✨🌟 Patreon update: A few bad apples have spoiled the bu
Posted 7 years ago❥ So I found out that my Patreon work has been stolen and put up on a website (I will not give the name here if you want it to see if your Patreon work has been stolen, ask me and I will send it to you)
This website is full of awful people who do not consider the re-uploading of Patreon only art stealing. They have a FREAKIN' telegram group! they are proud of what they are doing. So from now on, I am ONLY going to be sending emails to my Patreons. I will no longer upload images or videos to them via the website as my account has been linked to this website via the bots that we are all having to deal with.
❥ The pay up front system has kept me from getting more bots, but that doesn't keep the stuff that they were able to get from being taken. If you have yet to get the pay upfront system, send a message to patreon and let them know that you demand the service and that the service should be taken out of beta and given to all to prevent this from happening (even though it's just a band-aid and they will find a way to steal our art in other ways)
❥ I have very few patreons and I trust each of them with the art that they are paying for.
and it is thanks to these thieves that today I am going to move my entire schedule in order to reformat my entire patreon system.
❥ Patreon themselves have already stated that it is out of their jurisdiction to do anything about it.
❥ TLDR; a website is linking patreon accounts and importing patreon exclusive content to that website and making it available to the public.
❥ If you don't have a pay upfront system bug the shit out of patreon right now to get it done.

Over the past 3 years I have really started to grind down on my craft and been working very hard to stand out as an artist, this of course has come at a cost.
I do not see my family nearly as much as I used to.
I used to visit my mother at least once a week but as of late I have been so busy with commissions and just all around art practice that I rarely see her once a month and when I do my work is always on my mind so I am not all there.

❥ I feel like I would really like to do it. I would love to be able to finish all 100 slots. but only if they actually get paid for. I mean the point is to do one a day but if i don't feel motivated then how am I going to do it?

Posted 9 years ago❥ Ok so yesterday morning I was unable to log into my account, it sent me to a security check. I obviously failed the secirty check because I can't remember all the pictures that 100+ friends on a furry account have (especially since some are just pictures from anime!)
❥ So I have been trying to send them a picture of my ID but I keep getting a "sorry something went wrong" page instea dof an answer. I am stuck and don't know what to do until FB answers one of my many messages. if I still can't get it to work tomorrow I am going to send an email.
❥ I am still working on the Sale slots, there are just a lot of clients who bought them from FB via PM and I can't contact them right now. I'm doing my best.

Posted 9 years agoYes Yes I know there are so many people saying this but, we can only take so much.
❥ I want to start with, I love this website. I love it because of how easy it is to work on this site. Everyone is here for the art that is all we are here for. For the buying and selling of art. But this last "attack" was just the last straw. I can stand FA being down for a few hours or a few days, that is fine. When no one can get online, that is alright, I won't miss anything. But this past week, was too much. I wasn't able to get online because of the error in their code. I wasn't able to get onto my main business account because of something that was out of my control and the longer I went without being able to get on my account the more likely it was that I was going to end up like one of the many people who were having horrible things happening to them because of this. I had no idea if someone was trying to contact me or trying to commission me or trying to just ask me a simple question.
❥ It was too stressful, I just can't have all my eggs in this basket. This basket has too many holes and too many eggs have broken or gone missing. So because of this I have decided to leave FA as my Secondary website. I am going to Let all my secondary accounts stay so that people can view them at leisure and keep everything just here and on other websites. My main website is going to be Tumblr fallowed by FurryNetwork, then facebook then weasyl. Eventually I will have everything here changed so that it will link you to all those sites if you want a commission or to contact me.
❥ On that note I'm going to leave my Many links here. I will also be making a submission about this very topic for those who do not read journals.

❥ I have already discussed my desire to have a Cintiq and though I do feel like it will make my work and my life so much easier, it is not something that I am totally planning on having this year. There are a few things that I think I can get this year.
♡ A New 3DS and Pokemon Moon
I have had every pokemon game since I started making money on my own and I would love to continue that, but in order to do that I need to buy a New 3DS. I have been looking everywhere and I have been able to find are New 3DS XL's. These things are so big so if anyone has a small new 3DS please let me know where you got it.
♡ New Desktop PC
I have not so recently started using SL again and I would love to be able to do more with it. So for that I need to buy a Desktop PC (I am currently using a Laptop PC). i want to get into photography and in order to experiment with SL the way that I want to I need a more powerful machine.
❥ For now that's pretty much all I have on my list. Yeah...

Unfortunately I can not add regular commissions to the donation pool as that money is used to buy food and pay bills.

❥ I spend hours a day working on my craft. That's hours stuck to my computer just staring at the screen to get the most minute details right.
❥ I feel like I am making some real strides in my work but, this is coming at a great cost. I can't spend as much time with my family. I used to see my parents every week, see my cousin every other day, but with my work and the hours a day that I am spending with my hands attached to my drawing tablet, I just haven't been able to spend quality time with them because my head is always so occupied with needing to take my computer and having a job to get done.
❥ My computer is not very portable it is very heavy and taking it around when I want to visit my family is starting to take it's tole on my shoulder. The cintiq is less than half the weight of my computer this would make carrying it much easier and because it's basically my computer made much more portable I would be able to work in the car, at mp parents table, at my cousin's salon, even in bed without feeling like I"m being rude because I have my computer open. This would not only make my work easier it would ease the pain in my back and wrist from the position that I have to sit in for hours on end.
❥ the cintiq companion 2 costs 2.5k I will also be purchasing the carrying case, mouse and keyboard. That will take it up to 2.6k. the rest of the money will be sent to my savings account and never touched until I know how much I need to get what is wrong with my arm fixed (caused my the hours of working at my PC).
❥ I really am in no real hurry. Up till this point the pain in my arm has been easy to deal with and work around.
❥ This is really important to me, not just because it would be good for my work but because it means that I can go and see my family without having to worry that I am not getting work done. I can get work done there and not have to connect a million cables to get it done. If I am sick I can work from bed and not have to find a creative way to get my computer on my bed and keep it from overheating. I can work in the office with my husband and not have to "set up", just pull up a chair and sit with him.
❥ There are no words to convay how much it would mean to me if you were to donate. You would be making my life so much easier and improving my health at the same time. Not just physically but mentally as well. I stress easily and just thinking that there is a tiny job that I am not doing is enough to send me into fits of panic. Having a Cintiq with me at all times will ease my stress because I would know it was not so far away and could pull it out and work whenever was necessary.

Commissions closed (due to health reasons)
Posted 9 years ago❥ Ok so, I am going to finish what I have on my Queue and after that I am going to rest my drawing hand for four or five days. The reason is that I have developed what looks like a small ball on my wrist, it's soft to the touch and I don't know what it is. It sits right on my tendons and I think that it is cause by me not wrapping my hand up after drawing for hours yesterday.

❥ It doesn't hurt it just is there and I want to keep it from hurting so I am going to massage it and keep from stressing it for a while. So what is on my queue may take a while to finish. If you sent money and it's on it's way, I will do my best to work on it while my hand heals, I will not be taking more commissions though.

Posted 9 years agoOk guys I have a few points to get across and stuff and stuff.
❥ Ok, Commissions are open like they always are, my sales are off now and I am thinking of changing the prices on some of the things that I make.
❥ I am thinking about making a stream scheduled so that I can stream more often, I just need to buy a calendar so that I can have it hanging next to me while I work.
