$20 - Flat Colour
$30 - Full Colour (Including Shade)

Additionals such as Character and BG can be added as well at a cost of completion period being extended.
My time limit is my own, so unless you want to pay extra, the minimum i can go is 2 weeks top, assuming if its a simple piece. Any complex stuff will take time and to speed it up cost extra $$$
