I've been working hard on pushing commissions out and getting things done, Life's been extremely hectic for me lately, from my computer dying to my dad having to go to the emergency room and my parents both out of jobs and myself and my brother needing to really work extra hard to help keep things a float and allod the animals fed and cared for. All of my energy had been focused on making money to help out. It's hard for me to talk about things when I'm struggling, but It's best to be honest.

Thankfully, my parents both have jobs now and things seem to really be settling down for us. I still have to pull alot of money into things but things are getting better. I can focus on finishing things more now! yay!
I plan on having most of everything aside from maybe some of the really big stuff, finished by the end of the month.

So I'm going to be pushing out WIP's Monday through wed or even Thursday if need be, I very much appreciate all of my customers being so kind and patient. Usually my turn around time is very quick, I hope to get right back to that. I will try to stream more often to! So watch out for streams. I usually announce them on my twitter, But I will try doing so more often through here to.

I also recently went through a Username change everywhere but here (cause you can't here TwT) , I'm now known as Kamimaru! You can call me Kami, but I don't mind being called Ink or inkaroo still <3

I will hopefully be able to start from zero comms and open a batch in august and start Fresh if everything goes to plan!
I also want to work on doing more fanart/personal art, because I almost never allow myself to, when i upload any here or on twitter it's probably already a few months old haha. But it allows me to experiment and have alot of fun! for example, the light fury piece I just recently did. I'd love to do more like that eventually. I'd also love to do more experimental work in general <3

SO I've gotten everything moved out into my new place, But I still have alot of unpacking to do and furniture to move, although thats not incredibly urgent so I'm more focusing on work rn! I'm gonna update my trello soon and send out commission wips to everyone shortly. I'm just going to be working none stop on commissions now.

I also apologize for all of the adopts lately, I have to help my parents pay for groceries/dog food/bills and rent, as my mum has been out of work for about a month now, and my dads heart problems prevent him from working at all. I don't want to take emergency comms either, so the adopts are helping me make extra money to help my family out without adding to my queue. Thanks for tolerating all these adopts, they help out alot.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a small update,I've almost got enough for my new laptop, I would just need to take another round of commissions, but I'm Not going to until I finish my current to do list! I'm finally back on track towards finishing my queue after my old art tablet kicked the bucket, I'm loving my new one, its a Ugee M807 , affordable and way better then my old bamboo. anyways, just wanted to let you all know I'm just putting my head down and working through the next few weeks until everything's done. the only outside work you'll probably see me produce is adoptables from time to time so I still have extra money to feed myself/etc without adding to my queue!

SO I need a new laptop incredibly badly, mine is dangerously close to shitting itself and dying completely, to the point where it crashes all the time, you can hear it struggling to stay on and work, only 2 USB ports work,, pse is malfunctioning alot, making it hard to draw sometimes, I have to restart my comp or 3 times to even draw once in a while, etc etc, its pretty bad and I've had it for a few years, and I need a laptop to be able to continue to work on art and pay rent/bills/ and to be able feed myself. Seeing as how I plan on making art a career and eventually going to school for it later this year I think its probably wise to invest in a good art laptop that will last me a while. My current one is a shitty cheap one my family got for me ages ago.

I dont want to add to much more to my queue, not that its very long in the first place but , I don't want to get overwhelmed. unfortunately the laptop is at least 1,200 ish USD. Im considering biting the bullet and taking on a bigger work load so I can afford to upgrade before my computer bites the dust, or, a sketch book auction. Ive seen a few artists do this, where they fill up a sketch book with art of the auction winners character (s) and friends and then they send it to them, If I did something like this to help me save for a new Laptop would anyone be interested? I'd like to gauge interest, if so I'd appreciate if you commented. It would be a few hundred because this would be 50-70+ , or even 100 + pages of art by me, I'm still unsure of what the starting bid might be on something like this. the winner could give me prompts and Ideas, i will do majority of it in pencil, but have a few inked pages and water coloured pages in there as well! I will post some examples soon.

Let me know what you think I should do! Hey all! Letting you guys know that starting tomorrow I will be gone for 2 weeks on vacation, first week in florida, second week in charleston! So I wont be online much at all save for twitter probably! I'll post some pictures. Im sooo very excited! I love the beach so much oh man!

SO im seriously considering heading to Slovenia in a year or two so I can go to art school, like I've always wanted to (as its free there and I would never be able to go in America without it putting me in debt for the rest of my life). I feel like this is a good opportunity for me as I love to travel and I would love to be able to go to art school debt free.
slovenia is a small eastern european country, they have alot of english programs and from what ive heard they speak alot of english there, so I am not to worried about a language barrier, and I will of course study up on their language before I leave! I also hear the living expenses are very low, and its apparently gorgeous.

Ive been to europe once before and had a great time, of course it was a different part of europe though ( spain and portugal)

another option for me would be germany, which I would love to go to, but I hear they may be raising the tuition prices for international students come 2017? not sure if thats true but yeah.

I have some questions for those who have studied abroad, doesn't have to be in slovenia, could be anywhere, im just curious, this is a big move for me!
