify!
The community here is built on awesome people, with a huge lot of trust. I'm happy to be a part of it, and the last thing I want is for any of you to get hurt because someone is pretending to be me.

What there WILL BE:
- a "gallery" channel where I post all of my finished art
- sketches, WIPs, and speedpaints (if i actually manage to record any)
- an "ask me anything!" channel
- an "inspiration" channel where I will occasionally share other people's work with proper credit
- a ping system for those who wish to be notified when either commission slots, new yches, or adopts are open!

- exclusive art pieces (only sketches)

PRICE LIST
Portrait - $30
Halfbody - $40
Fullbody - $50
Fully rendered, no background, but may include props, background elements, small critters, small objects.
Complex design, extra body parts, lack of a reference sheet may increase the price.
Reference sheet - from $50
includes at least 1 fullbody, simple background, and color swatches
Mirrored side for asymmetric characters - free of charge!
Detail shot +$10
Additional portrait +$15
Additional outfit (cloned fullbody) +$25
Additional fullbody +$40
Custom design +$20
Portrait with a background - from $50
Fully rendered, background included, perfect for a character icon. Final price depends on the complexity of the background and on whether or not you'd like to include front paws/arms.
Fullbody illustration (scene commission) - $75 - $200
Final price depends on the complexity of the background and composition.
Additional character +$50
If you want something that's not included in the price list (i.e. comic page, lineart, etc), we can discuss that individually!
Terms Of Service:
» I CAN DRAW
- any feral, anthro or monster species
- clothing of different countries and ages, including armor and weapons
- backgrounds
- robots, mechs, prosthetics, etc
- blood and violence, mild gore, fruit gore
- artistic nudity
- vore perhaps? mawshots? not sure but you can ask
» I WON'T DRAW:
- hate art of any kind
- WW2-themed characters
- erotic or sexual content, including fetish art like tickling, diapers, inflation, etc
» PAYMENT
My preferred payment method is Lavatop (it accepts both cards and Paypal!)
Hipolink and Boosty are also available (both only accept cards). If absolutely necessary, direct PayPal payment is also available with the help of my amazing friends <З
- 100% payment after approved sketch for artwork without background
- 100% payment after approved lineart for artwork with a background
- +1 character = +$50
- complex design, extra body parts (wings, arms, heads) might increase the price
- lack of a reference sheet might increase the price. If you want a simple "white persian cat with blue eyes and a scar on her left paw", for example, that's okay, but more complex descriptions are often really hard to work with
» TURNAROUND TIME
I usually finish a piece in less than a month (EXCLUDING the time I'm waiting for you to approve WIPs or answer questions regarding edits, or to pay the invoice), except for really big references or multiple character artwork.
PLEASE NOTE that this time is an estimate. I am an adult person, and while commissions are my primary source of income, they aren't my full-time job (being a phd student pays zero here and demands a lot of time), so there might be delays. If you need the commission done by a certain date (like a birthday gift, for example), please mention it beforehand as i might not be able to fit it into my schedule.
» WIPs
I usually send you 2-3 rough pose sketches from which you can choose one you like most. They do not portray the character accurately and are only used to show you the pose/composition ideas. Then I make a second, more defined sketch based on the one you chose, adding the character's features, and send it to you. After final sketch approval I send you the lineart, flat color stage and finally the fully rendered piece! If your commission includes a background, it is usually rendered after the characters. Please note that sketch and render stages are the longest ones and take a while.
» ADDITIONAL NOTES
- I reserve the right to use discarded rough pose sketches for other artwork like YCHes, other commissions and personal art. If you would like to keep the sketches for yourself or to save them for further commissions from me, please ask. If not mentioned, I will assume you are comfortable with me using those.
- You can use your commission in any non-commercial manner, and i reserve the right to use it in my galleries and portfolio. If you'd like to keep the commission private, then we can discuss that! I am usually comfortable with not posting one or two pieces. Commercial commissions are discussed individually.
- If you'd like to refund a commission that was already started (sketch or lineart), I will return the money to you, but will keep some amount payment for work that's already done (25% for sketch, 50% for lineart, and you have my permission to use the sketch/lineart in any non-commercial manner), OR I will return the whole amount to you and use the sketch as a YCH. I do not make any refunds for pieces that are already flat-colored or rendered/finished.
