Had the same dream last night that I had a few months ago, though there was much more too it last night. I've been thinking about it all morning and just need to get it out.

Started out I was in this kind of dark orange-ish room with ply wood restaraunt set ups, like they would use in a play. I was trying to start my own restaraunt, there were a few people there with me, but I can't recall the names/faces. I was cooking rice in bowl for the longest time and the ply wood kept moving around as if I was rearranging it constantly so people couldn't see the backside of it. Then I was in the front door walkway of my dad's house, the room to the right is the dining room and in there were a few kids talking about how keeping animals in captivity was evil. There was one child there who was sitting alone, looked kind of grey and mysterious... I ended up talking to him and he told me we had to stop this giant ship that was pretty much a representation of zoo's and for some reason I kept thinking about a massive rhino that was on it that I guess was our rival. Anyways, we ended up out in the ocean. There was a giant man-made island that we ended up on. We were standing at the base of it and new characters appeared to help us. One was a pelican and another bird, I kept thinking how much of an advantage it would be to have wings and somehow relating it to the imprisoned animals that could only walk. Blagh, anyways, there were those ropes that seperate a swimming area from another swimming area and we had gone into the water. The rhino ship ended up right next to us and we had to swim deep down so it couldn't see us. I remember thinking about going back up to the surface, but we just kept going downwards. Blagh, woke up at that point and was kind of freaked for a bit. The giant rhino reminds me of Jame's and the Giant Peach. :P I felt like all I was doing in that dream was thinking and analyzing the situations around me constantly. Main color I remember, was most blue and burnt orange. Strange.

Blagh, that's all I got for now. Going to run to the gym, hopefully Chase will be up by the time I get back and we can snag some breakfast. >.> I think Irene threw out my kolaches.

I fly back to San Francisco Wednesday 6/30 at 7:47 am, landing me around 8 - 9 am. Early as goddamn sin. Unfortunately, I'll be missing Pride. :/ At least I'll spend more time with friends and family. Funnily enough, I'll be at the airport at exactly the same time as James, so I'll get to chill with him right before he goes. :D I dunno when his next leave is and I think he's getting deployed next year. :[ This is why I don't like the military....well, and for many other reasons.

FFXIII is a lot better than what most people seem to be claiming about it. Good story so far and the game is of course, beautiful. I dig it. I'm itching to finish Wind Waker. D: So damned close!!

When I get back it's job searching and actually getting my ass to finish the commissions I've picked up. So, I'll have my hands full for a little bit. Nothing too big though. It's been a nice month off and I'm pretty ready to start feeling productive again. James took me on a marine's work out yesterday and I ache all over in an awesome way. I'll be going to the gym a little bit later today to push myself a bit harder. Tired of being fucking lazy. It doesn't suit me very well most of the time.

Anywhoodles, I'm excited about my final project. I'm pretty much going to be blowing up and painting my 'jackal on a branch' picture I just happened to be working on on the side the entire semester. Reading Dante's Inferno currently... surprisingly, it's an easy read. Totally wasn't expecting to move through it as quickly as I have. Finally got my move date today. Leaving from the Houston airport at 9 AM on 1/20/10. Gah. Exciting, frightening, anxious... kind of an understatement of feelings. Unholy Christ, did it take forever to get all this shit form my financial aid/housing done. Buuut....on a brighter note, at least it's all done. Finally. The Arctic ocean is warming up, icebergs are growing scarcer and in some places the seals are finding the water too hot, according to a report to the Commerce Department yesterday from Consul Ifft, at Bergen, Norway. Reports from fishermen, seal hunters and explorers, he declared, all point to a radical change in climate conditions and hitherto unheard-of temperatures in the Arctic zone. Exploration expeditions report that scarcely any ice has been met with as far north as 81 degrees 29 minutes. Soundings to a depth of 3,100 meters showed the gulf stream still very warm. Great masses of ice have been replaced by moraines of earth and stones, the report continued, while at many points well known glaciers have entirely disappeared. Very few seals and no white fish are found in the eastern Arctic, while vast shoals of herring and smelts, which have never before ventured so far north, are being encountered in the old seal fishing grounds.

I'm having a small seizure in the wake of current news about student ACC payments that are restricting my movement in registering for classes and applying for housing at my school in San Francisco. I suppose I could just take classes I've not taken before and wait for my other courses to transfer when ACC is fully paid off. The only issue would be prerequisite courses...especially knowing that it might take a while to get those old courses paid for. Either way....I want to move to San Francisco. Period.

lol yes, my awesome blend of Spanish/English while trying to communicate with the French foreign exchange student that just arrived last night. Ended up getting home around 1:30 and she was up, so we attempted chatting until 4 in morning. O.o She was up for 27 hours, so I figured she'd still be asleep. Nope, I was up at 8 this morning and there she was dressed and ready to go. Been showing her around... she's pretty sweet, so this should be an exciting semester. lol there was a miscomminucation this morning where I had thought she said the French eat cats... O.o but she was trying to tell me the difference between what the French and Italian call cats. Soo... that's an example of the fun to be had.

I didn't work out today...even though I should have. I ate like five billion kolaches yesterday... but they're so damned delicious! Fucking love kolaches... lol I made her biscuits this morning. I use jalapeno jelly on mine and I let her taste it and the reaction was priceless. No, I'm not an asshole. :D

x.x I'm doing my online orientation and retrieving transcripts to send out. A bit boring, but at least it means I'm a step closer. >.> I've been extremely lazy these past two days... :D The pool was calling to me! ...where I then proceeded to get a sun burn on my stomach. Hm.

I decided to clean up some of my pictures and post more of my surreal artwork. I've got one new furry picture that I finished tonight up as well. :P He wasn't so popular it seems, more of a laid back/ungendered drawing of Jai. lol it seems hard to tell she's a female, but I suppose it doesn't matter too much.

I just got back to Austin this evening and my arrival has spurred the creativity I've been brewing these past two weeks. So.... keep watch, I'll be posting much more work this semester. One thing worrying me is that I will only be taking one art course and it's going to be online, so my work is going to have to be purely me spurring myself to get on with it. ;_; ...this is much harder to do for me, I produce so much more and better in a classroom than at home. Hopefully, I'll be breaking this unfortunate fact and discipline myself better.

Mmm...I'm excited to see how much more refined my work will look after I get out of AAU. -.- I can do better...I need to stop dicking around. lol I'm in a strange/strained mood tonight.

Mmm... had a great birthday. Went to a comedy/dinner thing called, "Tony & Tina's Wedding". It's as if your at a typical Italian wedding and the actors draw you into the drama. ^^ Very amusing. The nun was the best character though. Haha... went to The Cafe afterwards and had a few drinks with my sister and her friends. ...to say the least...I had an amazing day. :D

Jen got me the next issues of The Walking Dead and a how-to-draw zombies book. lol I love her. I was happy to see an abundance of comic book shops around the school.

I'm now back in Houston... car was taken from the shop because the mechanics said they couldn't find out what the issue was. Lame. I really don't like mechanics. -.- Anywhoodle doodle, having to take another week off from work. At least during this time off I can actually move stuff off my laptop on to some hard drives to give it more space. Also, get back into my whole work out routine. Gah... I get so lazy so fast. :)

Chores... stuff that needs to get done by the end of this week....glad to be spending some quality time with mi padre....
