Great week
General | Posted 16 years agoEverything last week went perfectly, I wrote a number of short stories, got my wisdom teeth removed, my little sister may have finally found a steady boyfriend (will be watching him just in case) I lost 15 pounds due to excersise (still have larger waist than I should but Rome wasn't built in a day)
I have a long term story going (finally) I did about ten pages in a single weekend, and I think my job prospects are finally looking up...
and I don't have to DM this week...
I am now taking requests, trades, and commissions.
here's my info:
I will not do hardcore stuff, that is anything that involves SAW like torture, children, scat, or anything else of that nature. if it's illegal or causes regular people to throw up it's a no.
Also I can't do guy on guy stuff, writing it creeps me out...
I guess herms are okay though...
as long as I can put a good story to it I will accept almost any requests though trades come first and commissions before that.
I am currently working on a trade with tanithjackal...
her unicorn comes before any other requests (mostly because I've already got to the good parts)

General | Posted 16 years agoInspiration struck me recently, I've been getting viewpoints jumbled while trying to write Left Fur Dead (as I'm sure you noticed it's been weeks since I've posted one) I've finally solved the delemma.
the viewpoint will switch from chapter to chapter instead of within each.
the next one up will be Lupis, then Dryak, then Rillata, then Persia.
LFD: infection
fight to subway (warehouse) + fight in Subway= Lupis
Police station + fight to hospital=Drayk
first half of hospital= Rillita
Second half of hospital= Persia (might switch her and rillita)
Finale= everyone
LFD: Contamination
Tunnel+ Truckstop= Drayk
Drains= Rillita
Small Town=Lupis
Chapel= Persia
Finalie= everyone
LFD: Adaptation
Fight to airport= Rillita
1st half of airport= persia
2nd half of airport= Drayk
terminal + runway= Lupis
Finalie= everyone
LFD Liberation
Woods= Persia
More Woods (includes abandoned cabin)= Rillata
Cornfields= Lupis
Farmhouse= Drayk
Finalie= everyone
Spaceport Ending= everyone alive

The gods of Edin are neither Omnipotent, nor Omniscient but they have a lot of power. they can do as they please, but their tendencies and powers are given by their followers
Edin's different fauna can be classified as Humans, animals, and monsters.
Animals have Bodies
Monsters have Bodies, and Intelligence
Humans have Bodies, Intelligence, and Souls
Humanity is divided into culture groups called tribes, there are many many diffrent ones. (one for every well known pagan civilization)
I know you all want the furriness and I'm getting to it.
powers:
Manifest: gods can manifest themselves through Animals and Monsters, but have no bodies of their own. they cannot do this to humans because Souls get in the way. a monster's intelligence means it knows it's being poessed and can't do anything, Animals can't resist and wouldn't even if they could.
Domains: area's and elements of Influence. these decide the deity's personality as well as they most powerful abilities, Armand for example starts with Life, but as his theology becomes more complex, he gains more Domains.
Miracles: big divine awesomeness, like raining down fire, or healing the sick. No god on Edin can bring back the dead (bodies yes, souls no). But they can create their own haven for souls on their way elsewhere. They cannot create life.
Minuplation: some divinities can control the world around them without manifesting, this can only be done where belief in them is high, and people expect to see this happen, doubt kills this power.
Prayers: a Divinity can hear their followers, the more the follower wants it the louder it is.
Creature: most pick a single favored creature, and pour divine power into it, these are powerful pets and are focus points for manifesting. humans cannot be picked.
much more: there can be complex interaction between the people and a divinity.
what I'm asking is if you out there is if you have any ideas.

General | Posted 16 years agolast night I cleaned out the files of porn I had, and forgot to empty the trash.
my father found the files...
his response was not violent, there was not yelling, he simply said "stop looking at that stuff" and went on with things.
that was it
I was shocked, I expected to get some form of yelling, and anger.
he was just disappointed in me.
I let myself get distracted by porn and that's why I have to work my ass of in collage now.
