Back from Gettysburg
Posted 15 years agoWell I'm back here in the little hellhole I call my hometown. I have to say, my trip was one of the best I've ever taken. D.C. was awesome, Gettysburg was more enjoyable than I thought it would be (though I thought that they milked the whole "Haunted Gettysburg" a bit too much,) and I made some new friends that were all the way from South Carolina.
While I was there, I learned that the Civil War was actually more interesting than I thought. School makes it seem reEeEeally boring, but it's not. I loved learning more than I did in school. Oh, and I also learned that Union soldiers sing REALLY good. I saw a bunch of reenactment volunteers in a bar near my hotel and the sang Civil War Fireside songs.
The one flaw with Gettysburg- MAJOR LACK OF FURRIES. Oh well, Pittsburgh will be my summer trip next year. So yeah, I have shit to post and things to do. Expect me to have artwork up within the next few hours.

Posted 15 years agoYES! For the next 5 days, I will be down paying a visit in Gettysburg & D.C. with my family and my Satan *Ahem* pardon me, sister. So I won't be uploading anything for the next few days, but I do have A BUTT TON of things that I need to do so with. Unfortunately, half of them are pencils and scraps, so colours come before pencil uploads. Or maybe not, I might just upload the pencils and give you an early preview. Whatever the case, my activity here will be a flat line for the next five days.

Well, another year older.
Posted 15 years agoAnother birthday has come and gone. There was cake, there was presents, but it seems as every year it becomes a smaller ordeal.
When we're kids, we look forward to every day as though it were the happiest day of our lives. But when we enter our later years in life, other things take predominance. Family, friends, school, the works. I just wish things could be like they were a few years ago...
Sorry, I've been doing that thing called thinking recently. I don't know why, as it's painful, but I have been.
So, my birthday is now over, but I'd say it was pretty alright.

New artwork.
Posted 15 years agoIn case anyone cares about my artwork, (which I know most people don't, 'cause it's bad,) I should have some new stuff up by the end of next week. I've got one that I just had to fix the colors on, and I have inspiration for 2 new pieces. I've also been wanting to go back and redo the 2010 Jax with prismacolors, so that should be up soon, if I decide to do that.
