Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

• As the artist I have full discretion as to which orders I prioritize based on difficulty, time, and situation.

• No progress on a commission will be made until payment is cleared, through Paypal only.

• I'm a human with a life outside of this website and my tablet, please do not attempt to monopolize my time by messaging me daily to check progress or gain favor. I always try to get my commissions finished within the a decent time frame, if you don't hear anything from me after 3 weeks feel free to message me for a progress update, if I haven't gotten to you first.

• The commission will only be given in a digital form, meaning that it will be given in an image file such as a PNG, JPG, etc. Not a print. Unless I'm selling a physical item, then disregard this section.

• As the artist I retain the right to display your commission as an example of my work and post it in places I deem appropriate, with credit given. I do not have rights to your characters.

• As the commissioner you have the rights to the work you commissioned and may post it in places that you deem appropriate, with credit given. You do not have rights to claim the work as your own.

• By placing an order and going through with the payment, it will be assumed that you have AGREED to the terms of service.

• Payment will be through PayPal only and must be in USD

• The buyer is responsible for PayPal's fees and must add the fees to their payment.

• All commissions must be paid in advance

• There are no refunds. The only time I may issue a refund is if I'm unable to complete your commission. The buyer will NOT file a chargeback for any reason.
