DISCUSSION: Game of Thrones (s06e01)
General | Posted 9 years agoJust finished watching Game of Thrones Season 6 Episode 01.
I have to say... I'm very impressed. Strong start, and it really gave us a tiny picture of where everyone left off.
Beyond this point, there be spoilers!
So just a little discussion on where you think everything is headed. Ideas down below!
For me, predictions...
1. Castle Black is going to be a major flashpoint. There are a lot of story elements culminating together around Castle Black and The Wall. Sansa & Brienne will be going to the wall, then there's the mutiny at the wall, and of course there's The Others.
2. Melisandre (the Red Witch) is revealed as being as ancient as was hinted. Apparently she's many centuries old, and has been a disciple of R'hllor for all that time. R'hllor has been shown to be a god of lies, with the Lightbringer that she made being false. Her predictions about Stannis being false. And now we see that her beauty is even false. That R'hllor's power doesn't extend her youth, merely covers up her age. I think that the final scene is foreshadowing. Melisandre is tired of being the champion of a lying god and is ready to shed his influence from her. I believe that she will be a reformed character, and will give her life using R'hllor's power to do something at Castle Black (I think she will find a way to bring Jon Snow back, and the cost will be her life.) The preachers of R'hllor in Meereen sort-of hints that there might be more to see of R'hllor in the future.
3. The Aria story arc, as far as I can tell, is the only one that's still behind the books. So I don't have much to say there.
4. Tyrion and Varys .. not much to say there. They're keeping it together while Jorah and whassisname go after Daenerys, who's being taken to Vaes Dothrak. No surprise there. I actually predicted that one. And of course they'll save her and bring her back to the city, probably after Drogon murders the entire Dothraki horde.
5. Probably the most interesting part of S06E01 was the coup in Dorne. I was thinking that Doran Martell would have to try and keep Dorne and the rest of the kingdom from going to war, but they pretty much killed off that entire bloodline, meaning that Oberyn's family (the SandSnakes) should now become heirs to Dorne. They blame the Lannisters for all kinds of bad stuff, and now they also have killed Myrcella, so the Lannisters now hate them in return. I think there's pretty-much a 100% chance that there will be an enormous war between Dorne and the crown. This war might just be the culmination of season 6, which will leave The Wall for the series finale.
The question is - where will Daenerys and Aria fit into this? Also - what's going on with Sam? I kinda forget where we left off with him.
Anyway - those are my predictions. Thoughts below!