I deleted all the porn I'd collected over the last three years.
he was right.
by no means does this mean I'll stop writing, I'm just no longer going to be looking at it when I could be doing something useful.
sex is nice but it's not everything.

the ROH, Russian perspective
General | Posted 16 years agoI have been writing up a science fiction nation called the Republic of Humanity, and going into great detail with it's civilization and sub-cultures.
The Russian Federation was forced to play peacekeeper when china collapsed under the weight of it's own economy, the two became The Eastern Federation. When Walter Reed and the World Without Gods party rose to power in Europe they began a purge not seen since the second world war, targeting religious peoples within Europe. many Eastern Europeans fled to Russia while western Europeans fled to the US. the resulting influx boosted both nation's economies.
Instead of expanding outward America expanded upward building the first space tower, they also launched the Freeedom Star which prevented nuclear weapons from being used (due to hacking this included their own) Iran was pissed off, believing it was another star wars style bluff. in an attempt to win back their population (which was rioting at the time) they called America's bluff. the US was not bluffing, and a good chunk of the middle east was destroyed. the Federation saw the writing on the wall and their economic development was geared toward the coming war with Reeds Europe.
Reed did eventually turned his attention outward, attacking both Canada (where England's government in exile was) and the Eastern Federation. a second patriotic war was fought. the US lent it's support to Canada.
The Federation came into conflict with the US over alaska, some generals believed they should take advantage of the distraction and take back Alaska and it's Oil reserves. (fossil fuels were being phased out but plastics and other items needed it) the result was a quagmire that made the USSR's Afghanistan look like a cakewalk. most of the US citizens resisted, and they were surprisingly well armed. Part of the justification for this attack was that the US now that they had a cheap and easy way to get into space, had established Moonbase Athena and claimed the moon as US soil.
The three way war went on between them for a long time. When a number of South American nations tried to join the federation the US responded less politically and more violently. South America became the battleground between the US and the federation. the US had learned from it's mistakes in the terrorwars how to successfully keep these nations under their command. They began encouraging these Nations to apply for statehood. This sort of backfired, the nations of South America and North America discovered themselves near equals in the Senate, and the US found itself hopelessly outnumbered in the House (more people in south America than the US). The American Republics were formed as a result. After others saw this the Federation lost it's political edge, and all of South America as a result. However the positive relationship the South and the Federation shared transfered to the newly formed American Republics and a treaty was signed. The Federation left The Republics and their pacific holdings alone and both focused on The Union (Europe+Africa) the Republics liberated Britain while the Federation kept them occupied in the east. the resulting backlash from discovering the "detention camps" in Britain was enough to break the WWG party and the Union self destructed as a result.
The ROH formed in the aftermath to deal with reconstruction of europe's shattered infrastructure, their UN style methods and unbiased view helped them gain support. Unlike the UN they were effective in combating military and economic threats. Thus they eventually replaced the ineffective UN as the forum of nations. As Humanity expanded into space the ROH was given jurisdiction over colonization efforts (it could not be done by one nation alone, the US proved how hard the moon was, now imagine Mars...) it has developed into the new Galactic authority for mankind.
now a century after it's creation one of the colonies named Mariopssia is putting it's values of tolerance, peace, and unity to the test. maripossia was an attempt by a political party to prove Humanity could thrive without governance. The colony developed well, then they discovered how to rewrite their genetic code with just an injection. this began a downward spiral as people tried to out modify one another to get the edge, or relying on modifying their genes instead out of lazyness (why work out when you can give yourself muscles with a single injection, why study when you can engineer yourself smarter) the republic was forced to use military intervention on it's own colonies for the first time in it's history.
Not all the genetic damage could be repaired, and due to lack of technology that far out on the verge the results were less than satisfactory.
Anthro's were born, the republic was quick to head off the issue, offering them citizenship and a single free ticket to anywhere within the Republic itself.
