Been super ill and busy at the same time last few days. Sorry for the inactivity! I'm kinda avoiding posting anything until certain commissions are done, which, that's always been something I've done so I'm assuming you guys are kinda knowing what's up ahaha.

Been getting a little paranoid with FA lately, I admit. I'm considering going through my gallery and putting large watermarks on most everything, and deleting some sketchy submissions like YCH offerings. Don't worry, if you are a commissioner, your file will still be available without a watermark. All you have to do is ask me for the link if you need it again. I keep the final files in my stash on DA and that's never going away, so yeah.

I'm considering making a Weasyl account despite the claims I've heard of traffic being poor there, but at least I'll be able to feel a little safer there. I've been hearing, seeing, and literally observing alot of things with FA with some personal friends of mine, and even a few returning commissioners who have expressed their fears with me and have asked if I could cease uploading their orders to FA. I'm NOT leaving, just making some changes of how I will be doing things on FA from now on. I will no longer be uploading files larger than 800 pixels, if not smaller, unless it's something that needs to be -read- as an advertisement or something. Again, commissioners are excluded, as they will always receive the final file, and may sometimes have access to hi-resolution if they wish it, or have ordered a commission eligible for hi-res access.

I'll probably be uploading my normal files to Weasyl instead. Hopefully this will also coax more traffic to the website. Honestly looking at it, it's not bad. I enjoy the layout so far, and it has several widgets and thing that FA doesn't seem to have, or doesn't seem to lay out well, and it's refreshing. Btw, like the new beta layout for FA. It seems a bit clunky in some areas, like I feel they could alter certain things, but it feels very close to Weasyl's layout too, like maybe they were trying to compensate lol. But it's not bad. Some bugs here and there, but not bad. Good job I guess, FA. Still a little nervous about you though.

So from now on I can be found on DA, FA, Tumblr, and Weasyl. I upload to E621 sometimes too, but it's rare.

SAI has NEVER given me a problem

But today it's been throwing this error at me:

ANYTIME I try to open a file on SAI it does that. It'll often just let me open up my sai wip files but if I try to open like, an image from the internet that someone gave me as a reference, it literally crashes SAI, giving that error again.

I've looked it up and tried one solution. didn't work.

wtf do I do this isn't cool and is very counter-productive.

Never thought I'd ever say this but after I get done with ALL my comms I'm so done drawing ponies for a while ahahaha.

It's probably mostly because I've got my really big commission lingering in the back of my mind so I've been trying to crank out these ponies as fast as I can while still keeping quality, and not taking my normal 'warm up' breaks inbetween like I'd normally do, but omg I'm sorry watchers I just cannot anymore.

After the remaining pony commissions, ychs, auctions, waiting list pony people on DA, etc, I'm stopping the pony train for a while. I'd like to work on some dragons and anthros and even develop some designs for some personal work. I'll be back to ponies later I'm sure.

The past three nights I've had really strange bad dreams. They've progressively gotten worse, from having to move back home and having a horrible time there, to being nearly killed, to the end of the world and watching it happen. The end of the world one was really interesting...the earth like, said fuck you to everybody and lava started pouring from all orifices. Thank goodness most of the lava was the slow churning kind, and we were able to escape temporarily but we really needed to keep moving cuz the lava still like came toward us slowly....but we got away kinda and ended up in a mountainous weird area...honestly it was really beautiful there but we hit a dead end because we ran into a large body of water. ( The heat from the lava was also melting the ice or something, according to some bitches in the dream ), so places were flooding with both water, and lava, and also the sun was getting close to us and there were meteor showers everywhere? It was really fucking weird, and for some reason I was pregnant also and it made it all 10x worse.

Idk dude I hardly ever have dreams to begin with, but three 'bad', or I guess, spooky dreams in a row? That's not like me. I mean they haven't been so bad that I wake up scared or crying or anything, but they weren't pleasant. Maybe it's just because the last three nights my bf has been in a really sour mood by the time I go to bed. I'm not entirely sure.

In response to my last journal, our ceiling is even more destroyed. Thank goodness both people who fell through the top are okay, but we had a major issue and several people were nearly in need of a hospital or nearly killed. Myself included.

