This movie is awesome, you will have your mind blown. It is both subtle and in your face on so many levels it is just a mind blowing experience for a 2hr and 45min movie. Nolan gives us the 2001 of our time. He doesn't bog us down with Star Trek techno babble or other minute. You are kept entertained and in your seat for the whole time. All the way to the end where your mind will get blown with the ending. Now a word of caution for those of us who are staunch defenders of the Apollo man to the moon landings having actually happened. They do give a conspiracy theorist reasoning for the rewriting of their text books, just sit tight you will survive. The basic plot is the earth is dying and that man kind is looking for a new earth, they don't give some techno/conspiracy/ global warming reasoning. Just that a blight has infected the various crops of food and that there is no cure for it. Basically the Earth is dying and there is nothing that can be done. On top of having Matthew McConaughey who gives a stellar performance and it is believable. There is Anne Hathaway who provides a good strong female lead character along w/ Jessica Chastain. We also get strong performances from Michael Caine and John Lithgow as support characters. As well as Matt Damon, this movie is full of little plot twists that keep you entertained. I will leave you with this Quote which is predominant through out the whole movie "Do not go gentle into that good night; Old age should burn and rave at close of day. Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

So I have now read both these novels which are the written in the Red Lantern World as written and drawn by  RUKIS and  Alectrofencer. This is becoming a rich and wonderful world to read and enjoy. The characters are well written and the story is beautifully done and ties into the Red Lantern webcomics http://www.rukiscroax.com/redlantern/. I would suggest you all to read this series, I am sure you will enjoy it and revel in it as I have.

On the 19th of Sept, I will be going in for surgery on my achalasia. <http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/...../000267.htm>; this surgery is called a Heller Myotomy <http://gi.surgery.ucsf.edu/conditio.....yotomy.aspx>; I will be out of work for 2 weeks if they get this done laparoscopically. This will include a hospital stay of 1 to 3 days at the VA Hospital. Once this is done, I will finally be back on track to a good health.

So today while picking up some new reading material from Tradesmart, and a new charger for my cell phone. I came across a unique item that I had to have. It was the Star Trek: The StarFleet Collection Limited Edition set. (All 6 Original films in there Letter box format in VHS, six collectible cards, a limited edition watch and Certificate of Authenticity 4806/5000). I got it for .99 cents, thanks Tradesmart. So after doing the Barium swallow today we now have a better idea of why it is I am losing weight. It is a problem with my esophageal tract, the lower sphincter muscle is not relaxing. So the food I eat is getting trapped in my esophagus and staying there until my muscle does relax. I will have a follow up with my Primary care doc this upcoming Tuesday.(6th of Apr). So we wait and see what will happens.

Folks I don't know about you, but I see Marriage as a Human Right no matter what. Removing the right to be married is a bad, bad move.

So this year since about Sept a new and better me has been coming out. I have lost weight and not just a piddly few pounds either, but noticeable weight loss. My weight has gone from 220 lbs down to 194.6 lbs and it seems to be still decreasing. Then today I went to buy some new jeans for myself to wear and realize I've gone from a size 40 waist, down to a size 36. I am ecstatic at this new development in me. I cannot wait to see what else is in store. Now that my physical body is in shape, it is time to put my emotional and mental self into the same shape.

And drives it into a pride of Curious Lions. Hilarity ensues!
