I havent been able to get on for over a week
Posted 10 years agoI work 5 days a week and I usually have things to do on my days off
But I hae most of my move out dates set, and I have a room mate (shes a dork) I'm the only one in my section at work now, so I get all the weird hours and more (ugh I'm so tired) so commissions are definitely remaining closed. I have one YCH for this site to do and an outside private and then I'm leaving FA for a while. Might not even return, and if I do, it'll be under a more up-to-date user! I'll only pop in to check my friends art

Posted 10 years agoIt's not large, but I'd like for people to know what to expect from me , how the owed art is going etc , also so I know what I have to do cause I don't actually keep a list I just go from memory. Sorry for slowness, I expected to have these all done by now, but life has been busy ffff and tomorrow I start a job so I'm trying to do what I can now, so I'mma flee to work.

I'd Like To Apologize for Any Slowness
Posted 10 years agoI'm usually quite quick about commissions and such getting done, as I hate making people wait. And I feel terrible for being slower than I anticipated with my most recent YCHs. I have a very short queue, (like, two ychs and two collabs with friends, ychs take priority as they WERE paid for) but I still feel bad. I was just hired at a new job, and I'm sorting that out, along with many other things such as school living arrangements, financial stuff, all that fun stuff that has to be done before I move out in the fall.
So I'm just taking the opportunity to apologize for being a little slow to respond to people, cause life got hectic the second I thought I had time to take on owed art and earn some spare cash. Aha, Murphey's law, amiright? Anyways, thank you SO much for your patience <3 I swear I'll get everything done. From now on I think I'll just take one commission at a time, so that I dont overload myself with how busy life is aout to get wih a full time job, and sorting out school stuff.

Posted 10 years agoand I am so sorry v-v" life and stuff catches up with me (not that I actually DO much) and sometimes I'm simply too depressed to come over here and take commissions because motivation is just so hard lately.

and are both in some desperate need of some money and are taking commissions, donations, what have you. They're trying to pay off a large credit card bill, and also recently ran out of funds to feed themselves properly. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, I'm sure!I am struggling with art block

I'm just curious but ... sketchbooks?
Posted 11 years ago regarding anyone in the US/Canada (because shipping over seas is super expensive and I'd have to give it some more thought, but it's not really something I definitely wouldn't do.)
if I could find a small 20-30 page sketchbook to fill with a mix of sketches, lines, and coloured things (probably a mix of pencil crayon and possibly marker, maybe some other mediums ) requests and random things that I want to add (probably mostly SFW but not restricted to )
Would anyone be interested in that? And could anyone give me what you think a fair price range for that would be?
I've wanted to try one for a while. And I would be MORE than happy to set up examples of traditional work should I follow through. It would only be one slot. IDK. Really depends on if anyone is interested!!