So they were re-doing the flooring upstairs and my bf's little brother, and his mother's husband fell through. The husband fell through and nearly kicked my head wide open while I was sweeping from the previous mess of the collapse this morning. Barely a scratch on me, just a bit spooked. My cat is now hiding under the bed though which is upsetting. It'll be like two days til he comes out. :/

Our light fixture is shocked and we have two large holes above our heads with lots of sawdust. Not really feeling good from breathing it in, but they're going to have to re dry-wall it, and..well...idk how long it's gonna be til they can fix that.

The husband, hen he fell, hurt himself pretty bad honestly. He fell with his legs split between two beams, crushing the fuck out of his nuts and bruising his thigh. Not a good time for him, but we're all really tired, irritable, and just done with this day. I may not be too productive today because of this sadly, but I DO plan on having a flat sale ych up very soon. Hopefully we can at least get out light fixed tomorrow so I can see what I'm doing enough to work. :/

TLDR; Everyone's okay. No one died. Holes in our ceiling. No light. May be unproductive for a bit.

So my bf's folks have been ripping apart his mother's bedroom the last three days to install new flooring. This morning they began really early and it woke me up and they're still going at it. It's so loud because the bedroom is literally right above me...right above where I sit to access my computer. It's god awful. I have some ear plugs in but je- HOLY FUCK

IMVU... I've never actually played on it, as I got into Secondlife as my first weird social game, and dropped that like a hot tamale after about 5 years.


But what's this about FA going into a partnership with them, and why are people throwing a shit storm about it?

Obviously FA needs the help since the site is kinda poop sometimes, and has been very slow and going down often lately, and I've heard all the horror stories...

But like...should...should we actually be worried about something? I feel like I'm out of a loop. I've read the journals, I'm just dumb and don't understand the hype.

I've got an idea for a YCH comic that may end up with three 'chapters', each chapter being 2-3 pages long. However, in the past when I've tried to do comics, I've always miserably sucked at like...sizing the panels and knowing what goes where. Does anyone have a good layout tutorial or idea I could reference or use comfortably? I'll most likely go through and look at comics tonight on E6 or something, but I'd always much rather get an actual person's word.

Also I'd like to mention I am horrible at drawing straight lines, and dislike the pen tool on my SAI, and idk if there's like pre-built layouts I can find somewhere lol.

I figured it'd be fun to make tumblrs for pokemon and canon pony character pairings. Just use the ask button, give me a pairing ( or solo ) of a pony character, and I'll try to draw it between commissions.

I'll make the pokemon one later, for now, there's the pony one. Btw, I don't actually watch the show, and only know of most of the characters from like the 1st season. If you post a character's name, please make sure it is the correct name, because google search won't be a big help if you're trying to say "Big mac" but you say " That one red pony".

I want to practice more with feral sexual images. Nothing too fancy so please avoid posting any dragon characters or highly detailed characters. I was going to limit it to pokemon, but I don't think I'd get as many comments if I did that.

Do not get upset if I do not choose your character, please. I have my reasons, and this is only for practice. It's not meant to be a chore for me, it's meant to be something to help me get better at twisting canine and feline ( etc) bodie a certain way to make feral adult images, while also sometimes giving a more humanistic look to some of the sexual poses used.

Please specify in your comment if you refuse to see your character with a random feral/pokemon feral partner, or refuse to see it in straight or homosexual situations.

Also, I hate to do this, but no ponies. I feel like I'm fairly well versed with those now, and need a slight break from drawing them, lol.

If you DO post pokemon, I won't lie, I'll probably have an easier time picking yours >.>; I can't get tired of drawing pokemon ever lol.

I've been very curious about this Patreon thing, but more often than not, when I visit one, it's either got a hefty mount of pledgers, and the artist is highly well known, or, it's a moderately known artist with 0 - 5 pledgers.

Is this even a thing I could get into? To my watchers, is there even an interest? Tell me, what could I offer you for pledge amounts as little bonus packages that could get you interested in supporting me monthly with a small donation like that?

Give me some advice, some criticism, anything. I'm so on the fence about this patreon thing...I wanna do it, but I don't know the first thing about how to make a fair donation package while still managing to keep myself sane and not flooded with alot of free artwork to do. Perhaps a monthly raffle for higher packages? I...I just don't know.

