Ugh I really hate this year, can't wait for it to be over..

So I would like to thank all who faved and left wonderful comments. AND for all my new followers!!
So normally I would personally thank everyone but since I been away so long (like 2 friggin months) it's just too much to try and do that atm. I think by now hopefully everyone that follows me will be use to my stupid month or so disappearing acts. It is a struggle for me right now in my current living space to be focused and stay on point with things. Trust me, it really sucks and I tend to lose friends over my stupid actions. 2016 feels like.. Well to be honest it feels like I been treading water waiting for a boat to come pick me up.. It still hasn't but hopefully soon things will get settled.

I know this sounds a bit cryptic but lets just say my living arrangement is temporary, suppose to be only 6 months at the most.. instead its been over a year (due to no fault of my own). I am waiting for settlement, which involves 2 law firms and some crazy relatives. And my relatives have managed to drag everything out to the point of idiotic-pettiness .

Ok enough about that. Once again sorry for my lack of presence on FA and SL.

BTW it is snowing like a bastard here where I live ^^; over a foot of snow on the road!

As with my past disappearing acts I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the faves and for all the new watchers!! I came back to find many, many new and cool furs looking at my stuff. SO many that I need to do this blanket 'thank you'!

Anyways RL is a mess, so I won't even go there. I am back from my hiatus and doing tons of more photo-shoots and stuff. I also have a new cool party house in SL and stuff. Anyways, been away yet again. This time I have a note from my doctor so don't get mad. Besides being sick and spending money I don't have.. nothing has changed. My secret plot to open a dimensional gateway to a parallel universe where Sharks have evolved into humanoids has yet hit another snag.. Apparently I am a idiot and not an award winning physicist. A crushing blow indeed.

My last invention the 'Laughing Urinal' a urinal that tells jokes as guys pee.. met with failure. The joke routine would fail to launch after the second 'customer' and instead, it would just start inanely laughing once the sensor detected another person using it (after a 4 second pause).. Needless to say a urinal that won't stop laughing after a guy unzips his pants in-front of it was a marketing failure.

Still waiting on a bunch of stuff before I can move out of Hick Vile.. Which btw sucks, thank you very much. I want to move back to the city where the only 'Bear Alerts' you get are at the bars. And move to a place I am more free to bum bite peoples of the furry persuasion.

I wish my only ups and downs were in bed.. But you know the drill.

So soon I will be doing a major upgrade to my living conditions. The anticipation has really disrupted my focus, so after talking it over with some people I decided to try out a schedule system to help with everything from work to play. I only hope this will give me the focus I need to get some stuff done!

Ok the title has nothing to do with this entry.

Just wanted to say hello, and that I am still swimming about.. just sometimes not so close to the surface. I am working on some projects that keep me occupied in Real Life™. So my SL time and photo schedules have been all messed up. But that being said, it seem now I have a proper routine set up so look for new stuff from me every 2 to 3 weeks. Which means that sometimes my ‘Thank yous’ for faves and watches might have up to a 3 week delay.. Yeah that sucks. I will try to be more responsive for that. I really do appreciate all the comments and shoutouts.. plus of course faves and for adding me to your watch lists etc.

So other than that, keep your fins straight and bodies wet!

It’s hot.
So friggin hot here.

I’ve been spending my time trying to escape it. Well that has now come to a crashing halt.. lack of money tends to do that. So here I am surrounded by fans lying on my bed staring at the ceiling late at night (yes naked :P ). I need some motivation, something to occupy my mind and forget this heat. But it is so hard, even starting up my computer with it’s over sized power-supply and graphics-card is like turning on a blast furnace.

It’s so hot; I have the bath tub full of cold water. It stays like that all day if I am home. Then when my sharky butt gets too hot I jump in and just lay there for like 30 minutes. By the time I walk out to the living room from the tub the heat has dried me lol.

So, anyone have some good tips on being cool during the heat besides AC??

I been going through a rough patch for the past 2 weeks. Sorry if I have not been online or such. I think my absence is more of a Anti-Drama measure. God knows the shit I can say when I am all depressed. So I am just trying to figure out how to get better at the moment. Part of my never ending quest for socially acceptable coping mechanisms.

