My Bluesky and a Little Update

I barely touch twitter in the first place (or bluesky), honestly, ever since I left and came back I've been having a really difficult time posting and staying active on furaffinity too. Since twitters has always been a hellhole, and even FA is kinda in a sketchy place right now, figured it probably wouldn't hurt looking back into my bluesky and posting stuff to that.
This doesn't mean I'm leaving FA again (I learned some very important lessons the hard way), but I haven't been super active on here anyways, and it'll probably continue being that way sadly.
Sorry you guys don't really see me anymore, I just have a really hard time motivating myself to upload art, or even make more finished art that is upload worthy in the first place. I dunno if it'd help, but maybe the more quick twitter-like format of bluesky will help me be able to post more, but I can't promise that.
Honestly I guess I've just lost interest in posting and watching numbers go up.
Anyways, I guess since I'm here, might as well give an update on how I'm doing. We got moved out of a old, black mold infested farmhouse and into a better home, so I'm now in a safer and more stable position.
I did a couple commissions, those were really fun and I'd like to do more. I should also probably looking into doing some trades again, but I haven't felt like going out and searching for people to do trades with.
Also started learning programming and making games, but you probably already know that. Uhhh our Gain Jam 2024 entry "Brewing Cat" got 5th place and the "Best Art" award, so I'm really happy with that! ^w^ Currently now I'm just working on another game of mine whenever I can, this is probably what I'm going to be spending most of my free time on. So while I may not be pumping out much art and animations for you guys, I got a sick ass game cookin' that I think all of you would love. I'm trying to think what else... I've been attempting to make music for my game in beepbox whenever we're riding to work and have nothing to do. It actually kinda sounds decent, so idk people will probably get to hear it in the future and give me a better idea of how well I did. I've always wanted to make music, but it's really hard to start, especially when you're an adult and aware of how much you suck. >w> BUT YEAH might end up becoming a musician too, cool.
Yeah, I think that's it. Overall, I'm just spending my free time making games and doing the occasional commission.
I'm gonna end my rambling here, thanks for reading through this journal and sticking around, even when there hasn't really been much of a reason for yall' to stick around ^w^ <3

Coming back
Posted 2 years agoHey everyone, it's been over a year since I left this site in search of some place better, but I couldn't find anywhere to go to, so I kinda just withdrew from the community in general.
While I did grow a lot as a person during this time, and met a lot of amazing people outside of the furry community, I became very homesick and longed to come back here. I was very nervous about coming back, but a friend of mine has been helping me pick myself back up, and return.
I hope everyone can forgive me for my absence, and that we can settle down and return to making more art and friends, I missed you guys. <3

Taking a break from FA
Posted 3 years agoYeah, so several others and I wrote about how we felt about some very bad stuff going on here. All of our diaries got taken down, because we said some mean words about the very bad stuff.
(Sorry for being so vague about what happened, I'm sure ya guys can figure it out)
Ok, enough with that, I've just been kinda confused and stress out. I'm usually not the type of guy to go get in 'trouble', but I felt like I had to stand up and say something, and I got shut down for it. All of this just happened so suddenly, and right before my week trip of all times. So I've decided that I'm gonna take a break from FA, and think about everything that just happened, probably even leave the site. I'm just not sure if I like where things are going on here, I've been seeing way to many red flags and I don't know how to feel about it.
Of course I don't wanna just go elsewhere that isn't much better than here, I'm gonna try to do my research and find a place with good people running the site. If I find a good site or sites to settle down in, I'll let you guys know. So it might take a while for me to figure things out. I'll still be working on stuff in the background, may even post one final project I've been working on onto here.
...and honestly, I met a lot of cool people on here, and worked hard to build the little audience I have. It's going to be sad, but I've always told myself I'd be ok leaving all this behind. I'll still be talking with friends and stuff, I'm just gonna quit being active here from now on.
So yeah, I'll be fine, and I'll figure things out. I just need some time to relax. Hope you guys understand, love ya~ <3

Posted 4 years agoThank you guys so much for 150 watchers! Back then, literally any number higher than a dozen was like, a lot for me, and I really never thought I'd make it to the triple digits. So thanks to everyone who helped me get here, I really appreciate it! <3
Oh yeah, you guys are probably more interested about the art raffle. I've been meaning to do this sense fifty watchers, but I kept pushing it off till later. (I almost talked myself out of it this time too.) So I've finally decide to go ahead and just do it.
I've got I few things I want to say, so I'll try to keep this short. 1- I only do SFW. 2- No underaged characters or any other questionable stuff like that (just some common sense rules that everybody should know). 3- I probably won't do any kinks (scat, gore, etc...) that goes past the general realm of what I already do, but you can always ask and just see!
I guess if you guys want to join the raffle, just say so in the comments. I'm going to pick the winners next week, so you guys got a little time to join. Again, thank you guys, and have a wonderful weekend! ^w^
