I'm not dead, nor did I jump off the face of the planet. There's just been some.. complications that have been dragging me down and making life a little more unpleasant. You know how it is. This is just a reminder that I HAVE NOT forgotten about any outstanding commissions, art and costumes. I still have all the information and am working through them. Suits still in queue will be made, and art on the list will be done ASAP. Those with upcoming deadlines will be built and on time to the best of my ability. I have a LOT of mail/notes to go through and I will get to it all.

Well, she went in for her surgery, and she's back with me now. Poor girl is still dazed and off kilter from the anesthetic and has two sets of metal stitches on her underside. One for her spay and the other for the removal of two mammary glands.

They ended up finding out that she had something called "Pyometra', which is a pretty serious infection of the uterus that if left untreated can kill a female cat, and quick. Thankfully, that was taken care of by the spay, and there's a small chance that may have had a hand in the mammary lumps. They might not be cancer at all, but we'll know when the results of the lumps comes back.

When the results for her blood test came back, they were a little weird involving the lymphocites and blood cells. Maybe the Pyometra may have caused that as well. That would be best case, so we can hope for that.

And I can't say it enough to all you awesome people who helped out when I needed it most.

Recently, my precious lil' girl, Jinny has come down with mammary cancer.

I really don't commission stuff often-- the occasional badge or such, but lately I've been pondering on getting art done of a certain char of mine...

I get lots of fanart of my bat char, but all in all my favorite character of mine isn't anthro at all. It's Zelly.

Have any of you guys ever had someone obsess SO MUCH over one of your characters, that it gets to the point where you kinda.. lose the desire to ever draw the character again?

Either because you figure this obsessor is gonna wig out and never leave you alone, or just because you are so sick of hearing about said character because of this person?

Edit: Not that I hate fans or anything, far from it! But there's a line of ettiquite I think that comes with it, and when you step over into 'psycho, obsessive, unrelenting freak' that's just scary.

Depending on the interest and how I manage to plow through them I may offer some more before the holidays.

Now, I rarely sell art as people probably know. The occasional badge or icon deal here or there, because commission work is a total creativity kill half the time. I hate being told what to draw down to the tiniest little detail. No fun.

However, it's come to my attention some people like my art.

I woke up with the idea of offering prints, possibly getting tables for a change if I happen to attend cons to sell them. But.. I'm a total newb when it comes to stuff like that, since I RARELY buy art. The occasional badge but that's all, I never commission stuff.

So, you, the consumers, and you, the artists who regularly sell your work, I need your knowledge and ideas.

Were I to offer prints up for sale, or portfolios, What would YOU be interested in buying? How does one go about making prints-- where do you go to get them made and where/how do you sell them? What are the general prices of stuff, based on your opinion of my quality?
