i do believe that another year down had made me a better artist even just a little. you can see a good deal of difference between now and then and even more difference form now and my first posts, and i still haven't had a proper art lesson i can only imagine that if i go to school for art i might actually become much better.


i do believe that my new years resolution should be i got to school and stop wasting my time...

so i am feeling a good deal better. but seeing as its this time of the year i still have a gnarly cough witch would be best described as a smokers cough and i will mostly likely have it until the spring

i have been sick for the past few days and i have just been lazying about. tho i like doing that i dont like doing it for 4 days straight

well it occurs to me that just about all of you don't know how i feel toward commissions or my method to the madness. now you can consider me one of those artists who needs money, witch i do. but i still (if i want) can say no to doing a peace of art for someone for any reason, because i can im not controlled by a larger entity im my own boss in that fact and im picky. im more then willing to do commissions but i don't have to take your money or business if i don't want to. i will even try somethings that i normally haven't done before maybe with compromises for all parties involved but there is going to be a lot of discussing involved. one thing is i need a lot of feedback from the commissioner, and a lot of details. because im anal about details, if its not how you told me you wanted it to be i will, freak out (just a little mini thing of me going "oh, shit ill fix it") and fix it. i also give update pics of the project and ask for what you think and if anything needs to be changed. these are things that i would like to have so that everyone is happy with what they paid for.

now i have noticed that i will act differently when dealing with a commissioner. i am rather blunt, i can come off assholeish. i don't mean anything by it.

well im opening one slot at 10% off i haven heard back from a commissioner so im going to slowly work on it while i can start on another, ask here or send a note and we will talk about it

oh good grief i have to finish one commission before im ready to open commissions again but there are two things hindering that and that is my office chair and my desk. my office chair is beyond help the only good thing is it wont die, but i need a new one seeing as i sit here for hours and it just kills my back. my desk is small too small and broken like my chair. i think the only thing that can kill these things is fire and im more then willing to do that when i get new ones.

im still debating weather or not to keep the holiday sale going but just 10% off instead of 15% for the rest of December witch means only two more people are going to get the sale price.

ok so, today has been strange i have just had this uneasy feeling of impending doom, after having a fucked up dream about some psycho mother fuckers shooting someone i know and chopping them up and me shooting them (it was rather vivid) and waking up this morning its just been a weird one and now im kind of freaked out because i went outside to look for something, and my flashlight cut out two time and it has new batteries and its LED and on top of shining it at some of the wild cats around here so two green orbs floating there and if i here coyotes i might not get much sleep. i

i am tired its been a long day my arms are sore, it hurts to make a fist oh and i haven't slept in a good 24 hours and i plan on staying up for longer so i can even out my sleep pattern.

i dont like this at all, my views on cub as well with any other fetish or extream fetishes, is "to each his own" i have nothing bad to say about any of it. you like it, you like it. there is nothing i can do about it. this isn't about any of that its about the fact that the morals and attitude of people running a payment company in this case. dictate what is moral and unmoral for privately owned websites to host to be able to use there serves.

now morals differ wildly from one person to another one can have the moral that oral sex is wrong, and another person can thing its the best thing in the world, its like opinions (witch are based off your morals and other things). in this way these company are telling people what its moral and unmoral. now where is it to say it will stop? some will bring up that large talking human like animals is a slight against god and unmoral or they just dont like it or dont understand it. they are not bound by any legal means to support what they dont like. if no payment company will support what they dont like, like a web site that need there bills payed and support threw there serves they are with out a doubt killing off that web site.

remember they dont have any legal obligation to support what they dont like or feel is unmoral, and with very little payment sites out there. there is a Monopoly with very little options but to conform or die in a way crushing the freedoms of the people and privately owned websites who use there serves. like what happend with FA. they were backed into a corner.

regardless of what the legal means for not wanting to deal with something, its all up to the companies to pick and chose who or what they will suppot

you guys want to hear some shit about Eminent Domain. well where i live there is a dairy farm with cows and milk and all that good stuff a store on the property to sell there products and other stuff. and they are the last and smallest dairy in the county (about 130 or so cows).

now the town or i should say city its in and where i live (it only became a city a few years ago) there just happens to be a city road that goes threw the dairy well the city wants to open that road (its be closed for years because the dairy was the only one to maintain it) because they will be a shopping complex on the back side of the dairy. so the city approached the owner of the dairy and said were going to open that road we want you to give us the 10 or so feet of your property on ether side of the road (by law there has to be a distance between the road and any buildings) the owner said "no if you want it your going to have to buy it form me and move my store and buildings in the way" (because they would have to and have to pay him for the down time) they countered that with "we will just throw a Eminent Domain on it and not even bother"

now if you were to see where the road is its between two other roads about a mile apart, and its not in the middle where it can split the difference its 400 yards from the nearest one.

and my city is willing to plow under not only the oldest business in the city but the oldest buildings too just for a road that wont improve much if anything at all the dairy has been around seance the 50's.

how can you justify something like that?

oh sweet Jesus, after a good 6 hours trying to figure out and fix a problem with windows. i fucking did it its fixed. what it was i wanted to use and install live stream so i could stream again and it wouldnt do it as well it wouldnt install just about any other program. i wanted to rip my hair out because i thought there was something seriously wrong with my comp but its all fixed now... so yeah im going to bed now seeing that its fixed so i am defiantly going to stream tomorrow i will let you all know when i do, so i hope to see all of you there.
