Well, I think I had a better year than most. Honestly, 2021 was one of the best years ever for me. Things went well, exceptionally so. Got multiple raises at work, didn't get covid, and finally got to see my mate in person and spend the better part of a week with her. No complaints, personally, and I'm exceptionally lucky there. I can only hope 2022 is better, for me and everyone else. Here's to the future!

Okay, well.... I've got a few ideas for what to do to commemorate the 1k watcher milestone, but I'd like to hear your feedback on them/ hear some input and ideas of your own.

So, I've been into Warhammer for a while, and I've gotten back into the painting side of it pretty significantly recently (as far as technique goes, I paint at a glacial pace XD). But I was wondering if people would like to see some of the models I've built and painted? If there's some interest, I'll upload a few pics this week and post updates as I paint more stuff. Could certainly serve as a motivation to get my armies fully painted up XD

Well..... I'd seen it coming for a little while, but honestly, it still feels downright strange to have so many folks watching me and enjoying the stuff I write/commission. Weird, and flattering, honestly. So, to each and every one of you lurking, watching, commenting, commissioning, and other activities out there, thank you, to all 900+ of you critters. Thank you for all the comments and faves and watches over the years and, to those of you who also fall into my group of close friends, thank you so much for everything you all have done for me, too. All of you are awesome! Whether you watch me for my writing or the things I commission, or just because we're friends, it all adds up.

Now, we're coming up on that big 1k milestone and.... I don't know what I wanna do to commemorate it so how about you guys start throwing some ideas at me! Was thinking maybe a multi-slot ych raffle or something like that, but I don't have any ideas for it yet, and it might not even be the thing I end up doing. But, regardless, hit me with your ideas.

Seriously, though, I think I'm one of the few people who had a good 2020. Like... life didn't change much, and where it did, it was generally for the better. Especially the moment where I finally got to formally and publicly take  valiamoonseer as my mate (Love you, dear). It got two raises at work, and I enjoy my job. We're busier than ever. I got a new car. I'm closer to my family than I've felt in a long time (despite losing my grandmother, not covid related). I know 2020 was a shitshow of a year but, honestly.... I'll look back on it fondly, at least for what happened to me. I know that many others can't say the same, though, and to them (who are still with us) I wish a happy new year and all the best for the coming decade!