I really don't feel like I'm well known enough to do it. But can someone at least explain it all a little more in depth? A patreon could help out honestly, as my goals would be high in number at this time. Vet bills, replacement tablet cord, my truck needs up to 700$ in repairs, etc.

Our trip was lengthy and kinda scary at times, but we are situated and at rest for the most part. Still job hunting, and having issues with pets, but we're settled in.

At this new house, there's a few issues that may prevent me from working on adult themed artwork until we get a lock on the door, or a chair for me to sit in behind our desk so that my computer is facing away from the door, but the bf has made a temporary solution, and is just blockading the door with one of our heavier boxes for the time being.

Ugh, my goodness, I -just- opened up my laptop for the first time today. I was really hoping to have the Pony Orgy YCH picture done by today, but it just didn't happen.

So since I'll be moving up north within the next few weeks, the parental units are already taking advantage of getting me to do this and that before I leave. I can kinda understand some of the reasoning behind it, but it's still not too fair. My father refuses to do house work, and basically tells mom to declutter and reorganize while they're moving the furniture around, getting ready to have the house to themselves...but Mom is like...she had to take on two more jobs lately to make end's meat...and she's like...asking me to do all this shit that dad asked her to do because she simply doesn't have the time. I wanna help mom out I guess, but I got my own shit to do, you know? I gotta pack...I gotta clean -our- room and hassle with the fuckin' washer for an hour every single time I wash clothes because it's broken and I have to sit on it to keep it from shaking around too much, etc. Plus my father came home today and called me, wanting the house spotless before he made it home...

Today....today was tiring. If the bf doesn't use my computer tonight, I'll be working on the Pony picture more, guys. Thank you again for your patience. I have it about 3/4s of the way fully inked. Once its inked I'll begin on the flat coloring, and then it will be posted and I'll be ready to take on some more commissions.

I don't think we're gonna do anything for Valentine's day since we are trying to save our money, but I may still be kinda gone Saturday. I wanna spend some time with the bf you know? Sunday I work at my local church's nursery, but then that's my last time I'll be there.

As of right now, We are looking to leave the last week of February. I will announce to you guys when it's time for me to take a break from FA and DA to do the move. Thank you all for being so patient with me while I took a while off. I got some things out of my system and had a small break to do just a whole bunch of crap I wanted to do. I didn't get to do all of it, but I at least got to do things I was wanting to finish and do for myself for a while. :>

So I'm going to be asking individuals to go ahead and send payment for the commissions that are on my waiting list, and the pony ych orgy on Monday! Please keep your eyes open for your notes so I can begin work on that stuff asap!

Aside from the commissions, I have big news that I need to share so that everyone knows what is going on! My bf and I will be making the trip up north within 2 - 3 weeks! Yup! It's coming around that fast!

I will be DRIVING up there in a dinky old truck with my elderly pup and my oldest cat, George. We have found a home for the youngest cat and will be taking him to his new owner this evening. We're hoping he will get adjusted asap, as even though he's a little pain in the ass sometimes, we still love him, and hope he has a wonderful new home since we can't take him up with us.

We tried to sell some things off from our storage, but none of the pawn shops would take them!!! This is highly annoying and puts a damper in my financial plans for going up there, so it is possible I may take a few more commissions after I finish my waiting list ones, or at least do a YCH sketch for a quick auction again. We need all the extra funds we can get for those 'just in case' moments if we need to replace a tire, buy some plastic totes to keep our clothing in the back for the drive up, buy some bungee cords and a tarp, etc.

I may do a few more solo pony ych slots as well, or just open some pony specials, since you guys seem to really like those! We shall see what all I can muster up, but for now, I'll be hunkering down and trying to get my waiting list plowed through so I can make sure no one is waiting around while we are moving!

We WILL be doing alot of hardcore cleaning and packing from time to time, but I usually have a decent amount of free time in the week as long as my folks don't suddenly tell me to clean the whole house and then some :P So I'll be working as much as possible on this stuff!

Because FA's note system is super horrible, I MAY be asking people to resend their references for their characters, simply because it's hard to find all those old notes :( I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