DISCUSSION: Fallout 4 (DLC speculation)
General | Posted 9 years agoHi flufifes,
I threatened previously that I would speculate more on video games in this profile, and I shall! An earlier post described my speculations for the location of Fallout5, and mentioned that I would speculate on Fallout4 DLCs later. Well, it turns out that I was a little late on that "later", since at-least one of the Fallout4 DLCs have been announced.
What do I mean by "at least one", you say? Haven't they mentioned 3? It depends on what you mean by DLC. Of course, any downloadable content is technically DLC, but when we're talking about Fallout DLC, it conjures up memories of Operation Anchorage or Honest Hearts - not new skins or weapons. From that definition, I can't say that Wasteland Workshop is really a DLC in the same sense. When I think of Fallout DLC, I think of new maps, a new self-contained story, and more.
By this definition, only Far Harbor is definitely a Fallout DLC (in the traditional sense). But I will get into The Automatron as well.
Speculation below, which may be spoilers if I turn out to be right.
Speculation on The Automatron
This is the first Fallout4 DLC to drop - and dropped today! I haven't played it yet, so this is all speculation on my part, and I didn't listen extensively to the Silver Shroud radio broadcast, so if I say something stupid, kindly correct me in the comments below.
1. I don't consider this a full DLC myself because it still takes place in the Commonwealth Wasteland. However, I do speculate that the location of the Mechanist's base will be in the Glowing Sea. I speculate this because of something that I THINK... is a glitch in Fallout4 on PC, where X6-88 will stop and look toward an area of nothing, and comment saying something like "That looks like it was built after the war". Clearly the developers intended for there to be something there. Its a lot of effort to give a character a reaction and recorded speaking lines for something that isn't there. Of course - perhaps its something that they deleted. Or (more likely, in my estimation) this was for DLC and they forgot to turn it off for X6-88 for the release of the base game. Why do I think its The Mechanist? Because - where better to put a secret evil robot mad-scientist base than in a glowing radioactive wasteland?
2. I do think that this COULD BE a full DLC. For example, The Mechanist has sent rogue robots all throughout the Commonwealth - that implies extensive industrial capabilities. I'm wondering if the entrance (still assuming to be in The Glowing Sea) might lead to an extensive complex of factories and laboratories. One can only hope!
3. Guessing here, but I'm thinking the Automatron is female. Auto-Matron. Get it? Maybe there will be some hot robot luvin in the future Boston.
Speculation on Far Harbor
Its Clear from Fallout3 and even-moreso from Fallout4, that there are some serious H.P. Lovecraft fans at Bethesda. In Fallout3 there's the Dunwich Building - a strange building with strange recordings, that wrecks havoc on your compass and has a strange maze. In the basement there is a twisted alter that is unique in the Fallout3 cityscape. In Fallout4 there are at least 4 references to H.P. Lovecraft stories: Dunwich Borrers (Dunwich Horror), Jack Cabot (based on Herbert West from the Reanimator series), the Parson's State Insane Asylum (counting this a second time because the artifact on Lorenzo's head is not from Reanimator, but is more "generally Lovecraftian"), and finally Pickman's Gallery. While all 4 of these are interesting and well-known stories, we're ignoring the Cthulhu in the room. And that is - none of them are based on H.P Lovecraft's most-famous story: Call of Cthulhu. Why would they skip the most iconic Lovecraft? Maybe to give it its own DLC.
The underwater mechanics of Fallout4 are quite well-done. Clearly a lot of work has been done to make good undersea environments, and yet (submarine aside) it wasn't that well exploited. So - why put in all that effort unless you plan to use it? Add to this the deleted Harpoon Gun and you must conclude that more undersea adventures are in store for us.
Put these together and you have a compelling case for a R'lyeh type undersea cosmic horror city ready for the making.
Now we are told of Far Harbor - which appears to be a spooky seaside village in Maine. What is there in Maine? Not much. Trust me - I'm from New England. I've been to Maine many times. So why base a Fallout story there? Could it be the kinda spooky colonial-style hamlets? The rocky, stormy shore? The robust sea fishing industry? If you were to make a modern Shadow Over Innsmouth - its the perfect place.
So my speculations are as follows:
1. Far Harbor will be based on Innsmouth
2. Given that Innsmouth worships Dagon, not Cthulhu, and that they will probably want to base the "boss" on Cthulhu, I expect that it will be an original cosmic-horror mashup monster of Cthulhu and Dagon.
3. The townspeople will be Deep Ones.
4. The Valentine's Detective Agency tie-in will be a murder or disappearance that will lead to a cult. Further investigation will lead to occult alters and shrines across the "untamed" stretches of Maine.
5. Ultimately this will deal with a lot of undersea combat, with a showdown in or around a sunken city like R'lyeh.
6. Possibly an undersea vault?
7. Be on the lookout for the dark obelisk from the story "Dagon".
So those are my speculations! See you in The Wasteland!

