I've never really found Comic Sans to be annoying or particularly ugly. Overused, yes. But not horrible or something that should be hated. If used in proper applications it works perfectly fine, and I couldn't care less.

I always found the people who were adamantly against it to seem like pretentious shit-licking tightwads who can't accept anyone who does something or uses something that doesn't seem to fit into their own little objectification of style and taste.

But maybe that's just me.

Sure, I hate the ponies, and pretty much everything associated with them. Not my thing to any respectable degree.

But I hate to see shit like this happen nonetheless. Nothing to do with ponies here, it's just a matter of principle here. As a creator myself, I always hate to see so much really hard work by dedicated people end up going to such waste. Sucks to see a group of peoples culmination of talents get shot down for reasons unassociated with any of the actual work itself. Guess one could see this coming a long way out, was just a matter of time. Although from what I remember hearing in the past, Hasbro or someone therein already knew of this project and didnt really bat an eye towards it. Guess it suddenly got popular enough to make them feel threatened by it. Even though it wasnt threatening to take anything from them, being a free project. I don't know, still sucks to see hard work tossed out for reasons only based on legal semantics.

Here's to hoping they can end up salvaging this in some way or another.

(The first levels only demonstrate basic contraction of space. Later levels actually utilize actual stretching and contracting of the levels, as well as doppler shifts and time dilation.

Another game that uses the idea of lowering the speed of light as a core mechanic. I kinda wanna see some triple A title do something with this idea, would make for an amazing new mechanic platform for puzzles. Imagine the next Portal game using this with its established ideas.

Could make for some interesting combat as well.

Top speed of light suddenly becomes 3 MPH. Taking a walk becomes a psychedelic space-bending trip.