The Russian Empire
It's actually a parliamentary style government, instead of a king as the figurehead they have an emperor. It's the 25th century and surviving world war 3 changed people's outlook quite a bit. the Empire as a whole is nationalistic and proud of their accomplishments. The Parliament is a place where intrigue is constant almost to a Darwin level of eliminating the competition. they and the Chinese successor states parted paths soon after the end of the third world war, they still fuss and fight over Mongolia
other nations:
The American Republics: most of the Arizonia Desert is now occupied by the Captial City. otherwise it is ruled over by the same system that governed in the 21st century, though with the addition of the south there are many more political parties. The republics tend to be best left to their own devices but are one of the most ready to volunteer for space travel alongside the Empire (both nations have heroic spacefarers in their history)
The Republic of Greater Britain: the center of the galactic market, a combination of Wall Street and Switzerland, it still has bad memories of the camps. because of the strong furry subculture, many anthro's assumed they were also anthro's, they were wrong but the first few months were hilarious.
Nipon: japan and it's holdings
the Many Kingdoms: the successor states to china always fight with one another and the Empire to the north.
The Mid-east Tri-council: made up of Israel, Egypt, and the UAE they formed to counter the Persian Empire (what Iran evolved into before it exploded) they have changed much after the Terrorwars and WW3, becoming open and tolerant places (for the record mecca was caught up in Persia's death throes, so the Hajj has taken on a new meaning for Muslims)
Afrikan kingdoms: the newly formed states in africa are monarchies, but united by a democratic process when dealing with other nations. the anti-colonial paranoia has dissipated, and outside help has benefited Afrika greatly.
The United Koreas: one of the battles in rebuilding the world was dealing with North Korea who the world could no longer afford to feed. The ROH laughed at the threat of nuclear weapons, NK attacked the south, Russian, Many Kingdoms, and Nippon troops responded in kind from all directions.
Those North Koreans that did not surrender, die for their country, or die of starvation, were sealed in their tunnels when reconstruction began.
Somewhere under the Korean capital of Huansou there are 7,000 NK trapped in tunnels.
what do you think?

My D&D world
General | Posted 16 years agoI came up with the crystal coast setting using science to explain species (plus magical and divine influence) instead of "they just appeared" gods exist but most are distant, with gods more powerful they are the less they feel the need to show off to worshipers. the main religion is based off actual medieval practices with different philosophy's putting different deities before others, the most powerful god (and thus most distanced) is "The Maker" worshiped by the trinity monks. They are a combination of western and eastern style monks who protect information and preserve knowlage. Their trinity refers to the body mind and soul, their cross represents this with The Maker at the top and the three disciplines.
I also had to come up with an explination for the number of species and why they are the way they are (breeding rates ).
1. Humans almost are wide and varied, while one human might be a bigot, another might be tolerant. On the whole humans are accepting as long as you do not present a threat to them. Humans are also the best breeders, having survivability, genetic diversity, the ability to breed quickly (speaking from an overarching point of view 8 month and the ability to breed at any time is quickly) humans are often future focused trying to make a better life for the next generation. because of this high breeding rate and being a jack of all trades humanity has produced half-breed offspring. they are the most successful species.
2. Goblinoids, despite a faster breeding rate than humanity (1 month to carry to term and birthing 1-4 children at a time) common goblins, orcs, and hobgoblins are rife with inbreeding. This makes them naturally slow witted and quick to resort to violence to solve problems, this does not endear them to civilized races and thus they are exterminated with extreme prejudice, this causes more inbreeding down the line, goblinoids are naturally weaker all around than other races (though orcs are physically superior to humans) most of the ancient races belive humanity is related to Hobgoblins and the races share a stone age ancestor. It has been suggested by elves that while the human ancestor took to farming, fishing, and settlement building (thus increasing their brain capacty), the other remained a hunter gatherer and became genetically retarded by fighting with (and loosing to) their farming counterparts. Goblinoids have no ambitions beyond seeing another day's dawn. they are famous for going on crusade like warpaths.
