It's Chandraken here, wanting to blow the cobwebs off this place and give everyone an update!
Inksplat hasn't been forgotten about, but Swiftcast and I have been busy pursuing our own projects. We have a tonne of YCH planned (and one we just launched tonight! Fantasy hero, anyone? ;)

We've just completed out first YCBH auction piece, and had a hoot working on it! This means that so far our account has made 4 adoptables, and 1 YCBH. Huzzah!
Before we charge off full sail into the artistic horizon and towards our next venture, we decided to give you guys the option of putting forward ideas you would like to see e.g. more pre-posed auctions / males e.t.c.
We are not guaranteeing that any single idea will be chosen, but it will be a great source of input for us that we can reflect on.
We look forward to reading your suggestions, and hope you are all well!

After a discussion we have decided to change our debut adoptable auction:
The highest bidder now gets all three designs to keep!
We have resubmitted the image so everyone has a chance to be notified of the change.

Hello everyone!
This has been a long time coming, but we are now happy to declare Inksplat to be officially in buisness!
To kickstart our collaboration we have created three lovely designs that are currently being auctioned off on a King of the Hill style basis: the winner gets to keep the design they like best.
We plan to create adoptables, You-Could-Be-Here's and even offer regular commissions in the future. We also will hold raffles and the occassional freebie! We really hope you will enjoy the art that we make together, it's an exciting time for us!

This helps us gauge how well we handle commissions, both in terms of art produced but also as a business duo, as well as providing something for potential future buyers to look at.

At the moment we do not currently offer any slots for normal commissions, and so the only way to get art from us is to bid in our auctions.

Thanks for being interested in commissioning us. We prefer to be contacted via note in order to discuss commissions, and not comments which are easily lost. Please try and contain as much information as possible when contacting us in order to speed the process up.

x. You may cancel your commission at any time. A partial refund will be given for stages of the work that have not yet been completed. You will be refunded in full if the work is not started.

x. You cannot commission existing original characters in an explicit piece without the owner's consent. Consent can come in a generic blanket statement on the owner's profile for instance. If in doubt, ask.
x. You cannot make copies, prints or merchandise of our work for the purpose of profit by selling it.

No major edits will be done to the image if the sketch has been approved; if you decide you want it changed an additional charge will be added depending on how large the edit.
b. If we feel we cannot meet your expectations in either drawing or colouring we reserve the right to not offer a redrawing, but a refund instead if necessary.
-x. We will gladly fix any color errors of your character we make in a commission. Please, let us know if we have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on "our mistake", which is detail on your reference(s)that we missed, will always be fixed for free.
