I had a great time this year!

I wasn't sure what to expect. A lot of things have changed for me since the last FC.

Anything I was worried about ended up not mattering at all. Of course. :P

I met a LOT of new people. There have been these anonymous online entities that I finally got to put a face too. Most of which were furs I've been looking forward to meeting because they're close to  skant and such a big part of his life. It felt nice to finally be apart of that. Just came home from a trip to the Emergency Animal Clinic to drop off Harry. My baby boy passed on today. I found him in his cage 30 minutes ago. I had a really good year with him. He was a rescue. He may have been about 2 years old. Rats only live to be 2-3 years. He was always battling chronic respiratory infections. It was his time.

The sketches I did at the art night last night are up now and in my Scraps section.

I also did two sketch-type drawings in Fel's sketchbook. Hopefully I can get a scan of those too. :3

I met  skant 's parents this afternoon for his birthday lunch. I was so nervous all week about it but it went very well. They seemed to like me (and compliment me to Skant when I left the room). This is a big relief.

I can't believe its been six months that I've been here with Skant and  jace. Time has gone by quite quickly. It has almost been surreal. Meeting Skant's parents kind of made everything feel more real and put some things in perspective.

One of my hermit crabs escaped while I was doing a deep cleaning of their crabitat. I am beside myself. I tore my room apart and  jace looked through his room too. I don't know what to do. I hope I can find him before he either dehydrates too badly or starves to death. OMG.

EDIT: Found him!  skant lifted up my DVD bookcase and he was stuck upside down underneath it. No wonder I couldn't find him. Thank goodness.
