What are some good ways I can cope with the megaton bomb of stress that blows up in my face on a daily basis?

I've tried meditation, working out, venting to friends, but still I find myself face down on my desk, "clocked-out" from everything that is racing around in my head.

The only thing that moderately helps is booze. Is booze so bad of an outlet; a coping mechanism? What is 'BAD" anyway? Good, bad, evil, nice, etc are all opinions.

And im ranting.

Since I've given my 2 weeks at my airport job... Live has been.. just grand :)

I still have my other job at Pier 1. They will be using me alot more now since my schedule has opened up. Plus it helps to be friends/flirt buddies with the manager. hehe
2 days back, I worked a 9 hour shift that carried on into the AM hours.

I am confident I can get through a commission in 2-4 days with the upcoming openness of my schedule

I pay around 80 bucks a month for my insurance.
I will be saving over 100 bucks a month not diving to the airport every day.
That's about it for my expenses..
So I have been thinking about raising my commission prices.. I dunno though!? :o It wouldn't be by much.. maybe 5 or ten bucks. I will let everyone know If I decide to do. Or better yet.. What do you guys think? Is my art good enough to have the prices raised?

I AM still going to Anthrocon. I have several hundred saved in a Swiss bank account. x3 Plus my dad has promised me he will help out if I need it because this past year has been rough and he knows how much this means to me. ~<3

I feel my current and future commissions along with the increasing amount of work at pier 1 will be enough to keep me afloat.
It may not be the most financially wise route to take, but I'd rather be happy and surviving than unhappy and comfortable. :3

So.. Should I raise my prices? 5 bucks? 10 bucks? Let me know!
(prices will not be effected for people I have already quoted!)

I have to quit my job. The ones close to me know how immature and unprofessional my coworkers and supervisors are.. the incident this past Sunday has pushed me over the edge.
I'm too good for my job. I take things seriously. I try my hardest on everything I do. This job has broken my work ethic. 20 and 30 year old, acting like children, supervisors stealing from planes... It's hard to watch. I am constantly sick from how unsanitary this job is. I weigh the stress of my job so heavily on my shoulders... which probably contributes to my health.
I'm unhappy.. and things keep getting worse. I need the income though. My 2nd job may have a position I can take up... I would save over 100 bucks a month not driving to the airport if I were put on daily at Pier 1..
But a position is just a possibility.
I still have my commissions to rely on. I don't think I am charging enough though. I don't want to be a douche and raise the prices.. because I really don't know how much I deserve for my art.
I still want to go to AC. I need it. It has given me motivation through all the bullshit that has happened before. I planned on staying with the airport job until AC was over, but I can't go on like this. I'm always sick, stressed and unhappy. And thanks to the stress, I take medicine so I don't dry heave and barf on a daily basis.
I'm not being dramatic. My real friends know how I've been feeling since the day I got this job.
I have to leave in 10 minutes for work and I'm in tears. Why risk my health and happiness for only 600 bucks a month.
I am putting in my 2 weeks.. or quitting on the spot. It's been too much.

Dunno about buttsexes, but AC is approaching! :D It's about 3 months away and I simply can't wait.
I am going to get my badge done, and one other I owe  skunk5 after the commission I'm working on now. After le badges, I have  unca's commission to get done and then I will be taking a small break. In this time I will be doing some art trades and gathering info & payments from the next few people on my queue! :3

1. I have about 65 bucks saved up in my paypal.. Should I put the monnies towards AC or buy some more commissions of Boom?? I have about 200 bucks saved up already and my entire tax refund is going towards the con.. plus I'm going to be putting in more hours next month so baby gurl should be getting a pretty decent sized paycheck for the next few weeks!!

2. Should I ever use my  B8m account again? Or do I want to always be known as IsaiahHalfBreed? My Fursona's name is Boom... and the '8' in B8m was a cool way of doing the 2 o's. I kinda don't wanna put up with "restarting" but... I'm not Isaiah anymore! XD Watchya'll think?

I am a big believer in the idea "To each their own" ..especially in the art world, yet, I'm stuck on the thought, "What's the point with YCH?"

Has anyone purchased a YCH commission? What led you to do so? And were you satisfied? I'm just curious.

I have a virus... it is detected by my AVAST, but every time I 'delete' or 'move to chest' my computer crashes. System restore didn't work either, but ill try again for the hell of it. I really hope my computer doesn't flatline. Will keep my niggletts posted. Time for Boom to sleep now i guess.

I decided to do some changes with my prices & what is defines an ARTISTIC FREEDOM and GUIDED COMMISSION.

First off, a detailed Background does not effect the price of an image!! Just ask me to draw the BG you have in mind. (For ARTISTIC FREEDOM pics, It's my decision what to draw as the BG!)

For ARTISTIC FREEDOM pics, Do N O T give me ideas to go off of.. That is a GUIDED commission.

I am also opening a LARGE PROJECT option. This is something I think of the price of when presented with the idea. You can use common sense on what is considered a LARGE piece.

I had a dream last night... I was at AC and the DLCC was a sky scraper and I walked onto this balcony that had no safety rails. I fell off and woke up before I went SPLAT. Before that, I was having so much fun with my frians I met last year!

So despite me falling to my death, this dream made me super pumped for AC! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! JULY NEEDS TO COME!
