I am so late to the con report journal party, I know! But after con it was straight back into the work week and this is the first chance I've really had to sit down and breathe! I'm not even done unpacking yet! (Though I have gotten most of the laundry done thank goodness! Heaven forbid there are nekkid gryphonesses running amok!)

I had an AMAZINGLY FANTABULOUS TIME at FC this year! This by far the the BEST con I have ever been to! I am so glad I got to see so many furs. I missed a few unfortunately, but I also made new and unexpected friends as well! This was also an amazing con for healing and rebuilding bridges. I've gotten to reconnect with several people whom I had been meaning to reconnect with.

This was also a great year for me because of my weight loss. It's been hard trying to keep it a secret and not talk about it on FA. For those furs who are local and know me and see me every week it wasn't a surprise. But there were people who hadn't seen me all year! Let's just say I was well-received and greatly appreciated all of the attention and compliments I got at con. *blushes*

 sargon and I have been on Weight Watchers for the last 14 months. I've been working really hard at making myself healthier and happier. As of last Wednesday, I've lost a total of 116 pounds and 9 dress sizes. I AM HOT. And modest... >.>

ANYWAY

LIFE IS AMAZING. I am happy. Con was great! Thank you to everyone who helped make it that way. Yay to new friends! Hooray for old friends rediscovered! And best of all, yay to health and happiness! :D

I'm up early and getting dressed, preparing to head up to Menlo Park with  sargon for our first official noncompetitive 5k walk event! I can't wait! I dont like being up early, but my body woke me up an hour before my alarm because I'm so exited!

I'm in the market to get a new headset for PC gaming. I need one with a mic and relatively large/comfortable ear padding (I have an industrial piercing that tends to get bothered by tight fitting over-the-ear headphones).

I've heard the Fatal1ty by Creative Labs is good. Anyone use it?
