I'm not very expressive, especially because my english is not very fluent, But i want to give to all of you my best wishes for this New Year that has started.

And well one of my goals, it's to be more open to meet new friends and convive with more people. So well! I'm going to talk a bit about myself:
My real name is David, but everybody calls me Jaken since High School, it's really fun cause even my friends' mothers call me like this.

I'm 28 years old and live in Mexico City. Actually I study a Master course in Concept Design... I'm figurative dying by stress, but really I'm enjoying a lot taking it. Before it, I was a self-thaught artist, never could go study for an Art Degree, cause it is very expensive or couldn't apply for a slot cause I didn't have the best notes for it . That made me feel bad a lot for a long time. But nevermore!

Other thing about me, usually have a really bad luck with technology. At the end of 2018 my pc and laptop died... Fortunately my PC it's now operating again. But not only them was ruined last year, My keyboard and cell died at same time at middle of year... was very stressed year.

So well, that was some about me, maybe can talk you more in next journals. You can ask in comments what do you want to know. maybe not only about myself, can be about my country, city, etc. etc.

Well I'm finally back at home with internet and my PC!!!!

Really missed a lot my PC and internet... but I had a very pleasurable vacations with my grandma and my little family this last holidays :3 If you tried to contact me on Telegram or other media my cell data had some signal troubles.

When requesting a commission, you must first send me a note with your character references with a short description of what you want i will drawn and I will contact you as soon as possible to give you the account data in which you have to deposit the payment. Payment is upfront
Then I will send you the sketch so you can decide on any changes. When you say that it's ready I will proceed to add the line and the color. All changes made in later stages has an extra charge. Upon completion of the drawing.

I DO NOT TAKE DEADLINES. However, it’s in my highest interest to deliver as soon as possible.So you can ask for progress, but please don't do it every day.

If you have any questions, just send me a note ! I'm happy to clarify any doubt you have. And, if you think I'm the right artist, then just send me a note with the next info.
• Your character reference. Can be visual or written.
• A general description of the type of scene you want. It can be detailed or give me some freedom, your choice.
I reserve the posting rights of wips and final picture in my social media and galleries, I do not do private commissions. If you've commissioned the image or your character is in the image you are welcome to post it to your gallery account. You can post it to whichever social media you find appropriate so long as you link my name in the comment section of the image/link back to my galleries

Please take into consideration the following information:

• The client is encouraged to provide feedback to the artist after each progress image is emailed for approval. Progress images (WIPs) are from the result the first stage (initial sketch or thumbnails if idea is too vague), second stage (inks), and third stage (color sample) etc. If the client asks for revisions, those will be made visible in the next scheduled WIP.

• If no revisions are specified, the artist will continue working on the artwork and new progress will be emailed. If the client fails to provide feedback for poses, the artist will choose based on whichever they feel is best suited for the overall piece.

• In order for revisions to remain free of charge, alterations must be relevant to the progress that had been made on the artwork. If client demands revisions which alters earlier stages, ones that were already completed in previous WIPs, that revision is entitled to a fee. These include:

▷ All alterations to pose during ink phase or later (ex. rearranging or changing perspective of limbs, bodies or heads, changing stances)
▷ All alterations to line art during color phase or later (ex. redrawing or adjusting line work no matter how insignificant they
▷ All alterations after artwork is finalized.

About Refunds and cancels

• Artist has the right to refund any commission in the event of unforeseeable circumstances on the artist's behalf.
• If the refund is requested by the customer, the amount refunded will depend on the amount of work done.
• There are not refunds after the finished work has been delivered to costumer.

Puedes publicarlo en cualquier red social que consideres adecuada, siempre que vincules mi nombre en la sección de comentarios de la imagen/enlace a mis galerías.

Por favor toma en cuenta la siguiente información

• Se alienta al cliente a proveer retroalimentación al artista después de que el progreso sea enviada al correo para su aprobación. Los progresos (WIPs) son parte del resultado de la primera etapa (sketch inicial o los bosquejos de esta si la idea proveída es muy vaga), segunda etapa (tintas), y tercera etapa (ejemplo de color), si el cliente pide alguna corrección estas se verán reflejadas en el siguiente WIP programado.

• Si no hay correcciones especificas, el artista continuara trabajando en la ilustración y el nuevo progreso sera mandado por correo como se programo. Si el cliente falla o no es capaz de proveer una retroalimentación para las poses, el artista elegirá una cualquiera que se sienta de acuerdo a la situación planteada.

• Para que las correcciones se mantengan libres de cargos extra, las alteraciones deben ser relevantes para el progreso que se ha hecho en la ilustración. Si el cliente demanda una corrección que altere los resultados de las primeras etapas, que ya se habían completado en los WIPS previos, esa corrección sera acreedora a una cargo extra. Esto incluye:

▷ Todas las alteraciones de la pose durante la fase de entintado o posterior (ej. reorganizar o cambiar la perspectiva de las extremidades, cuerpos o cabezas, cambio de
▷ Todas las alteraciones del LineArt durante la fase de coloreado o posterior (ej. redibujar o ajustar la linea del trabajo no importando que tan insignificante sea)
▷ Toda alteración después de que el trabajo este finalizado.

Sobre reembolsos y cancelaciones

• El artista tiene derecho de reembolsar cualquier comisión en caso de cualquier evento imprevisto en la vida del artista. (Enfermedad, viajes, etc.)
• Si el reembolso es solicitado por el cliente, el importe de la devolución dependerá de la cantidad de trabajo realizado.
• No hay reembolsos después que el trabajo final ha sido entregado al cliente.
