So I was going to start uploading a comic I was about done with, it's a remake of the mindless image series but with some level of story and diologue. Unfortunately my graphics card went kaput. My computer is currently in the shop being fixed up and I'm upgrading everything while I'm at it, it's a 5+ year old computer.
Anyways while I wait the several weeks itll likely take to get a new graphics card in. I can still upload the first kind of cover page of the comic in its sunshade or partly shaded form if you are all interested in still seeing that.
Also you can view the fully colored version on my patron though it is currently only available to paying members, there is also rough of Dwindling soul and its fully rendered cover as well as some exclusive content and alternate versions of some of my art.

To start, No they did not get any of my info or money from me.

There is a scam ring that has been targeting artists posing as hiring agents with different gaming studios, actually going through an online interview process to gain peoples trust and then asking them to pay for supplies and training with a "guarantee" that they will reimburse you later once they have the fund.
1: if you receive an e-mail asking for an interview from a gaming company, check their website to see if they are even hiring for said positions and to check their hiring policies
2: most Hiring agencies will not ask you to download anything, or request they talk with you over a Private Messaging app like Telegram, Skype, etc.
3: if you do decide to take the interview know that no company is going to hire on the spot, any real business has lots of candidates and will usually get back to you via email or by phone for either a follow-up interview or to inform you that you have been accepted.
4: no interviewer will ask you to pay them or a third party for supplies or training, especially not without a legally signed contract.
5: they may offer you forwarded payment to "pay for the supplies and training"
Basically, if it's via IM services most likely a scam, if they offer or ask for money scam. If they say you have the position on the spot probably a scam.

If you believe you have been a victim of such a scam, you may fill out a complaint form at https://complaint.ic3.gov/ and https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ detailing as much as possible.
Also, make sure your bank's security department is open in case the put your account on hold after making a report

I set up a Patreon account with some unique benefits not found here or on other sites. though I am not entirely sure how to set everything up so if anyone knows how those shenanigans work it would be greatly appreciated.
On there I currently have 3 tiers for 5$/15$/30$ but I just kind of picked the tier prices at random. I also wanted to know if I should give the private discord server to all patrons or just the last 2 tiers for now? currently, it's set up with only the last 2 tiers have the discord server which admittedly is also a work in progress, but it at least exists.
I wanted to set it up to be product-based instead of monthly but something about my current plan doesn't allow that so if anyone has insight on how that works?
The intention is to have a source of income for when I start working on my comic, as it is there has been little incentive to work on them as they don't make me any money and they take a long time to create that I could otherwise spend doing commissions. On top of that, it'll allow me to interact with and get feedback from people who are interested in seeing a good product. I'll finally get around to completing "Dwindling Soul" as well as start working on in a fan-voted order my other characters backstory comics. that is Arawn, Viata, Kalani, Alvacraft, Nalini, and Luka. as well as getting out some general world-building info

Rules:
*You will pay in advance before I start working on the image. However, you will pay in the order of commissions. That is when I am ready to start working on your piece is when I will ask you to pay. Please pay within 2 days of being notified that your piece is ready to be worked on otherwise I will skip over it and move onto the next person in the queue. If for some reason you are unable to pay at that time but are expecting to have the money soon, please let me know in advance and I can push you back in the queue.

*If you have a character reference sheet with at least a front and back that is very helpful as well as having a good idea of what you are looking for in advance, even if it's several ideas I can work with you to figure out what exactly you want to be made. I say this cuz I know what it's like to want to commission someone but not know which idea you want them to make, so just put the options on the board and we can talk about it.

*Limit of 3 alterations during the sketch phase and 1 minor alteration before the final draft. don't ask me to draw something entirely different when the image is basically done. if you want another picture you need to pay for it.

*If you want to keep the image private, tell me in advance otherwise it will be put up on my page when it's done and by extension scooped up by bots and posted on just about every site, that I will not track down for you because they won't take it down anyways. trust me, I have tried.

*I do NOT draw cub/child porn, if your character looks like a child I will not put them in a pornographic image.

*I do NOT draw watersports, scat, gore porn, age play, diaper fetish, CBT, inflation, extremely over or underweight, vore, and likely more. Ask if you are unsure and I will clarify.

*If you seem sketchy. I will not do business with you.

*If you are a complete ass I will not do business with you. If I have already started working on your image I will refund your commission and then quit doing business with you. most likely followed by me blocking you. And yes I will take screenshots as proof so if you try slandering me I can show people just how unreasonable you were to work with.

*I will give regular updates to keep you informed on the progress. If I haven't updated you in 2 or 3 days, it's probably because of my day job where I work 12+ hour Panama shifts so I'm probably exhausted and sleeping.
