By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS:
- I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
- If I am unable to complete the commission, I will issue a full refund. If you back out at any time during the process, I will charge a completion fee. I will refund 75% of the full amount if I have not started on the art, and the percentage returned will lower based on how much of the commission I have completed, but will not go lower than 50%.
- Nonpayment will result in a blacklist, and I will not longer allow you to purchase commissions or designs from me.
- If payment is through paypal, please use the 'goods and services' option, with 'no address required'. I will issue a refund if you do not follow this rule, and require you to resubmit before I begin the commission. USD is the only accepted currency at this time.
- Commission rates are subject to change with or without notice.
- Potential deadlines for any commissions should be discussed in advance, and I will not be held responsible if they are missed due to client miscommunication.
- I retain all rights to the artwork produced, but not of the characters belonging to a commissioner portrayed therein. However, if the commissioner does not wish the art to be posted, I will not do so.
- Commissions for overly complex characters may incur an additional fee to be determined by the artist.
- You MAY NOT edit, redistribute, sell prints of, claim credit for, or use the artwork for advertising. Any monetary transactions involving the art in question MUST be discussed with me, the artist.
- You may upload the art onto any website you so please, as long as you give credit back to me, and link to my DeviantArt or commission page. The art may also be used personally (wallpapers/phone backgrounds/etc).
- I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for any revisions to the initial sketch beyond three (3). After the sketch is approved by the commissioner, no further changes will be made without incurring an extra fee, to be decided based on the complexity of the change. A complete change to the lineart will result in a charge equal to the cost of the lineart.
- A commissioner will NOT receive the .PSD or .AI file of the work, only the JPEG/PNG/GIF.

Where in the world is InkBleederWolf?
Posted 8 years agoHoly crap, feels like its been forever since I've fully interacted with this place. Well for those of you who want to know whats been going on and why I've been pretty much dead on here, well sit down and let me tell ya. So to start off, I was able to find some part-time work, but it constantly left me drained at the end of every shift. That and a schedule that was all over the place kind of didn't help with planning things. Along with that, I was looking for a more permanent job, one that could support me enough so I could live on my own again. So for almost a whole year, I've been working, job searching, and doing my best to get the creative juices flowing again like they used to but sadly it still wasn't enough. Things had become very sluggish in almost all aspects of my life over the past year. However just recently after having to take a second part-time job in order to help pay bills, I was finally given a job offer as a graphic designer in the Denver area. So after a few weeks of getting interviewed, accepted onto the team, packing my stuff, and moving in and settling down, its safe to say that I'm fully ready to get back into doing art once again.
So what does that mean for me (and the people I still owe art to T-T)? This means that I'm gonna finally be able to have the time and planning to be able to work on my own art and art for others. Now that my schedule isn't all over the place, I can finally have time to plan my time to do art accordingly. Currently I'm still chipping away at owed art, but for those not satisfied I will gladly give back a full refund if so desired.
I know I've said that 'things are settling down' before, but this time its for good. Thanks for being patient with me and things will definitely run more smoothly from now on.

Where I've been/Life Update
Posted 9 years agoSo a lot of stuff has been happening my end the past few months that's been preventing me from working as much as I should be. Getting sick, having to fix some computer issues, job hunting, working overtime to earn enough money, and on top of that keeping up with classes. Overall its just been piling up on me and sapping away my drive and creativity at the most inopportune moments.
However, things are finally starting to settle and fall into place, and life is returning to a normal less stressful state. So I will be able to get back into making art again soon, and I'll finally be able to finish up those YCH pieces that have been hanging over my head and move on to my other projects. So to those who purchased one, don't worry you'll get them soon, I promise.
Many thanks for being patient with me.