DISCUSSION: XCOM2
General | Posted 10 years agoHi everyone!
I wanted to post this before, but it kept slipping my mind. As many of you know, I am a bit of a strategy game guru, and so when a strategy game comes around that's high quality, I'm all over it. The industry has largely moved away from strategy games, preferring to produce games that port well cross-platform. Strategy games (or most games, IMHO) do not port well to console, and so most of the new strategy games are not "first class citizens" in terms of development or artistic effort. So when a game like XCOM comes out, being a first-class pure-strategy game, I get excited for it.
However, the initial XCOM (remake) really bothered me. It wasn't so much that it was a bad game, as the main game (which is actually the tactical game, where 90%+ of your time is spent), was superseded in a few very important ways by the secondary game (the strategic game). The abductions, and UFO landings especially in the early game can rob you of your council members, even if you play the Tactical game flawlessly. And you can't get them back. This left me with a feeling that I lacked agency - pretty much the opposite of the feeling players should have in a game, which is by-definition an interactive medium. Why play a game you cannot win? The mechanic didn't even make sense, really. I mean... if I have enough soldiers and tons of money, why can't I buy a second Skyranger? Didn't make sense at all.
Anyway, aside from this one (admittedly enormous and glaring) flaw, XCOM wasn't a bad game. It was further improved by Enemy Within, which was more difficult, but had more opportunities to reduce panic. I felt that it was a vast improvement. But even-so, the strategic map remained with the looming dread that if the dice rolled just wrong, you were doomed and would have to throw away hours upon hours of gameplay and start over.
I'm a bit of a strategy purist. I do not believe that dicerolls belong in strategy games - period. No hit percentages or crits, no diceroll invasion locations or random loot. If you want people to strategize, a game should be won or lost on planning and execution, rather than luck.
So how do I feel about XCOM2? GREAT. Huge improvement. Not only is the looming strategic enemy endgame much easier to counter, allowing you to focus on the tactical game (and giving some relief - only having to worry about 1 "panic bar" instead of 16). I felt it had a better story and generally better gameplay mechanics. I did like the weapon customization and the guaranteed hits afforded by stocks. Enhanced unit customization gave soldiers a bit of flare and eccentricity that sort-of made them feel more real. The best of these customizations IMHO was their attitude, or stance or whatever, which kinda gave them a backstory. In my mind, I would imagine what had happened in their lives to make them so cocky or downtrodden.
XCOM2 is not a perfect game. It still has flaws. One of the things that bothered me the most was the simplified (and mostly-improved) system or upgrading gear. You purchase the upgrade, and all of the characters with that class of item get it upgraded - except when they don't. Some items are one-offs, and its not clear which is going to be a general upgrade, and which are individual items. Furthermore, the customizations made to weapons do not translate when they are upgraded. Weapon enhancements do carry over, but the name and other customizations that gave the weapon character, are lost. I feel like it should be either-or. Enhancements should be much more powerful, but should be lost upon upgrade. This would make it so that you really are reluctant to part with a particular sniper rifle (or whatever), even if it means modernizing it. OR the carryover should be complete.
I think that's all I really had for negatives, aside from some minor glitches, a couple of really bull$h17 cheap enemies that are a bit OP, and the final boss area, which is very hard (but might just be very-hard because I took my time with it), and...
--SPOILER ALERT--
... and a slightly DBZ ending worthy of Matrix part 3... I really liked it as a game.
So have you played it? What did you think? Discussion down below!
Thanks,

