So the government is still shut down with no end in sight... I am horribly depressed about the state of my finances in general and this isn't helping at all...

So my nana is showing signs of early to mid stage alzheimer's/dementia, and while it's not too rough on me, it's going to be hard on my family. Those of you who know me IRL, if I seem cold and distant, it's not you, it's the way I deal with personal situations.

In other lighter news, my mother and are are going to be spending the best kind of quality time together... In the gym! She's putting me on a new weight training regimen that show promise to show results and I'm excited to gain a little bit of muscle on my lithe ferrety body!

Okay, first off, I realize this is just $3 to some people and it doesn't matter, there's my disclaimer, do not tell me not to be upset over $3, I will hide your comment.

Steam yesterday offered The Witcher on the weekend sale for 75% off. I was like hell yeah I will buy this awesome game for $3. I wait for about na hour for the game to download and as soon as it does I get an error message:

"failed to contact key server"

So I was like, okay that's cool, and I do my research and find out that this is usually because Steam runs out of keys for a game......

So I figure oh well I'll give it a day and something will be resolved.

Not only does Steam not resolve it after Projeckt Red has sent them the needed keys... THEY CONTINUE TO OFFER THE GAME ON SALE!

This is an unethical business practice and I intend to let everyone that I know about it...

I am extremely displeased and honestly would like a refund so I can buy the game on GOG...
