Looking to commission costume [OPEN]

I have a few local cons coming up, and as a semi last minute decision, have decided I would like to cosplay.
As who, you ask? Starfire!

The catch? I need this done & AT MY HOUSE by March 20th AT THE LATEST.
I live in the US, on the East Coast
I am, of course, willing to pay extra for the short date.
I am DESPERATE here, but I want good costume makers!
I need to buy, from you: Top, neck accessory, gloves, skirt & possibly the leggings?
The leggings aren't necessary, as I can try to find something on my own to use for that.
Please comment with prices and examples!

Selling / Trading MLP Shirts

Important information:
-All shirts will be washed before being sent (I use UNSCENTED laundry detergent)
-They are ranged from Small to Medium, however some fit big due to the brand
-These shirts were not worn more than twice (the white one in the last pic was never worn)
-I can get better pics, if you so please.
-IF WE ARE TRADING, YOU MUST PAY SHIPPING (I will ship anywhere)

I HAVE NO PRICE RANGE IN MIND AS OF RIGHT NOW, SO LONG AS YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS.
Some info about me:
-I wear glasses : it is preferable that you can work around this but, I can always buy contact lenses worst case scenario!
-I have read about built-in cooling systems in suits? I'd like to learn more about that, if you offer it
-I DO NOT want LED eyes
-"Following" or static eyes are both okay!
-I prefer toony style - I THINK??
-I know my characters gradient pattern is hard to make with fur. It can always be changed to a static set of markings!
-Please give me quotes for FULL & PARTIALS
-I am a first time fursuiter! ;o; I don't know exactly what I need, so please, lead me in the right direction!!
-I prefer soft comfy shoes / feet! I have a lot of back problems so.
-Estimated measurements / body details: 140 lbs, 5"7, 36DD breasts, size 8 & 1/2 shoes -- anything else?
-Jaska's ribbon DOES NOT need to be included - her nose ring DOES (unless you can tell me how to add it!)