DISCUSSION: Fallout 4 (Sequel speculation)
General | Posted 10 years agoGreetings, fluffies.
I think its been a long-enough time for folks to finish their Fallout playthrough that we can discuss it openly without ruining anything. So I'm going to do a series of discussion topics on Fallout. Originally I planned to only write one journal on Fallout 4, but then I realized... its just too big of a topic! Its better to slice it up into manageable pieces.
Lets start with Fallout 5 speculation.
This is a topic that's been on my mind, probably throughout the latter half of my own playthrough of Fallout 4. After the initial wide-eyed wonder of plodding through my home city in ruins, with its unbelievable fidelity and storytelling, I found myself looking for clues to future releases. Why?
By the end of Fallout 3, we had a good idea of where Fallout 4 would take place because of the quest "The Replicated Man", which speaks extensively about a place of high technology called "The Commonwealth", where there are synthetic humans being produced, and that they sometimes escape due to the meddling of a group called "The Railroad". From this information, it was pretty obvious that Boston would be the next city. But.... I haven't found a similar story in Fallout 4 that indicates a location for Fallout 5. So I would like hear your thoughts!
Here are a few theories of my own...
A Return to the Capital Wasteland
The elephant in the room first: There is one place outside of The Commonwealth that's mentioned extensively - The Capital Wasteland. If mentions are the sole metric, Fallout 5 will revisit Washington DC. Why? Well, conversations with The Brotherhood have indicated that The Brotherhood shifted in leadership towards a more militaristic and intolerant culture, similar to the BoS in Fallout 1. This new Brotherhood consolidated power over DC wasteland and is now projecting that power via airships like the Prydwen. Furthermore, conversations with MacCready indicate that they are running the place like a military dictatorship. This makes DC fertile ground for a revisit.
First: its sort-of been reset, which means your Fallout 3 playthrough can still be your personal canon without affecting Fallout 5's "official" canon.
Second: We are already given a moral quandary. There is a choice between the authority that tamed the wasteland, and fighting their oppression.
Third: We are teased with the idea of multiple Prydwens, perhaps even a huge drydock for airships.
Forth: ... and this is "the big one", which isn't DC per-se, but its definitely something they've been setting up... There was a schism between east coast BoS and west coast BoS. At some point, I think they will clash.
New York
Another obvious choice, but limited somewhat by the engine technology. New York would require much more powerful computers, but in 5 years or whatever, who knows? I do hope that they make most of New York a crater though. Its seems weird that both Vegas and Boston seem to have survived mostly-intact. It would be nice if some of the cities were actually hit directly. I haven't seen any hints about NYC, but its a reasonable choice for a Fallout game, considering its importance, culture, and landmarks.
First: Biggest city in the US, so they're likely to do it sometime
Second: Bethesda is based in Maryland, and it seems like they are dividing the Fallout Universe to east coast (Bethesda), and west coast (Obsidian, makers of New Vegas and Fallouts 1 and 2 under the name of Black Isle). New York is a short trip from Maryland to send agents and artists to investigate and capture the feel of the place.
Florida
This is actually where I think the next one will be. What a perfect location! So much material. You have a giant racetrack at Daytona, the Everglades, Disney, Universal, MGM, Epcot, you have Key West.... and the big one: you have Kennedy Spaceport.
First: This is a bit of a smack with a wet fish... you have JANGLES THE FREAKIN' MOON MONKEY. A cartoon character (Disney) going into space (Kennedy). We haven't seen much in terms of rocketry yet except REPCONN, and I think those were more for ICBMs than space transit. There's a lot of potential with playing up a space-race too, good material for red-scare propaganda.
Second: Pip boy is now a cartoon. We are given Pip boy cartoon infomercials about "What makes you SPECIAL". We are also given more fidelity into other cartoon media through the comic books like The Unstoppables, Grognak the Barbarian, and The Silver Shroud. In terms of The Silver Shroud, at Hubris Comics in Boston they talked about making a Silver Shroud movie.
Third: Such excellent DLC potential. Going to the moon! Maybe you will run into Jason Bright there? Expect "Fly Me To The Moon" to be on your local radio.
Forth: Its just really REALLY hard to one-up MIT and technology-run-amok. Where do you go from there? Rocketry and space seems to fit that bill.
Fifth: RadGators... 'nuff said.
Mohave
This seems unlikely if it weren't for a dropped hint. Its unlikely both because WE'VE BEEN THERE BEFORE, and its not like New Vegas has been reset like DC was... and also because the Mohave would usually fall under Obsidian's domain (not Bethesda's). This makes me wonder if we might see a Fallout New Vegas 2... but I have trouble seeing how that would work without pulling a Bioware and reading into your old savegames. So I wonder if we will visit another city in or around the Mohave - a city far enough away from Vegas to not be affected by what you did in Fallout: New Vegas.
The hint comes from Jack Cabot during the quest "Secret of the Cabot House". At the end, if you side with Jack, when you return to get the gun he promised, he will mention that his research indicates a "Hidden alien city buried beneath the Mohave". Did we find such a city in New Vegas? I didn't. So they're clearly setting us up for a return to the Mohave at some future time.
Outside the US
This is a bit of a controversial suggestion. To date, the game has played heavily on 1950's type Mccarthyism, and creepily rampant nationalism. But eventually, as the games carve off large swaths of the US with each DLC, they will have to look elsewhere. There are two clues here.
First: Cait clearly states that she's from Ireland, and the way she looks and speaks corroborates that. How did she get to Boston? Could the next game be in the British Isles?
Second: Jack Cabot clearly states that Lorenzo found the alien crown in an alien city in the Middle East. This seems terribly far-fetched to me.... but maybe someday?
And finally: (This is purely my idea and I have no evidence for it but I think it would be really cool), What if they pick a Canadian city. In Fallout lore, corroborated by the intro video to Fallout 1, the US forcibly annexes Canada during the resource wars prior to China's invasion of Alaska. So... what would that look like? You may have bombed out cities that were destroyed without nukes. Lots of military hardware, checkpoints, secret police. Talk of a 51st state, resistance against the occupying army, collaborators... and all of this without even choosing a city! You already start ahead with so much material. Then the bombs fall and sort of "freeze" this precarious world. Maybe the decedents of the military become The Enclave? And maybe the resistance is still fighting them?... just an idea.
So what do you think? Have you found any telling hints about what we might see in Fallout 5? Do you have any crazy ideas of your own? Please add them below! Thanks :)

