FA's new story reader
Posted a month agoFA finally has a way for readers to enjoy stories without having to download various text files. Super cool! Love it! Makes reading super easy for sure.
The only "problem" is all of my stories are in .RTF format and the site reader HATES it. While the actual act of replacing everything with a .PDF would be easy, I would have to search for each story and convert it, which would be so time consuming and I'm already so slow on uploading thing.
Would there be any demand for me to swap .RTF with .PDF so you can just read it on the site? If you feel the convenience is worth it so you don't need to download the story OR if you'd rather i keep everything .RTF so you can read things in whatever text program you like best, please leave a comment.

Life Update!
Posted 5 months agoI don't feel the need to talk to or address the internet as whole too much. I'm just a writer for an extremely niche section of the internet and my productivity surrounding writing is trash BUT I know people and fans still follow me so i want talk a bit about me and what's going on at the moment.
Writing and Commissions
Writing is extremely limited for me, nowadays. A story idea might happen as a gift for a friend's picture or something to tease a friend of mine that I don't feel is long enough or acceptable to upload. A lot of my free time has been cut as I'm trying to swap careers, which I'll talk about in a moment. I'm finally outright saying it, commissions are closed and I don't know if i'll be doing more in the immediate future. I'm not opposed to doing them but I'm focused on other things right now
Uploading my old stories
I completely fell off from keeping any kind of routine doing that and FA's outage reminded me that if I don't hurry up and upload it all, I might not have a good place to put them. I'm going to try my best to put all my stories here sooner or later once the rush of everyone uploading things to FA dies down. My longest work, The Greased Slut, will be last on the upload list so i can keep all the chapters together. If i stop uploading things, don't be afraid to poke me about it.
My free time
Video games are my love and my biggest vice. While that IS where a lot of time is going, I've also been trying to get out of retail work and into an IT job. I've pretty much been pouring my free time on days off and before work learning anything I can to try and swooce into an IT job. I've already got the A+ cert, the Network+ cert and I'm actively working towards learning front end web development with HTML and CSS. I'm also going to be looking towards going more conventions this year to volunteer in anything tech for experience. The job market kinda sucks right now! (If anyone knows of a place hiring in the Dallas, Austin or Houston area and can put in a good word, let me know!)
Conventions
I went to Harmonycon this year and remembered just how fun conventions can be. I'm hoping to volunteer at Colossalcon's Texas branch and Mare Fair this year. If i do get the chance to go and you're there, please come say hi! I'll probably post on twitter about it if I do plan on going
I think I've rambled enough. If you made it this far, thanks for reading. <3
