Had a great time at the FurEh Christmas party, was good to see a bunch of the local furs. The drunk furpile on the back room table was entertaining :) Thanks to many of the fursuitors that let me measure neck sizes for a baseline fursuit collar, hope to see a few of you at FC!

The drive back wasn't too bad, not much snow till I was close to home and the primary roads had been cleared. The drive through the mountains was clear, cold but clear. If I had left Monday rather than Wednesday I would probably been stuck in my car for a day. Currently sitting at -30 with 3 feet of snow at home, wheee.

Thanks again to scribblefox for letting me crash on the couch while the roads home were closed, it was great hanging out with you all.

Now back to work, got collars and legs to finish!

Looks like I'm stuck in Vancouver for a few days due to snowmageddon in Alberta. But I at a most excellent host and having a great time.

Alas didn't make it to MFF, it would have been an awesome way to spend my last few days as a 31yr old. Plan to be there next year, and better prepared.

I have spent the last couple days watching this. It's the abridged parody version of Dragonball Z, I have had a lot of LOL moments. Funny thing is they managed to follow the story of the show pretty close and make it far more entertaining.

Finished a hinged collar and continued to work on the second version digi legs.

In other news it's my cake day today.

Finally feeling better, food poisoning is not pleasant.

If the stars align I may make it to MFF. I didn't plan to go but an opportunity to do a repair job in Oklahoma may coincide with MFF and I may be able to swing it. Unfortunately I won't have room to bring the digi legs, I need space to pack control boxes for the repair.

Fingers crossed.

Recovering from food poisoning, spent a good part of the night in a semi conscious state on the bathroom floor wearing naught but the collar. Still feeling weak but at least I can keep food down now. Trust in the 24hr Subway food has been diminished.

Been trying to get the Ironfur account for over a year now, I originally used the name back at Rainfurrest 2011, kind of a spur of the moment name at con reg. After a bit of checking when I got back it looks like the name wasn't taken by anyone else, thus I became Ironfur. I am a bit picky about the consistency of the name and the FA name was taken back in 2005 but it looked to be that the account was dead and hadn't been used for 8 years, so after being patient I was able to take the account over.

Anyway I don't really draw but I do work with metal, I am in process of building an improved set of Digitigrade legs for use under a fursuit, stay tuned for pictures and developments.