Thanks :)

Jaspian: The Return! (and I need your help!)
General | Posted 10 years agoGood evening fluffs.
I've been threatening this for some time as my alter-ego
Etheras... I am planning to revive Jaspian as an active character. Why?
For the same reason as I created Etheras. There were whims that I wanted to pursue that I felt did not fit with the persona that I had established for Jaspian, and therefore I had to choose between corrupting the character I had painstakingly cultivated... or create a second one and start anew. Obviously, I decided on the second path.
Etheras was created to explore a bit more of my dark side. A sinister dominant femboy overlord with a taste for conquest (and equines). However, much like a bit of my dark side started creeping into Jaspian, I feel like Etheras is becoming too much like Jaspian was. A lot of the time, he's now shown being... what I would consider... tame. And "out of character".
And so, now I need an outlet for those tamer whims too. And thus: I plan to start using this profile again, and generating new artwork.
BUT THERE'S A CATCH. There are several reasons why I stopped getting Jaspian artwork for a time. Jaspian is... quite frankly... boring compared to Etheras. I admit it. Etheras is a huge improvement stylistically and in how well-defined his personality is.
Here's where I need YOUR HELP. When I reboot Jaspian, I want him to change him to be more unique and interesting, yet things that artists can do easily. (For example, artists frequently got Jaspian's eye markings wrong, because they weren't well-defined. Same goes for the pattern of his fur. And thus, you got wildly different eye markings and fur patterns / colors.)
So I'd really like to hear your suggestions. Do you have any ideas on styles for Jaspian? For defining his personality some? What are some other characters that Jaspian reminds you of when you look at him? Have you ever wished-for / imagined a fennec with a particular attribute (serious entries, please!) Or in-general: ideas for improving this character? Please leave comments down below. Really good ideas that you think folks might swipe, put those in the notes.
And I can't wait to hear your brilliant ideas. Thanks!

A fond farewell
General | Posted 14 years agoHi Guys,
I just thought I should let ya all know that I'm putting the character Jaspian on pause... reason-being is that, over the past few years, I've been wanting to RP and commission art that don't fit well with the image that I've created for Jaspian. To be honest, this drive has already corrupted that image a bit, which I regret now.
Anyway, point is... for some time now I've been exploring several personality-changes to the Jaspian character that would fundamentally alter him. But I'm not sure I'm entirely comfortable with these changes and identifying myself with this new "fursonality" that I want to pursue. So rather than changing Jaspian and possibly accidentally destroy him, I've decided to branch-off and start a second character....
His name is
Etheras, and he's Jaspian's evil half-brother. A bright-white fennec, he rules a rival Egyptian city, but where Jaspian is benevolent, Etheras is a tyrant.
... I hope you like him. He should be a lot of fun... I always liked evil characters. They're so much more interesting. Soo... Protip: If you're offended by evil characters, you might want to skip on Etheras
For everybody else, have fun watching my new foxy. Just to clarify: This character is where the majority of my effort will be for the next few months, both in terms of new art and commissions. I want to kind-of "try him on". If I don't like being Etheras, I'll be back as Jaspian - no worries. If I DO like being Etheras, I will probably make him my primary fursona. That does NOT mean I will never do/commission Jas art ever again. Of course I will. But ideally most of the action going-forward will be on Etheras.
So anyway, I hope you like him, and... for now... a fond Farewell!
Goodnight *smooch*