So I been offline for a few days and did no work. Now you may or may not know that I recently relocated in RL to a new city. I haven't been exactly happy about it. Anyways last Friday I decided to go for a early morning walk and coffee.. only to find the police outside my apartment with the block taped off. There on the street was a body and tons and tons of blood. Needless to say I got questioned and whatnot. So yeah, a really violent murder took place.

So after a few hours of me just sitting in my apartment in a poor mood, I decided to take off and visit the few RL friends I have. So in short I spent the next few days visiting, partying and watching movies. I am back now and trying to catch up on all the comments and faves. I also have a few gigs I missed in Second Life that I need to apologize for not doing. Ugh, sometimes you just need to escape after seeing something unexpected like that.

So I am back from my disappearing act (out of town for a bit and stuff). Trying to get caught up on comments and stuff. My phone really hates FA for some reason.. Anyways more of my mindless nonsense coming your way this week. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hello, Jayce here..

Well I would like to wish everyone nothing but the best for 2015. 2014 was a bit of a limbo year for me.. Nothing really done or accomplished, only family tragedies and a unhealthy home life. But everything is now set in place for a great up coming year.

So I really don't do New Year resolutions as such but I do have a number of things I plan on tackling. Without being too vague here is a number of things I will be working on:

A simple free Fighting Fantasy style Furry RP game/visual novel.
Completion of 2 non-furry related Pen & Paper RP projects started this year.
Re-booting my Second Life store.
Of course more furry related images and animations.
Spending more time with friends in RL (I've really dropped the ball on the whole real friendship thing)
Trying to be less of a flake.

Well that is the plan so far, since I moved to a new location this month I really have no excuse to not finish all my little projects. But I am still learning to use a lot new programs, and although I find it frustrating as all hell most of the time I would like to think I could succeed at it. I am also trying to get back my determination and enthusiasm which use to be so prominent in my life until recently.

So it’s 2014 and my life has been crazy. For the past few months 5.. or 7 .. I am not sure, you may have noticed I was not around. My account was disabled by me. Hey all Jayce here, so you may have noticed that my sharky butt has not been on FA for the past 3 months. So I never got around to answering all my mail and such.. I was on a sabbatical of sorts from SL, DA and FA.

What was I doing all that time?? Well I would like to say getting in-touch with my inner shark.. but that just sounds like I was masturbating the whole time.. So instead lets just say I was trying to get motivated too be better.. physically, mentally and artistically (even now the last word looks like sarcastically in my eyes.. >.> ugh..).

Plus by now you should have realized I am a flakey person in general, and disappear for odd lengths of time. Why? Because I am mentally not all there.. lol hopefully you figured that out.

But I do love you all, in my own strange ways.

Hello FA community!

I have been pondering just what to say for my first journal entry here… something profound, witty or thought provoking.. unfortunately nothing is coming to me. So I will just set my brain to shuffle and see what happens.

First off I have been a furry since the 80’s (I am that old >.>) My first fursona was a Saber-tooth tiger that I used to haunt the ancient MUD (text based online social world) Furry Muck with. Back then it was Albedo Anthropomorphics (by Steve Gallacci) that kind of defined what a furry was to me (more so than cartoon characters of that period). My outlook on exactly what it means to be ‘furry’ and even my fursonas has evolved since then.

I am a Canadian currently living in Canada, but in the past I lived (for a few years) in the USA (Seattle). The area I live in has almost no furry community to speak of and is in a ‘Bible Belt’. Most of my furry interactions are through the internet and virtual worlds such as ‘Second Life’ (see the footnote of this entry for more info on SL). I am not a very good ‘tradition artist’ most of my drawings are very ‘hit or miss’ more based on luck then talent. So you won’t see much of it (if at all) posted here. Instead I tend to rely on the virtual mediums to express myself in any sort of artistic way.

Jayce is my Shark fursona, shi is a mental projection of my inner psyche. Jayce is far more outgoing than I am in RL, and far more flirty. But that being said I should clear up a few things:

1. I am (Jayce) not an escort in Second Life.
2. I don’t do booty calls in SL
3. I am not looking for a Girl or Boyfriend.

But..
I would love to make more friends to hangout with and RP with in SL, chat, through notes in FA or anything like that ^^
I am a pervert and flirt at heart so beware… the worst kind of tease.

I do have more than one fursona. Each is kind of a fractured piece of my RL persona. But Jayce is the most active/dominate one.
