Hello there!

I wanted to let you know, that I've slightly rearranged how I manage commissions. It's nothing too serious. Here is the list of said changes:

1. I've made ToS and Prices info available as Google Documents (can be found on my page, journal headers)

- since sometimes FA goes down, and Commission page is mobile-unfriendly.
- ToS journal here on FA as well as FA commission page are still available, I just thought that it would be good to how both versions.

2. I've decided to use Google Forms to manage commissions. COMMISSION FORM

- This way people won't have to search for journal with slots, as well as keeping thing more private. Basically, it means that I'm always open for commissions)
- Plus, this will help me to keep things organized.
- I still will post journals from time to time, for those who can't use form.

3. Adjusted My Contacts information in ToS

- Added my email and Telegram.

Hello! If you want to commission me, please, take time to read next text carefully. It's lengthy, but it's important

• Due to having full time job IRL working hours are like this:
- Mostly on weekends
- On ordinary days: starting somewhere around 7 am (PST) till I pass out
• You MUST be 18 or OLDER
• Deadline - depends on commissions' complexity, but I will do my best to deliver it in 60-90 days after payment (usually less than 30 days)

Exceptions: in case something happens in my RL, or I need more time to work on your commission. The Client will be notified immediately.

Please, before commissioning me, make sure that I'm qualified enough to draw what you desire and you can afford my services.

WHAT I DO, WHAT I DON’T DO, WHAT I MAY DO

1.1 YES:
• Anthro (mostly feline, canine, occasionally dragons)
• Feline and canine based ferals, feral dragons and lizards
• Not too complex cyberpunk (robotized limbs, not too complex BG)
• Light/medium violence (character being hurt, covered on blood. Don't mind drawing dark-themed art)
• Artistic/tasteful nudity (naked character, without very detailed genitals, nipples).
• Light/ fluffy eroctica (focusing on emotions and relationship, not sexual act itself). COSTS extra.* (see below)

1.2 NO:
• Feral equines (exception - Icons, busts)
• Porn (Explicit sexual acts, where attention is focused on genitalias)
• Excessive Fetish art ( if you want fetish art - please, ask me first)
• Extreme gore (detailed mutilation, abuse)
• Heavily detailed BG

1.3 MAYBE:
• Humans
• Avian anthros, avian feral
• Fantastic creatures/ species from video games

2. PAYMENT
• in USD
• via PayPal
• I work with 50% paid upfront.
ATTENTION! - Once you pay it means that you FULLY AGREE to my Terms Of Service, read or not

2.1 Prices may go up if:
• There are more than one character (+100%)
• Character/s are complex in design
• If you want add more to the picture that is already in work
• Want to make fixes to the artwork that is PAST sketch phase (aka - forgot some details/want different hand gesture) and you've went over Free fixes limit* (see below)
• 18+ artwork (erotica scenes) will cost you +20% of total price

3. HOW I WORK ON COMMISSIONS
• I can work with text descriptions, but it's your responsibility to make it as accurate as possible

3.1 SKETCH
• After we discuss the commission idea and price, you send me 50% of payment and I start sketching. After the sketch is done, I'll send it to you for confirmation. If everything is OK, I proceed to the next phase and you send the rest 50% of payment. Free fixes: no limits

3.2 LINEART
• At this phase I clean up the sketch, do lines, add details. After it's done - I send it to you for approval. Once approved I proceed to coloring.
Free fixes: 4
! If you go over said limit EACH fix will cost you +10% of total price
So, PLEASE, try to give me proper descriptions and references.

3.3 COLORING
• At this phase I start putting base colors on characters and BG, as well as work on their markings. After it's done - I send it to you for approval. Once approved I proceed to rendering.
Free fixes: 2 for major changes
NOTE: If a character has a complex design/complex fur pattern/complex clothes print and you decide to change it drastically, this is considered to be MAJOR change.
NOTE 2: This is the last phase where any changes are allowed (unless it's my mistake that needs fixing)
! If you go over said limit EACH fix will cost you +25% of total price

3.4 RENDERING
• This is the final phase. Here I work with lighting, textures etc. At this phase I can add some not essential details, like magical glow, glitters and etc.
ANY fixes: N/A (unless it's my mistake that needs fixing)

4. ART USAGE
4.1 For Client
• You can freely post it on any platforms, social media and etc. for personal use, but with quoting me as an author of the picture (linking back to my page would be nice as well)
• You can print it on any surface , clothes, coffee mugs and etc, but for PERSONAL USE only
• You're not allowed to use art, even with quoting me as an author, for COMMERCIAL USE (example: mass production of t-shirts with art)
• You're not allowed to sell art

4.2 For artist
• I have the right to post and publish finished commission wherever I please (unless it’s private. If you make private commission public yourself, means that I can do so as well)
• If the commission involves a copyrighted character (your OC/fursona) I will mark it and you as the characters' owner. I will, as well, post links to your webpage/profile/group. I owe rights to the illustration, NOT your characters
• If I'm unable to deliver your commission in time I will refund you according to paragraph 5.

5. REFUNDS
• If you decided to cancel the commission AFTER payment, but BEFORE I began to work on it, you will receive 100% (minus PayPal fee, due to me living outside US)
• In case when I've already began to work on your commission you will be refunded according to the tariff:
- Sketch phase - you will be refunded 80% of price
- Lineart phase- 60%
- Coloring phase - 40%
- Rendering phase - 25%

NOTE: Total % of the refund will depend on how much work was done and is discussed with the Client.
6. Reasons why I may DECLINE to work on your commission
• In case we can not come to agreement (and in cases of you being rude: harassment, threats, insults, asking to lower my prices)
• In cases you ask me to draw something I'm uncomfortable with or find offensive
• If there is too much fixes