Announcing the End of the World Party!
General | Posted 14 years agoI'm sure its gotten out to some of you already, but this year will be the last Christmas ever. According to Doomsayers everywhere, the world will end mere days before Christmas 2012. While that does relieve you from having to stand in lines and rack up huge balances on your credit cards, unfortunately it might leave some of us with very little to look forward to.
And so we intend to have one last get-together to reign in the apocalypse. On December 21, 2012 we will be having the (Furry) End-of-the-World Party in Rochester NY. It will be an all-night (or at least "until the world ends") all-furry event ON APOCALYPSE DAY itself. (Not just any random day in 2012 or the day some random Pastor thinks the Rapture might start).
There is a venue for a few hundred furs. There will be an all-night dance (or until everybody gets tired / the world ends) with an open bar. Unlimited free cocktails for all who are staying at the venue. The greatest laser & light show in the fandom (better than AC's), and more. Other features will be announced over the coming months.
Right now there isn't a lot up there right now, but check out https://www.furryendoftheworld.com for more info.
And there's a cute lil animation on there, plus a bit of song that I wrote. Yes... its all me. Pet me. :)
Stay Safe!

General | Posted 14 years agoJust for fun...! Censors off. Tell it to me straight...!
What are the Top Ten things you'd do to/with my fursona...?
The top ten things he'd probably like...
1. Pet his big velvety ears
2. Go out clubbin / watch him dance
3. Brush his tail
4. Gifts are nice O:)
5. Foot/paw massage
6. Give his lil rump some pounding ... (and I don't mean spankings.. or at least not just spankings!)
7. Have him use that purdy mouth of his :P
8. Lick his tender tailhole
9. Take photos of him
10. If you're hungry, maybe gobble him up (he would like that). Better yet, record it, and put it up on them thar internets so everyone can see his yummy sexy fate!
What would you do? With my Fursona... or your own if you could meet...

Changed my mind on Anthrocon
General | Posted 14 years agoSorry guys I decided not to go to AC. I hate to be such a letdown, especially for those of you whom I had already made plans with, but my heart just isn't in it.
Before you yell at me for being a tease and dropping off at the last moment, I'd like to explain myself a little.
1. I just got a new job less than 3 weeks ago, and to make AC a worthwhile trip, I'd have to play hooky on Friday... which just seems like a terrible idea only 3 weeks into a job.
2. Even with the hookie-day, I'd have only 2 full days of convention-time, with 800 miles of travel round-trip. Not much bang for the buck
3. I never really liked AC. Its a very poorly-run con and is consistently behind the times, late-adopting everything. Its too political and there's too much drama. The one thing it has going for it - the size - is also a drawback in some ways. Sure you get to see like every fur you've ever met, but to see them all you can only spend like 5 minutes on each one. I prefer smaller cons where I can actually spend time with people.
4. All of my good costumes are at the
FrozenOasis Central Command in Rochester. So I would be mismatching articles of attire. I put together something I thought would work last night, looked at myself in the mirror, and just hated it. But to drive to Rochester to get the good costumes would add another 5+ hours onto the trip.
5. Expense... its not a very expensive con for me, but even the couple-hundred I save would be nice for me to have to use on other expenses.
6. No good parties. I go to cons for the people and the nightlife. AC has more of a night-death. At 10 pm half the con goes to sleep. The only good party is the Hudson Furs Party, which you have to walk halfway across the city to get to, and that's not even in the neighborhood of a Frozen Oasis (no offense guys - you do very well with what you've got!) Its just so-sad that one of the countries smallest cons has a party several orders of magnitude more vast and epic than the largest con.
These, among other reasons, have kinda made me lean towards skipping this year.
So - yeah. Have fun, guys! Maybe I'll feel more up to attending AC next year when I have some vacation time and am a little better prepared and have some cash stashed away for it.

