A bit of an update on how things are going over on my end atm :

My partner is leaving for Japan tomorrow, so I'll be looking over the apartment on my own for awhile . I'm a bit anxious since they usually assist me with time management and things , but i'm hopeful I can manage without them for a bit ;; I've also been gradually making progress on my queue for a while now.

I have a custom I'd like to complete as soon as possible and a few other reference sheets that need to be colored and sent out along with other important works that need to be completed! Been a minute since I've made a journal but I wanted to give somewhat of a small update on whats been going on and how im doing going into this new year !

My queue has been top priority , but I'm hoping to gather enough funds through adopts while I clear it so I can open up again sooner ! More adoptables will be posted this month -and a majority will be flat price - so don't get discouraged by the auctions here and there ;v;

My health has been on and off for a while now - and I'm going to look into trying to make even more funds so I can afford more of my medication on my own this year ;;

I noticed that I reached 10k watchers and I really am speechless folks ;; thank you so so much for your constant support. Hey folks ! I know its been a minute but I just wanted to give a small heads up that I've been working steadily on my queue- aiming to finish work so I can focus on uploading more personal artwork and pre made products to sell !

Adoptables , YCHs and smaller openings on Twitter are probably going to be what I'll be doing! I also have been showing slight interest in custom work , but I'll be sure to let you all know if I'll have a custom opening before taking any ! The adoptables I've been working on are set up in batches with themes or are bigger single character ref sheet adopts to auction off, so if you're interested in that - keep an eye out !

Nearly forgot to mention this -please don't ask me to recreate adopts that I've already sold for a custom commission;; This happens so often n I've never said anything- but it's gotten a bit overwhelming ';;


Showing a few of my designs as aesthetic examples is completely fine , but making copies of characters that are now owned is definitely not how I do things ;;

I'm more willing to give you something new, fresh , and a personal design you'll love for a long time , rather than a copy of something I've already made!

Not a very long journal, but I wanted to publicly state that I refuse to do business or sell characters to users that have proven to acquire adopts and customs through trade or purchase , and sell them immediately for much more than they were originally were put up for (w/0 extra art etc). It's very sleazy and I'd like to avoid having to do business with anyone that makes a habit of it !

I'm in the process of making an adoptable TOS, but I just wanted to put a little PSA out there b4 putting up more designs !

Not sure if other artist have this problem but it's unfortunate that it's happened to me and I want to protect myself

Hey everyone - it's been a minute since I've given an update on how things have been going personally on my end .
As of right now I'm still taking medication to withhold my eye problems until I can have an consolation about an upcoming surgery.
The medication I've been taking has been having very unexpected side effects and have left me unable to produce quality work ;; This and many other things have left me frustrated and very tired - but I still try to push myself and work so I can take care of expenses and bills .

Regardless of all this , I will be making contact with commissioners very soon to keep up communication. Please don't hesitate to message me about any concerns you may have before then !

I plan to upload a few sets of adoptables just to keep up with bills -but I won't be opening for anymore commissions until I finish my current queue.

Hey folks , just wanted to make a journal to kind of open up about ...well myself and how I've been feeling lately .

Recently I've been having a bunch of medical issues here and there , stressing over a few things and such - and just completely drained physically and mentally ;; If I can be honest , I've been feeling very lonely and detached due to some difficulty with me being able to keep up with people and socialize . I tend to beat myself up over not being as talkative as I used to - responding to every comment and keeping up with messages / DMs. I've noticed these changes , and as to be expected- they are very hard on me , because I really want to be sociable - I wanna know what's going on with you guys and just be able to keep up and be involved in this community .

Overall , these past few months have been really hard , and I've been doing my best to try and remind folks of my appreciation for their patience whenever I can . Unfortunately some people that I've spoken to haven't really cared for these explanations and have dropped communication with me - but with some help from others- I've been able to jump over those hurdles as best I can.

Although these personal issues have been occurring -the constant support and patience you folks give me and my artwork really do get me through some very tough days - so just god bless you guys . I still don't believe I would be able to live in my own apartment without you folks supporting me like this , so seriously thank you all so so much .

Another thing I wanted to talk about is comments ! I tend to lack a lot of energy from time to time - so sometimes I'll be able to respond to 1000 comments, and other times I can only respond to 2 ;; other times I get pretty overwhelmed when I get a lot of comments on a post , but I promise that they are always a pleasure to read and always make me smile ! So the comments that folks leave are incredibly important to me , and do let me know that my content is loved and appreciated - so please don't feel discouraged if I don't respond !

But now that I've gotten that out - I'd really like to know how you folks are doing lately ? Any progress in school ? Conventions you've attended lately ? Let me know !