3. Ancients: elves and dwarves share an ancestor over 27 million years ago but while one took to the forest and magic the other took to the underground and logic and there they diverged and evolved. Despite the obvious physical and cultural differences they share a poor birth rate and are can only get impregnated every five years add this to their long lifespan and three years it takes to carry to term, and a child is usually born at the same time as his great, great, great, grandparents are still alive to bless the child. To the dwarves this became a culture of ancestor worship and focus on family history and values, they tend to be conservative, and can hold a grudge for generations (condidering an adult dwarf is 150 years old that is a long time). Elves love the arts and nature but to call them hippies would be be hazardous to their health, they are adept in the use of mana simply because they have centuries to practice and prefect. Elves like dwarves marry for life (a cultural trait passed on to humanity by contact with both races) they revere their ancestors in a similar way that humans do saints, the first elf has ascended to godhood as a result (so did the first dwarf). They are at the other end of the political spectrum from dwarves and the races often butt heads as a result, though this has never lead to anything more then minor skirmishes at the worst of times. Both races prefer diplomacy but while dwarves can be frustratingly stubborn, elves (being naturally democratic instead of monarchic) however can take forever to make up their minds (fair democratic decisions can take a years for humans, Imagine elves who have centuries to spare, humans don't live that long) this frustration has lead to war with some human nations. Oh and yes dwarves consume and brew an amount of beer that would put Germans, Russians, and Irish to shame.
4. halflings: average in every sense of the word, there are two types, Roma are nomadic entertainers and while hospitable and kind it is best to hold on to your wallet. The Sedi are homemakers and tend to remain where they are, though hospitable and welcoming their communities are slightly boring (think leave it to beaver set in the middle ages) and almost nothing ever happens there.
5. Dragonborn: dragons can breed with any species due to their magical nature and though their relationship with humanity is one of mutual distrust after the Dragon Wars (The Dragon's natural greed got the better of them and they became tyrants, humans rose up against them, yeah you know where that is going) it was common for the two to interbreed under the Dragon Empire of the East, a viable but small subspecies of humanity was the result, they can only get impregnated once every three years and lay eggs that wait a year to hatch. They have a culture decending form the Dragon Empire, thus their communities are based on personal honor, combat, and the rights of personal property. Property rights and ownership carry great importance in Dragonborn culture, second only to personal honor. Only two crimes carry a death sentence in their community, Murder and Theft, unlike most they do not marry and after the child has hatched the parent of the same gender takes care of it's raising and the other parent leaves, though it is considered good form to send support for the child for the first five years.
6. Gnolls: hyena men that once ruled the southernmost parts of the west, their culture has fallen a long way, they are lazy raiders and scavengers now, their breeding rate is on par with humans but the death rate is horrid even by dark age standards. They can and will eat any meat and can even eat a corpse left out in the sun for days, humans often associate them with ghouls because of this, though this is not true. they are a female dominated culture (females are naturally bigger and stronger) the lesser male gnolls are particularly vicious to females they capture because of this gender barrier. Unlike humans for whom breeding comes as a natural thing, gnolls are forced to because their demonic patron yegnou demands it of them (replace the dead or you shall die as well) this is their main reason for raiding and taking slaves, though many are used as labor those who are of fit age are used as "Glyssmu" or "bitches" if translated to common tounge. this is not a loving kind, relationship. Gnolls are natural bulles, even those that try and walk the path of good judge others based on their strength and ability to survive
7. Shifters: children of lycanthropes they struggle to separate themselves from their brutish, primitive, ancestors but the more emotional they get the more their animal traits manifest. their ancestors were shapeshifers (albit of a strange type) and they have some control of their bodies internal workings, controlling their adrenal glands for example. as far as breeding rate goes they are average but produce litters like their ancestors, but is their unstable genetic structure mean many never survive puberty. As such they have a tribal culture based on discipline and controlling haywire emotions.
