So my tablet pc is dying, and as it turns out, not a lot of companies make these type of devices anymore. So, I'm going to have to get a regular desktop or laptop (probably will go with a desktop since they're cheaper and easier to upgrade) and get a tablet to go with it.

However, I want a tablet that'll essentially replace my tablet pc. Any recommendations? I know about the Wacom Cintiq, but I was wondering if there are any other tablets like it?

Am I the only one who thinks furries are making a bigger deal of it being welcoming to everyone rather than furry-exclusive than it needs to be? I, for one, have been waiting for a place like Weasyl. I want to look at non-furry art as well as furry art. Both are awesome. The thing is, from my personal experience at least, most of the internet doesn't give much of a shit about furries until they do something creepy. Shit, there are furries on SomethingAwful for fucks sake. :\

So yeah, Weasyl is great, can't wait for an invite.

I just bought a 35 gallon tank for my goldfish because he's outgrowing his current tank, and eventually I'd like to give him some swimming buddies. What I want to know is this: What's the best, safest way to clean a used tank? I've been doing some research online, and the general consensus seems to be vinegar + warm water. I refuse to use any harsh cleaners as I don't want to risk harming my fish. The tank came with a filter, gravel, some fake plants, and some decorations. How should I clean these? Should I just get all new gravel altogether or will it be fine if I wash it with the rest of the tank?

I wanted to know everyone's opinion on people who're already in a relationship yet commission their fursona fucking other people's fursonas. I personally wouldn't consider it as far as cheating, but what do YOU think?

I mean, on the one hand, it's just a drawing and fantasy. Yet, it's also a depiction of a character that represents a real person. So...I dunno. I'm kind of stuck on that.

I wanted to apologize to to the people who recently commissioned me. I know it's taking me awhile to do the commissions, let me try and explain why. I have clinical depression and for the past month I've been going through a really bad low period; IE I've lost almost all interest in the things I actually like doing. I will complete the artwork I still owe, it just might take awhile. Again, I apologize.

My boyfriend got a sirloin steak from a charity and neither of us know how to cook it. I wanted to surprise him one day and make it for him. However, I'm not that great of a cook, and I don't like the taste of cow so I wouldn't know if I was doing something wrong. HALP.

Some of you may already know about this, but for those who don't, my boyfriend last year had to quit work because of migraines. No matter what medicines they put him on, nothing made them go away. So, he's been having the same migraine for a year now. He's had CT scans, X-rays, blood tests, and all sorts of other things done over the years, and nothing was found.

Well, recently I had to take him to the hospital, because his migraine was especially painful, more than it's ever been. They did another CT scan and...they found a small spot in the scan of his brain. The doctors aren't entirely sure what is is until they do an MRI, which we're working on scedualing now. However, the doctors say it could possibly be some kind of edema.

I have no idea what to think of all of this. I mean, it would mean we finally a culprit for the migraines. Yet, it could also be something really serious. I hope I'm being paranoid, but I'm terrified that I might lose him. I couldn't live without him here in my life.