AC meme (aren't you sick of them yet?)
General | Posted 14 years agoWhere are you staying? - Main Hotel.. I think
What day are you getting there? - I'll be getting there late. Probably not until Friday, but I hope to be there early enough to register and attend the Friday dance
Who will you be with? - I'll be hanging out with various fluffies whom I don't get to see very often. Most notably
Taridium whom I'll be sharing a room with
Do you do free art? - Yes, but not frequently, and seldom at cons
Do you do trades? - (see above)
Do you do commissions? - No. I am obsessed with seeing my character in art, so I'm not likely to do any art where he's not part of the subject matter. The only exception being if I can get art in return where he is featured.
What are your limits to drawing? - I usually don't draw art that doesn't have my fennec in it, and usually he's thoroughly enjoying an equine, or being eaten. I'm unlikely to draw other fetishes, especially cub stuff. Never-ever-ever. Sorry, guys... it just freaks me out a little.
What is your gender? - Boi
Can I talk to you? - Yes, but please try not to drool on the feathers, and stay 3 feet away until you pass the smell test. That is - if you're 3 feet away and I can smell you, come no closer!
Can I touch you? - Is your 'sona an equine? Do you pass the smell test? If so, then... maybe
Can I buy you drinks? - Absolutely!
Can I hug or snuggle with you? - See above about touching
How tall are you? - Average.
Are you nice? - Naughty.
How long will you be at the con? - I will have to leave Sunday in the early evening. I've got work on Monday.
Do you have an artist table? - No. Until table dancing is an accepted art form at AC, I will have no table.
Where will you be most of the time during the days? - Sleeping. I'm a fennec - nocturnal by nature. I sleep through most of the day, get up, eat breakfast (dinner to most of you), then stay up all night partying. That's what furries are supposed to do at cons. What's a fursuit?
What/where will you be eating? - I haven't decided yet for the whole con, but at least once I'd like to get over to Houlihan's. Their Italian Donut Dessert is amazing. I would also like to attend the Vorephile Dinner, where I hope to be eated all sexy.. but it will probably just be pasta.
What're you selling? - Nuffin
Do you do badges? - No
Can I look in your sketchbook? - Sure! But I typically keep it in my room, so you're unlikely to see me around with it... and considering the state of the elevators at AC, I will probably be reluctant to go get it for you to look at. But even so... if you see me with it - yes you can take a look.
Can I draw in your sketchbook? - Of course!
Can I take your picture? - Yep.
What's your goal for the con this year? - To have fun... a surprisingly difficult feat at AC...
Are you sick of AC journal memes? - Honestly I haven't gotten very many so far this year. I suspect they will roll in like a tsunami over the coming week or so...
Hope to see you there!

Seeking Equine Victims...
General | Posted 14 years agoHey there furry world,
I'm looking for some horsies & zebras out there who would like to do art trades with me, or would like to get some art together.
So if you have an equine character who you think would like some fennec luvin' in art form, please feel free to respond here or note me.
Thanks!

General | Posted 15 years agoIn an effort to keep my FA account in some sort of logical order, I'm going to be moving all of my Frozen Oasis poster art to this FA account:
FrozenOasis
If you like my artwork and don't mind the posts being FO advertisements... (they are usually pretty funny...) or if you want to know about upcoming FO events, please watch there. :)
Thanks! -^.^-

What's my flavor? (part 2)
General | Posted 15 years agoSo, as some of you may have read in a previous journal... ( http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1945440/ ), there's a Jaspian Furoticon card coming out and the creator of Furoticon wants me to come up with some "flavor text" for it under Jaspian's stats/specials.
Since Jaspian is depicted in the image in his show costume, I was thinking about going with something along the lines of "After his show ends, the real fun begins".
Please let me know what you think of this. Also, suggestions of variations on this are encouraged, since it doesn't sound quite right to me. Please help?
Thanks!

2010 Fennec's Choice Awards
General | Posted 15 years agoSo 2011 has come and 2010 has been left far behind. Looking back... what did you like about 2010? Last year I put out a review for what I thought was the best movie, song, musician, video game, and tv series, and this year I decided to continue it.
My picks are located here: http://jaspian.livejournal.com/56452.html ... for anyone who's interested in reading.
Please feel free to comment. What were your favorites and why?
Anyway - thanks for reading!

I now have a bit of music up (shameless self promotion)
General | Posted 15 years agoHey there!
Just wanted to letcha all know that I've finally put up a bit of music. I'm keeping my music and art accounts separate because... well... I kinda hate it when I watch someone for a specific type of media and then I get a bunch of other stuff too.
So anyway, if you're curious about my music, my music profile is
jaspianmusic and the first track is located here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5026750
Hope you like it. Suggestions are always welcome. Its a remix, but I'll be putting up some original stuff soon (I hope).