Warforged: as the war between human kingdoms began to make use of magically animated Golems as expendible remorseless troops, the golems eventually became more and more sophisticated physicaly but it took the development of the Knight prototype for wizards to figure out what it took to make them smarter, and to give them souls. they are built in special forges that require both priests and wizards working in unison to bring life to the empty shells. with the vast wars or the age of darkness now behind them the question is what to do with these leftover constructs. Because they had souls the Grand Theologian (big boss of the biggest church) came down on their side blocking the mage's guild's attempts to have them dismantled, after much politicing they were eventually declared living things and let loose, but without a war without someone to command them, many are trying to adapt to a life without war. It is difficult for them. They feel a dulled version of the senses used by other species (with the exception of sight and sound) in general they are trying to figure out what to do now. there are a few known as the Reforded that attempt to bring back the dead using these technques. though so far it has only been used on animals and lesser creatures (no volunteers as of yet)
Reptiles: lizardmen, saugian, yuan-ti, etc. all decended from the different castes of the same empire, 45 million years ago when dinosours roamed (in some places they still do, but it's rare) this world it's only intelligent inhabents were the empire of Sobek, the reptillians ruled. dispite their power and knowlage they were a brutal nation and a cruel people. and The Maker smote them, he smote them good, "rocks fall, everyone dies" is now written on the walls of their decaying temples. they Yuan-ti cling to their ambition to rule the world again, Sobek is their god, and he is an ass. the yuan-ti snakemen are slowly going sterile in their service of him. the lizardmen tribes, while primitive are slowly forging ties with humans of Estalia who leave them to their swamps.
all of this world is open lisence feel free to use it, and yes shifters can be furries

Zombie Furry Story needs survivors and monsters
General | Posted 17 years agothe command and conquer thing kind of fell through... so I started a furry story with the undead.
or over sexed depending on how you look at it
dirty dreams are little dirty side stories from my usual clean ones I work on, here's the basics.
Furries came into this world as a result of a downward spiral of Genetic Engineering on the Maripossa colony. The Republic of Humanity's gene therapists were unable to tell what was human and what wasn't shot for something between and furries were born.
Genetic Modification or Gming is easy as taking a syringe in the arm though it is illegal.
STD known as Lureens disease mutates on the colony of Aullja it is normally lethal but when a Gm junkie got it and spliced himself to hell he created a new strain.
Like all diseases it exists only to spread, in this case that means driving those infected mad. They become feral, zombielike, and have only sex on their mind.
It is still lethal to unmodified humans however.
I am taking requests and suggestions for survivors and creatures
I need three to five survivors
and a number of special monsters
so let your dirty minds do the work
some have already suggested things
survivors:
1.Lupis Von Mansfrid (grey wolf, male, straight)
2. Dryak (dragon, cuntboy, bi)
3.persia (female, cat, lesbian)
4. Rellita (herm, white rabbit)
5.
monster types other than regular type
1. jumper: former rabbit furries the disease has given them a powerful jump to sail into their targets
2. Licker (I plan to change name): reptillan furries with a long tounge for attacking and dragging others. can be put to various bad means
3. Muscle: heavyweights such as large Wolves, Bulls, and Horses occasionally become Muscles. As per their name they are all muscle, they are incapable of actually infecting others (they shoot blanks). they can be heard by their failed attempts at masterbation (we had an odd person suggest this one)
4. Thorns. Are Furries that would normally have quills, spikes, etc. covering their body. The bacteria increased the number of spikes, and the locations they can grow. Needless to say, being grabbed by one is less-than-pleasant.
5. Stinker skunks etc the stink glands in their bowels have atrophied and mutated. making them release a sicking and blinding gas when harmed.

General | Posted 17 years agoit's mostly over I can now work on the requests again, and if I can get myself moving it usually results in a snowball effect where I write for hours.
I'm also now working on a submission to the Furietan times (probably spelt the name wrong but oh well) I hope they pay I could use the money, and I'm not well known enough to charge for commissions yet.
